   While normally good all around. This Sunday the level of service was non existent and at times the meats all but disappeared from the floor. The food that was available was all pretty good. Some of it was overcooked but most of it you could order in the temperature you desired. But it was spotty service all around. No refills, plates not cleared. Missing forks , then missing thongs to pull the meat off at the table next to me. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and the crowd was interesting mix of new timers to the Brazilian experience, if you are going to do brunch come at the start from 11am to 1230. And not around 130 or 2pm. It's the same food as dinner. Salad bar was good and the meat parade didn't disappoint once started.

   Food is excellent. It never stops coming. Good variety chicken, pork, lamb and lots of beef (sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, picanha)Salad bar has a nice variety if greens, fruit and even some nice surprises. Dessert was spectacular, cheesecake Brielle and molten lava cake where our picks. We'll worth the money. Looks to be the same at lunch as it is at dinner, maybe less wait at lunch. Wonderful, attentive, friendly staff.

   Reservation for 7PM, being that it was my birthday, we showed up early, arrived at 6:30. Still did not get sat until almost 7:30! Food wasn’t bad, but the food didn’t quite hit at at level that the price point was at. Staff was good, it was just extremely busy, probably came on a bad night I think.

   Food was great! Took a while to get seated even with a reservation. Our service was great. Environment was good vibes.

   We had two people in our party who didn’t want rare meat. And the rare was REALLY rare. As in looked raw. But we had one who DID want the rare. The servers who came around with the meat actually just passed our table time and again. They didn’t look at the little token of ‘stop’ and ‘more’. We had to practically beg for the meat to be served to our person who wanted rare. The whole night was not a good experience. We were raising our hand to be served. We waved. All to be ignored. This place is too expensive to have the meat servers simply walk past you. Just an expensive mistake not to be repeated.

   The restaurant was overwhelmed by people. They were an hour behind seating reservations. When we did get seated, we were in a back corner. We repeatedly had to flag down wait staff to send food our way.

   Christmas dinner was a gong show of people and the packed restaurant had us seated in the back near peeling walls, it was a maze to get to the salad buffet and our harried waitress was short on smiles. The lamb was amazing, the chicken was ok.

    We were seated for our 6:15 reservations at 7:40!! We were not given any indication it would be that long and when I asked at 6:45, I was told, we can’t tell how long it takes others to finish. I heard someone else say “we’re seating 5:30 now”. No apology, no explanation. There were a few runners bringing shot glass size glasses of champagne to waiting guests, but that led to overflowing trash cans and plastic cups on surfaces and counters. There was not enough seating for waiting guests. Once inside, our server did her job, but was not friendly or happy about it. The salad bar had a long, long line and was out of many items as we went through. The sides that were brought to the table were very sparse, but we didn’t eat them anyway as they were cold and not fresh. It was chaotic, crowded and loud inside. The heroes of the evening were the bartender, who was pouring generous drinks, the caprihiana table-side service (who was personable, engaging, and entertaining) and the carvers who quickly brought tasty, hot, generous portions of perfectly cooked meat. A special note: Mateo was our favorite- he was in charge of the bacon wrapped meat and introduced himself and promised to be “our guy.” It was our second time trying this restaurant, but there won’t be a third. For a $400 ticket (before tip) we can go to a steakhouse or establishment that is able to provide the service and ambience that that amount of money should be able to buy. Don’t recommend.
