We were not offered options we overheard another waiter from another table offer. 1. Bread? Nope 2. Water? Nope 3. The entres. They were offered different sides, vegetables ect. Not us. 4. We order appetizers. We requested they hold our dinner until we finished before entering the dinner order to the kitchen. Nope not even 5 minutes and the dinners were on the table.
