Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week.     Every cheer season when we have our Baltimore Comp at Convention Center the highlight is our dinner at Tagliata! It will not disappoint! Tonight’s experience was even better. Traffic was horrible, I called and gave our 4 reservation names stating we are in the Uber but traffic is horrible. Alessandra answered and was empathetic and said don’t worry. This first impression was the sign of a great experience. Dana was amazing when we checked in, I totally understand it is hard to get 4 different different reservations 3 are a 4 top and 1 a 6 top all near each other. They really tried their best. So picture 4 different tables and cheerleaders at one table - Carl took great care of them. For the 3 other parents table Chris and Zuleika-OMG outstanding. Different palates for libations and wine! They did not disappoint with the recommendations! As always thank you Tagliata it did not disappoint!!. Please consider downtown Leesburg VA and open sister restaurant.

    Took my fiancé to Ruxton for this birthday. As we were seated our hostess gave him a birthday card and wished him. The small touches and attention to detail are always appreciated. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant were stunning! Ordered the Tomahawk and it was served on a beautiful cutting board. Drinks were strong & the brownie and ice cream dessert was out of this world. Our waitress even gave us 2 glasses of wine on the house. Every one of the staff members were very attentive and polite. Great experience and would highly recommend!!

    Amazing service and our waiter was super knowledgeable about the menu and shared his favorites. Service was very fast and staff cleared tables timely. Made a reservation and walked right in and sat!
