Great local restaurant and outstanding rustic pizza. Salad was really great! Service is "okay". Took over an hour to be served dinner order.
Excellent dinner. A very varied menu and great service. I highly recommend. I would make reservations. I was there on a Friday at 5:30 pm and it was PACKED !
We loved our experience and the food was delicious!
Great really enjoyed it
Food & service were excellent. I’ve never had anything but a great experience at FLOUR. Consistently good food and service.
Really enjoyed our dinner and friends. Didn't know Tuesdays were half price wine bottles. That was a very nice surprise. Everyone had different entrees, all were delicious.
Bring back the TRADITIONAL margarita pizza. Never mind the price. All pizzas are great, especially the fungi and the artichoke, but no margarita in a real Italian place? C’mon.
Outstanding food and service. The kids also loved it.
As always, our dinner was very good. Great salads. Service was outstanding.
Great evening celebrating our anniversary!
This month’s pizza, spinach and artichokes, will transport you to Italy with one taste.
Small menu but consistently excellent authentic italian food.
This was our first visit to Flour this year and we were so happy to be back! The salmon dish was wonderful - my husband ordered it "well done" and he said he'd order it again next time. The airline chicken was delish, as well. I swapped out the brussel sprouts for the spinach, and it and was very flavorful.... full of yummy garlic seasoning! The music in the bar area was super, and our server Cameron was absolutely the sweetest! She made recommendations, and was spot on with everything. We felt loved and sure hope we get her again when we return!!!
Overall, a nice evening indeed!
First time at Flour and I loved it! The menu was awesome, I can’t wait to go back and try something new. Our service was a little slow, but aside from that everything was great. I’ll definitely be back.
We used the valet - the car was delivered promptly. We were seated promptly & courteously. Our server was excellent - took our orders without writing them down. He brought our food as ordered. Our meals were delicious. We've eaten at Flour before & we'll return.
We felt for the price and service it was so so. Most of us ordered pasta and weren't very impressed. Maybe stick to pizza. The drinks were pricey for what you got. Again maybe it is better to stick with wine and pizza.
Never disappoints. Ricotta Agnolotti is TO DIE FOR. Best pasta dish in CLE.
I was really looking forward to the bucatelli ( mushroom pasta) but it was taken off the menu, too bad, it was very yummy!
Gkad the artichoke pizza’s back. Awesome!
You know you're somewhere good when a celebrity chef is seated two tables over with his family. But, having been to Flour before, we already knew we were somewhere really good! We've been here mostly for brunch and always have excellent food and great service. We've been for happy hour before as well (there are some amazing deals!) And the service and food were just as good then too. One of these days we'll make it in for a proper dinner.
Loved the pizza and the prime rib was cooked just right. Fast and efficient service.
Went for Easter Brunch - lovely, great service, delicious food.
We went for brunch and they had a great menu. We ordered eggs and hash browns, house made sausage and the Nutella stuffed French toast. All delicious! Our service was great too.
My sister and I came to Flour for Easter Sunday brunch. This was the first time dining out on Easter but it won't be the last. We will definitely be back to Flour. The restaurant was extremely busy but we were waited on quickly, professionally and cheerfully. Our waitress was amazing and very tentative to us. The food was AMAZING!!! We ordered several different dishes and side dishes and each one was better than the next. I highly recommend the Avocado toast , the Stuffed French toast or the Frittata, absolutely delicious! Can't wait to come for dinner with my family!!
Food was good. Not thrilled about the ant walking on our table that came out with our meat/cheese tray. Service was slow & rushed. When asked "how is everything?" Talk fast because the server was basically walking away before you finish answering. The fresh bread & olive oil is amazing! The bread is so light & soft..so good, I could have eaten that all night. Prices were high. 1 adult beverage (I got the Mule) cost the same as an appetizer! $14 for 1 drink! Spent over $140 and left unfulfilled & questioning if we'd ever actually return to give it a 2nd try.
Great. Surprisingly quiet tonight
Good service. Very accommodating to our needs.
Ordered the halibut but it was sooooo peppery that I couldn’t eat it. It was not described that way. But they took it back happily and offered to make me another. At that point I just chose the eggplant meatballs, which were delish.
Great dinner. Salads are always fresh and delicious. Helpful and attentive service - thanks!
Constantly excellent food and service. Limited menu but everything is perfectly prepared and serviced
Not sure why I go back - both times although service was good, food was not as described on the menu - this visit the pasta was nothing but oil with no flavor and then they were nice enough to offer an alternative but unfortunately that was not cooked all they way through.
Loved that the first thing the waiter asked about was whether we have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
The restaurant has an inviting look. You can watch pizza made in the wood burning oven. The appetizers are excellent as are the pasta dishes. Dessert was excellent as well. Service was professional.
Have been to flour many times. Was disappointed this visit as the food was not hot. Even sent something back and it was lukewarm. Half our table had the scallop special and all of them were warm not hot.
All three in our party chose the Lasagna offering. I'll say that it was delicious and the portion was ample. Would have like a side salad...not available here, and would have liked an appetizer...available, but the choices were , shall I say too sophisticated for my taste. Not Flour's fault, of course. I didn't expect onion rings or wings, but something like pot stickers or stuffed mushrooms would have been nice. The staff could not have been nicer, or more efficient, and our server was extremely knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu. She was very attentive without being overbearing. we had a great time and will probably return. Very open modern space, which was appreciated, as it allowed conversation without worrying about eavesdroppers. I had read that the noise level here was high, but though the place was nearly full, I didn't find it excessively noisy at all. The overall experience was, perhaps, 4 1/2 stars out of 5.
We brought out-of-town guests and we didn't realize there was a band playing on Monday night in the bar area so our seating request needed to be changed to the main dining room. It was still busy in the dining room but not as loud as being right in front of the band/speakers. Food was consistently excellent and service was perfect. We found out that the Chicken Parmesan is only served on Sundays, which is a shame is it very good but at least they have it available one night a week.
Great, consistent service and food. Good selection of Italian fare. The tiramisu is wonderful!
The food was excellent, the service good BUT it was so loud that I couldn't even converse with my guest. My ears were literally ringing for hours afterwards... very disappointing
Outstanding take on Italian cuisine. Portions are generous. Place was hopping yet service was attentive, thorough and personable. Kudos in that regard to Al. Although the rooms were filled we were encouraged to relax and enjoy the experience. No sense of being rushed. Been here before and will happily return.
