     We came to La Strega to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Lisa, truly went above and beyond to make the evening special. She was incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate — thank you, Lisa and La Strega!

    Outstanding place to dine. Top notch service with a beautiful menu. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a large dining room and several smaller dining areas and a great bar. The food is delicious and prepaired well. A hidden treasure in Summerlin.

    We have now dined at Lotus of Siam Red Rock several times during our stays at the hotel. The food and the service are consistently 5 stars. We especially enjoy the unique ambiance created by the numerous kite lanterns that adorn the ceiling above the dining area. We usually choose the pre fix menu offerings. The lollipop chicken and tom yum soup are our favorites. The noise level can get a little bit higher than normal but it is Las Vegas and the great food and service make it more than worth the while!
