Food: Could be spectacular but the chef is a lot heavy on the salt. You can't unsalt food but you could add salt to it. Chowder delicious but too salty, Steak soup delicious but too salty. Seafood delicious but too salty. Go easy on salt or leave it out of preparation would really add to the experience.
