The carbonara was salty but the sprouts were too kill for! The sprouts were just amazing. The speed of service was slow, but we didn’t mind since we had the time. It’s probably best if the host sets the expectation for patrons arriving. Overall the food and service were pleasant!
Love this place! Can’t stop craving their ghormeh sabzi and bucatini! Highly recommended
Always yum, brussel sprouts, meatballs, bucatini good as ever. Very nice wines
I just recently ate here for Miami Spice Brunch, and it was phenomenal! The setup/ambiance inside is cute, cozy, and not too loud. The service was friendly and attentive. As for the food, it’s like the front window says at Fooq’s: feel good food. I’m still thinking about what I ate, it was so delicious! And the portions are just right. I would definitely return and recommend this place. Unfortunately I can’t include photos of their wonderful cuisine because they don’t fit, but give this place a try! You won’t be disappointed.
Superb as usual. Great service, exceptional tasting food. Seats are uncomfortable but who cares.
waited over an hour for main course with no heads up after appetizer while tables arriving after us were served ahead of us. Love the food but not worth the headache
love love love everything about it here! every dish is unique and delicious! must try for date night or fam dinner! oh and the bucatini is to die for!
Amazing! Never disappoints...
I went for brunch. The lamb and crispy rice dish is incredible!
The meatballs and brussels sprouts were delicious, as was the dessert I had (like a chocolate, banana cream.) The kabobs were just ok, and the Persian ice cream with rose water was weird.
We sat outside, which was less noisy, but not very scenic. The inside decor is very pretty.
It is good for Miami spice, but the menu can be expensive.
AMAZING! as always!!! Food, ambiance, service...always a hit!!!
Best meal of 2018 so far. And the Bordeaux wine of the month was sensational
Fooq’s is by far one of the best restaurants in Miami.
Volvería a ir
Each and every time my wife and I come here we get impeccable service and fabulous food and wine suggestions. We have particular diets and they ALWAYS help us make the best selections for our food choices and wine! It’s charming, delicious and way friendly! Go! Go and eat your heart out!!
Fooq's is a great "find" that's really unique in Miami. I put "find" in quotes because it's not new and it's not really a secret place. They have been been doing excellent Persian food in a cool spot for years. Don't let the neighborhood put you off. It's not bad and the more you go there the better it's going to get!
Fooq’s is a hidden gem in Miami. Having been here twice, I noticed the level of service and quality does not change. It is definitely worth the drive if you’re near by.
Excellent food. A bit noisy. Check your bill for unwarranted extra charges.
We went for dinner on a Sunday evening. Supposedly brunch all day. ⅔ of the menu was unavailable. Service was great. Only one other table taken.
delicious and tasty food but very price and small portions
What a gem of a restaurant Fooq's is! Kati was our very knowledgeable and attentive server who was quick to offer recommendations from the menu and suitable wine pairing. We were really pleased with the crispy brussel sprouts (a must try!) and the four hearts of shirazi as appetizers. The bucatini was EXCEPTIONAL along with the kebabs. Dessert was the blonde cremeux which was the surprising star of the night! In reading past reviews that were critical of the portion sizes, all at our table left feeling full and like our meal was a true culinary treat. I thought the portion sizes were appropriate. The restaurant is clean and the folks were incredibly friendly and accommodating- right up to the chef waving and thanking us for coming. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy- but up and coming. We will be back again soon!
One of the best dining experiences I have in some time. Exceptional service, incredible food and great ambiance make Fooqs a destination you can’t miss in Miami.
Great food ! Amazing Waiteress 👌🏻
Cute, small place. Very small menu but the food was good.
What a great surprise. I had been wanting to try Fooqs for a few weeks because I saw it on Open Table and finally got the chance to visit. I ordered the fish of the day, which was a pan-seared fillet of fresh red snapper. I am so picky when it comes to fish and it was perfectly cooked and came with beautiful green beans and delicious confit fennel. My husband had the burger with crispy french fries and my son had the daily Kebab platter. The restaurant was pretty empty but atmosphere was simple and cozy. It was a bit pricey for location and setting but will definitely be back.
Wonderful dinner and this place needs to be on your bucket list. Wine list excellent . Reservations are a must . Park in the front on the street not in the back. Loved it
Meatballs were cold
Still the best in the area and probably the best pasta dish in Miami!! The service is top notch and everything is always delicious!
Love coming back to this place. The food, the service, and ambiance. I couldn't ask for anything else. Keep it up Fooq's!
We were there on a Sunday evening at 6:30 so the restaurant was pretty empty, which was fine with us. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. The only thing to note is that on Sundays they serve the brunch menu all day, which I was unaware of, so the menu items were limited. It was still a great introduction to the restaurant and we plan to return to try the full menu.
This place really surprised me! I had one of the best meals in a while here. I went with a friend and we shared a few dishes and it was perfect. Everything we ate we loved.
The food is so different yet super amazing. It’s Persian with a French and Italian twist. I’m Persians and live in Los Angeles and I have to admit I have never tasted Persian food like this and we don’t have anything like it in LA. Everything tastes amazing. I went in after work with a girlfriend and had to go back the next day with another friend because it was that tasty and good. It’s a farm to table restaurant so everything is also fresh. The service is also excellent.
Made reservations for party of 4 for Sunday brunch on the same day. The place is small, cozy, quaint, and full of charm. After half of us were there, we learned an additional 2 were joining us. The waitress was very accommodating and was able to fit us all in the existing table since there were no other larger tables available. She was amazing all throughout our time there. I tried the hummus (red beans), the bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and the French toast (they use challah bread) and it was all delicious. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Will be going back to try other dishes!
Over priced , the barbari bread is just naan put in a toaster, not impressed
The stracciatella was amazing. I wasn’t sure my husband would enjoy the Persian-French cuisine but I think he liked it better than I did. Will definitely go back. The neighborhood is a little questionable but the restaurant is worth the trip.
AMAZING FOOD and ambience! Loved it!
Unique menu that didn't disappoint. Excellent service as well. Will return.
Please add music to the garden dining space.
Amazing dinner! Best food I’ve had in a while!
Fooq's staff is incredibly attentive and kind. The layout, aesthetic and ambiance of the restaurant allowed for a pleasant, warm and inviting experience. The food is a well-executed blend of different cultural influences that works together so well it creates something new and so unique. The special occasion was my partner's birthday and she nor I nor the rest of our dinner guests were disappointed. Looking forward to another Sunday dinner here in the future.
