Inspired by the rustic simplicity of Italian cuisine, Chef Paul Minnillo offers Italian food to his new culinary venture in Cleveland, Ohio. From Flour’s larder, he creates his own house-cured meats, hand-crafted artisanal cheeses, pastas, neopolitan wood-fired pizzas and rustic Italian specialities. Flour seeks the freshest locally raised and homegrown products harvested at their seasonal peak. We do offer first come first serve patio seating.

Wonderful place for Birthdays and special occasions. They have extensive variety of wine. Even though menu is small but food is amazing. Great service as well!

Flour never disappoints. We came for brunch, specifically I came for the Nutella French Toast. I appreciate the traditional brunch fare with a twist. Service was excellent. We were in and out in less than an hour- we asked for the check when we received our food as we had a not quite two year old in tow. Thank you Flour for an enjoyable brunch!

Great night and food. Waitress not so much! Zero personality. Zero attentiveness or follow-up. Overall terrible attitude and sub par service.

We loved Flour! Excellent scallops and the best gluten free pasta I have ever eaten! Our waitress was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect!

Loved the food as always. Hats off to the chef. Drinks were perfect as well. My only issue was our table location. It was by the front door and didn’t have the same intimate feel as being in the restaurant at one of the tables. I’ll be back for sure as this is my favorite place to dine, I’ll just ask not to sit by the door.

It was NYE and we were seated at an "extra" table. Flimsy, uncomfortable folding chairs and folding table covered in black tablecloth. Not happy with that - in hindsight we should have asked for a regular table. Great waitress and food made up for it, but don't overbook if you don't have the space and tables for everyone - I felt like I was sitting at a cheap wedding table.
