Went with a group of 8 for my birthday. Seated in the dining room with another large group and yet it still felt completely intimate and cozy. A very memorable experience. We ate family style and everything was incredible. Brussel sprouts, chicken fesenjan, tahdig rice trio, and dips (ricotta, baba, labneh) were all insanely good. Shared a bottle of Chilean sparkling rosé and finished with a glass of Twenty Rows Cabernet (note that there's no liquor license). Also impressed by the date cake and the excellent service. I'll be returning regularly! Can't recommend enough for a special event.
Food is spectacular ! The staff is very friendly and the service is always good. They could have a greater wine list, or charge less for the corckage fee (at 35 bucks now).
Love the place, will dine there again many more times.
What a fabulous find. We were in Miami to see Elton John and needed a nearby spot for a festive dinner. We found Fooq and we are so glad we did. It is small, intimate, delicious - perfect on every count. The Brussels sprouts are magical. The meatballs were fabulous. The pasta was quite tasty and the swordfish was first rate. You cant go wrong... we can’t wait to go back!!
Never disappoints. It’s really well done and delicious.
Absolutely delicious food. Each dish perfectly seasoned. Lots of creativity and quality ingredients. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Surprised that we had so many vegetarian options. Wonderful experience!
Loved it! Open a location in Tehranto 😁
Great food! Relaxed ambiance and wonderful service.
We are regulars. Love the food which is consistently good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
We were a party of 9 which was nicely accommodated. Food was super including the brussel sprouts special and whole yellowtail with wild mushrooms and sauce!
Bonjour a david et a son pere, devrions visiter plus spouvent
Guy Posschelle/Coconut Grove...
We loved our meal! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! They took extra time to make sure to answer any good questions and that made our experience extra enjoyable!
Fooqs has a nice cozy vibe. It is close to the Arsht so pre-show is possible, as we did, make sure to make a res in advance. Service was perfect. We shared the kebabs and the meatballs. Both were yummy.
Overall , food was very good . It was well condimented and it was served hot. Service was slow and upon departure , staff did not have the courtesy to say good bye or offer thanks . On top of that , they include an 18% tip which in this case I wound not have offered
Great meatballs and pasta dishes. Also very good wine selection for a small restaurant. Enjoyable meal with friends and colleagues!
It’s a star in our neighborhood but it must be careful to not rest on its laurels. It’s too noisy, and the night we went our meal took a bit too long to arrive.
We loved trying a new place
We are definitely going back !
Service and food was wonderful
It was very good food and owner is very nice person. I want to come back again.
Small restaurant with an interstng menu. Octopus and Lamb small plates were full of flavor. In house backed bread excellent with the lamb dish.
The carbonara was salty but the sprouts were too kill for! The sprouts were just amazing. The speed of service was slow, but we didn’t mind since we had the time. It’s probably best if the host sets the expectation for patrons arriving. Overall the food and service were pleasant!
Love this place! Can’t stop craving their ghormeh sabzi and bucatini! Highly recommended
Always yum, brussel sprouts, meatballs, bucatini good as ever. Very nice wines
I just recently ate here for Miami Spice Brunch, and it was phenomenal! The setup/ambiance inside is cute, cozy, and not too loud. The service was friendly and attentive. As for the food, it’s like the front window says at Fooq’s: feel good food. I’m still thinking about what I ate, it was so delicious! And the portions are just right. I would definitely return and recommend this place. Unfortunately I can’t include photos of their wonderful cuisine because they don’t fit, but give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed.
Superb as usual. Great service, exceptional tasting food. Seats are uncomfortable but who cares.
waited over an hour for main course with no heads up after appetizer while tables arriving after us were served ahead of us. Love the food but not worth the headache
love love love everything about it here! every dish is unique and delicious! must try for date night or fam dinner! oh and the bucatini is to die for!
Amazing! Never disappoints...
I went for brunch. The lamb and crispy rice dish is incredible!
The meatballs and brussels sprouts were delicious, as was the dessert I had (like a chocolate, banana cream.) The kabobs were just ok, and the Persian ice cream with rose water was weird.
We sat outside, which was less noisy, but not very scenic. The inside decor is very pretty.
It is good for Miami spice, but the menu can be expensive.
AMAZING! as always!!! Food, ambiance, service...always a hit!!!
Best meal of 2018 so far. And the Bordeaux wine of the month was sensational
Fooq’s is by far one of the best restaurants in Miami.
Great in every way!
Volvería a ir
Each and every time my wife and I come here we get impeccable service and fabulous food and wine suggestions. We have particular diets and they ALWAYS help us make the best selections for our food choices and wine! It’s charming, delicious and way friendly! Go! Go and eat your heart out!!
Fooq's is a great "find" that's really unique in Miami. I put "find" in quotes because it's not new and it's not really a secret place. They have been been doing excellent Persian food in a cool spot for years. Don't let the neighborhood put you off. It's not bad and the more you go there the better it's going to get!
Fooq’s is a hidden gem in Miami. Having been here twice, I noticed the level of service and quality does not change. It is definitely worth the drive if you’re near by.
Excellent food. A bit noisy. Check your bill for unwarranted extra charges.
We went for dinner on a Sunday evening. Supposedly brunch all day. ⅔ of the menu was unavailable. Service was great. Only one other table taken.
delicious and tasty food but very price and small portions
What a gem of a restaurant Fooq's is! Kati was our very knowledgeable and attentive server who was quick to offer recommendations from the menu and suitable wine pairing. We were really pleased with the crispy brussel sprouts (a must try!) and the four hearts of shirazi as appetizers. The bucatini was EXCEPTIONAL along with the kebabs. Dessert was the blonde cremeux which was the surprising star of the night! In reading past reviews that were critical of the portion sizes, all at our table left feeling full and like our meal was a true culinary treat. I thought the portion sizes were appropriate. The restaurant is clean and the folks were incredibly friendly and accommodating- right up to the chef waving and thanking us for coming. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy- but up and coming. We will be back again soon!
