We were up in the air about a few places; some closed on Tuesdays. He said, "You must try the West End Cafe! I have been going to this special place for over 20 years! The food is amazing, and the service is personal! " Well, Tony was absolutely right! We were greeted with a warm smile by the hostess, and she kept checking on us all evening. Our conversation included that this was our first time at the West End Cafe that a friend exclaimed, "We must try, especially if you are celebrating a special day!" I had the best scallops in my life, including better than my favorite Florida restaurant! My husband decided to try the pork chop...let me tell you, the presentation of each item, including the salads, were eye-popping! And to top it all off, the hostess came over with dessert and 2 glasses of champagne to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary! To say we will never forget this meal is an understatement! We ordered the Plori burger, the lamb burger and rocca avocado salads with grilled chicken. Everything was delicious although I had to send the lamb burger back because it wasn’t cooked medium as requested.
