EXCELLENT FOOD and EXCELLENT SERVICE.
Elegant dining, Excellent service. Beautiful surroundings. Food cooked to perfection.
(Some items on menu seemed a bit over-priced).
We had a wonderful experience at Fontana. The service was excellent. One of the guests had an issue with the parking app and the waitress took the trouble to find help for him at the hotel's front desk. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. The only issue we had was poor service before our dinner in the bar.
Great Italian restaurant with outdoor dining in a beautiful atmosphere. The linguini with calms was excellent.
Delicious food. Great service. It was a scrumptious luncheon.
Service was too long. Order came out wrong. Lacking items on the menu.
Very slow and perfunctory service--a disappointment
The service was great the valet sucked. Actually there was no valet. For $20 what was I paying for. As for food the Caesar salad was hot. The calamari was bland. The the steak was a over cooked. I used to go there a lot for branch. This was my first visit in a long time. And it will be my last. For the prize I will take my money somewhere else. Yea
Everything’s always really nice I just felt we weren’t seated in the nicest area
Eating area was beautiful however menu online is deceiving because they only had a set menu for lunch with limited choices
Poor service and quality of food was terrible.
Had an appointment at 9PM and was told that I would be seated momentarily. Took 30 minutes and waited said food was 1 hour wait. Looks very disorganized and waiter looked stressed and hurried and made me feel hurried as well. I love this place but last night it just seemed disorganized.
Some snobby guest but other then that, nice outside seating.
They don’t have staff for services. Everything took a long time and the food was no impressive at all. The few staff members tried as much as they can but there are not enough to provide average services. Never ahi
We were very disappointed in the service and the food. They do not live up to the gorgeous setting.
dreary ambience, flooded outdoor area closed, slow service
Simple breakfast for the price. The breakfast was less than impressive. You can get the same or better breakfast at Dennys. The coffee was great!
Food was very good,pulpo!
All other in hotel was a desaster! This was our place over many years, our son studied at uom,but now very poor.
We came all the way from Germany……
Always Excellent 😄⚡️
Wonderful! Love spending time there. Great food and service in a beautiful place.
The service was just terrible. I invited people and I told the hostess that the service was so slow, so bad I was embarrassed. I had to ask for butter three times before I got this. A 90-minute wait for the entree. Inexcusable for any restaurant, much less an expensive one.
Booked our 19yr Anniversary dinner here and what a mistake. Our outdoor table was the worst seat in the house, under the porch in the corner by a huge fan and view of a wall. Staff at the hotel is miserable. Server Karen was friendly. Food was total salt bomb and cappuccino was the worst I ever had. And no special recognition that we were celebrating. I regret thinking this would be the perfect spot for our celebration.
We visit Fontana multiple times during our stay. The hotel and restaurant are stunning. Unfortunately the noise level indoors is very loud & on every occasion the service is incredibly slow. On our last day we attempted to dine for breakfast and after 15 minutes without a greeting or water we left. Very disappointed with the lack service at this restaurant.
The setting outdoors can't be beat. This restaurant is perfect for special occasions.
Mediocre. Pasta was over cooked . Not going back
The food was outstanding, as was the location.
The “service” was non existent. Shy of tripping our server up as he rushed past our table, to get his attention….and when he was at the table, he would start to walk away while we we were mid-sentence…..ending up talking to his back….crazy bad.
Shame as they clearly have a talented chef.
The Fontana has great food. The eggs Benedict were very good. Dining is all al fresco, however, while each table is under a covering (umbrella, awning, etc).
We always love to come to The Biltmore. We’ve celebrated a lot of birthdays here. The food is always good and the staff is really nice.
The food and staff are AMAZING!!!
We made a reservation for 8 pm and our table was not ready until 8:30. Service was slow and understaffed. We had to order entrees first because they told us the kitchen was closing and had to get our order in. Food was just ok.
Sitting outside in the patio, well served by Juan Pedro, we shared a fritto misto which was delicious, followed by a seafood risotto, perfectly cooked. Good selection of wines by the glass.
Pros: Servers and staff. Table well set.
Cons: Food was meh. We expected to be super delicious and gourmet since it's a restaurant inside the luxury Biltmore. But not.
The decoration needs urgently updating. Stucks in the 70s.
The best were the servers. Very nice and attentive.
Food was only OK. Duck was tough and salad underwhelming.
Food was ok but not what I expected from the restaurant and the price.. Service was ok but we chase our waiter twice for help.. all around ok to visit but they need to lower the prices..
Our server can’t remember her name she is from Nicaragua, provided us with excellent services by far the greatest customer service I had in years in Miami. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and we had a great time especially because her service was on top of the notch. Will definitely go back to Fontana ❤️
Food was awful… straight out of microwave
Birthday celebration for my husband. The food and restaurant was good but I see the hotel run down. They’re not keeping up with maintenance and I saw trash in several places. Very disappointed.
Great food, and excellent service. Delicious Ravioli!
Excellent as always, thank you for the wonderful service and timely serving of the food. Mark and Hilda were wonderful
