Good experience overall. Our server, Amy, was amazing, but she was the bartender and covered a few tables while other servers had lighter loads. Whenever someone wasn’t able to be seated, they would form a line at the bar, making her really busy and reducing the amount of time she was able to spend with us. She also was covering part of the service bar which was very busy. That said, she was still very kind and helpful. The food was okay, it felt like the “old money” version of Applebee’s and was not what you’d expect for a once or twice a year celebration dinner. We got the oysters, which had all of the liquor drained. The Brie didn’t have much flavor but the breads were delicious. The Brussels sprouts were a go to appetizer and we’d get these again for sure. The steak frites was cooked perfectly, but the salad was on top of everything and the steak was covered in chimichurri, making the entire steak taste like it. With the salad on top, this left the dressing seeping into the steak. The fries were delicious. For the scallops, the grit-to-scallop ratio was off. The scallops were delicious and big, but there were only four of them for a big plate of grits. The cocktails were amazing and all the food came out quick when our server was able to take the order. Atmosphere wise, it was very busy and a whole section of the restaurant was reserved for a party later in the evening. I would not recommend sitting in the bar high tops as this was the busiest and loudest spot. Also, the air conditioning in the bar was turned off on a 100 degree day, but it was turned on in other spots. Overall, again, this seems like a great weeknight dinner if you have the funds to do it. For those special occasions where you are saving up to drop a $150-$250 bill, I would recommend looking for another spot.

Great place for craft beer and well prepared food.

The chowder and the fish of the day never disappoint! Service is always excellent.

A reasonable option on the way to PWM. Didn’t sample the beer this visit but the food was well done as was the service.

Great for watching football on Sunday. Great service and reasonable prices. The food is much better than average and there is a great selection of beer.
