Don’t go on a Monday. Items not available on the menu as supplier can’t deliver until Tuesday. Food was cold! However, they did try to replace with a new dish. My first experience was so amazing.... this one not!

Really great place. Wonderful staff, creative menu and sharing concept. Nice selection of draft beers and wines. Good value. Definitely worth going.

The food is ok; the methods are solid, and the plating is pleasant, but the outcome lacks flavor and depth. Avoid if you don't enjoy being packed in like a sardine for brunch or hearing the table next to you scream their entire conversation at each other over the noise.

Forage is a amazing and I intend to return soon from Seattle! Wonderfully delicious food. I must have the Bison Plate Special next time. We didn't know to order that dish in advance and it was sold out. So order yours before you go if you are a carnivore.

Went there for a special date, but it's more like a casual dining place but not really for special occasions. Duck breast and the butcher's steak were absolutely great!Spring salmon was ok, compare to those two, nothing special. Desserts were highlighte! Both the white chocolate mousse and the chocolate hazelnut thing are must try

My third visit to Vancouver in the last few years. Dined at Forage the first time and couldn't wait to return. The food is delicious and the service outstanding.

The main reason for going to a restaurant which strangely is not on your reasons for recommendation, is to taste fresh food that has been prepared beautifully by experienced chefs thereby providing you with that unique taste of quality and flavour that delights your senses. This is such a restaurant. My only negative as a European wishing to indulge and relax is that the service is a little rushed. I appreciate that many Americans like to eat fast but Europeans prefer to savour and converse. A tip would be to order only one plate at a time therbye giving your digestion and your conversation some time to develop.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We were there right for 5pm so it was quiet. I don't really dig family style sharing, and next time I'll order the gnocchi to myself as it was that delicious.

Service was wonderful, lively and fun. Food was beautifully presented but over priced. Very small portions for a shared plate experience with 4 people of average appetites. It was difficult to really get the flavor of the exotic meats on the charcuterie plate with about 2 ultra thin and very small slices of sausages & cured meats each. The cheese was average. One point of irritation was that the portions were not made according to the size of our party, e.g., sometimes there were 5 or 7 slices for 4 people and this prevailed with all portions that were presented. Not anything critical but, given the price and the supposed attention to detail, this was something definitely missing.
The evening special (salmon/halibut duo) was very fishy; the lamb neck fettuccine (did it have any lamb or just essence of lamb?) was greasy. The duck was very nice.
Overall, spending $280 CAD for 4 people with 3 glasses of wine and 2 beers was not a good enough value to repeat it.

We enjoyed our meal at forage although as a vegan it was a very limited choice. My meat eating partner on the other hand loved the bison. Overall I would recommend.

Our guests were from Arizona, the husband a retired chef, and this restaurant was perfect! The food was delicious and our server knew the menu very thoroughly! The guests loved it and I felt we gave them a true BC experience! We did feel a tad rushed as we were an early seating and wanted a comprehensive, leisurely meal. Our server managed to move things around and took the pressure off.

Its so hard to choose a fine restaurant in an unfamiliar city. We were thrilled with our experience at Forage. It lived up to expectations in every way. The wait staff was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was beautifully prepared, tasty and portioned well. The prices were reasonable and we would certainly recommend it for a fine dining experience

Everything we ordered was superb! The Chef did a brilliant job of combining tastes and textures so that every bite was tastefully intricate. Our waiter, Brent, was exceptional —he picked wine for us and made outstanding food recommendations. He took the time to explain our dishes which really enhanced the experience!

Sie empfehlen alle Gerichte zu teilen. Das macht man ja nicht so häufig, hat uns aber gut gefallen, da man so mehr probieren kann.
Sie legen viel Wert darauf, dass alle Zutaten 'local and organic' sind.
Die Portionen sind normal groß.
Sehr schön angerichtet und zum Teil ungewöhnliche Kombination von Zutaten.
Die Entenbrust hätte für meinen Geschmack weniger 'rare' sein können, aber das ist meine ganz persönliche Meinung. Mein Mann fand es genau richtig.
Große Auswahl an BC-Weinen.
Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Both the Food & Service were Excellent. Our Server was perfect without being overbearing.
Super Delish food & the Vibrant Green Energy drinks were Top Notch! Arrived in a very timely manner including the additional item~ the Forage mushrooms.

We had a Superb brunch with my 11.75 months young Grandson!

Noise level was annoyingly LOUD as it was so difficult listening to my Guest across the table!!

We shall definitely be back for dinner with bb Isaac.

Service by Jackson was sub par. Got our first 2 dishes quickly. Sat for 35 minutes with nothing. Table next to us ordered after us and got food. We got lost in some kitchen shuffle and the servers were mixing and not ever the same person. Felt chaotic. We left before getting our meal and were comped for that. We would have rather had a nice meal as the food was delicious. Sad this happenrd. We are seasoned diners and never had this happen.

Tables are way too close to each other which makes one feel you can't chat as everyone can hear you.

Do not recommend.

Food and service were okay. Portions were so small, no dish had more than 4-6 bites. You need at least 3-4 dishes per person to have a real meal. No dish can be considered an entree, all are appetizer side no mater the price. Eat here only if you don't mind spending $100/person to have a good dinner.

We came to forage to celebrate my parents' anniversary. The service was attentive, friendly, and detail-oriented without being at all overbearing. Every plate we had was delicious, with great attention to texture, temperature, and aesthetic. They also sent out complimentary sparkling wine which was a wonderful and thoughtful touch.
