Inspired by the rustic simplicity of Italian cuisine, Chef Paul Minnillo offers Italian food to his new culinary venture in Cleveland, Ohio. From Flour’s larder, he creates his own house-cured meats, hand-crafted artisanal cheeses, pastas, neopolitan wood-fired pizzas and rustic Italian specialities. Flour seeks the freshest locally raised and homegrown products harvested at their seasonal peak. We do offer first come first serve patio seating.
Have never had a bad meal. Always hot and fresh. Bang for your buck and although the menu doesn't change often, it's so good that I easily would get the same items every time.

The restaurant was great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because at 7:30pm there were several menu items that were sold out-ribeye, Brussel sprouts and short ribs. Management compensated with dessert, but we weren't interested. We wanted the yummy menu selections.

Enjoyed coming to Flour for years, but last 2 times have been hugely disappointed with food quality. Ordered 2 pizzas, calamary appetizer, cauliflower soup, a few sides, and branzino fish. Both pizzas and calamary were burned and dry (pizzas used to be excellent). Branzino fish and cauliflower soup were kind of flavorless. Service and ambience were good as always, and restaurant was busy on Saturday evening. Not sure what's been happening with food quality lately, but it wasn't worth $180 that we paid for 4 people (inlc. 1 alcoholic beverage and tip). We'd like to support locally owned businesses, but probably won't be coming back for food soon, but maybe for drinks at the bar. It really is too bad.
Our table was ready when we arrived. We were seated in the bar area, as requested. Unfortunately, we were right next to the windows and it was quite cold. Service was excellent - attentive without being overbearing. Cocktails were well balanced and delicious. Special entrees for NYE were fabulous! The king crab buccatini was a standout and we hope to see it on the regular menu in 2021. The filets were cooked perfectly and the carrot agnolotti was perfect, as usual. Another great evening at Flour!

The food and service is tremendous. Really unique dishes. Great liquor selection. Needs some work on the decor. If the ambience matched the food and service, it would be one of the top places in Cleveland.

Flour has become one of our go-to places for my wife and I . The food is always good, the drinks are well crafted, and the attentiveness of the service is second to none. We definitely are looking forward to our next outing there!
A great place, our server was excellent as well as the food. During this time with Covid and the spike happening would recommend all kitchen staff wear mask.

Chef driven menu that made me want to taste everything. We sat at the bar so we had a great view of the kitchen. Marcus the bartender was a wealth of information and steered us to a magical sausage pizza. They make their own sausage. Incredible!!!

Flour was fantastic. My daughter and I were staying in Shaker Heights for the night and found Flour on Open Table. The menu is simple yet interesting. Everything we had was delicious but the eggplant meatballs were the star, a must have. The service is exactly what I want when I go out - Attentive, helpful, knowledgeable without being overbearing. The restaurant did a great job with managing Covid restrictions, I felt completely comfortable dining there. I highly recommend Flour and plan to revisit when we’re back in the area.

Twas a delicious evening. Try the Tagliatelle Bolognese and you won't be disappointed. Think about getting some bolognese to go. Two of us split the larger portion and it was very filling. The cocktails are also very tasty. It's a little on the pricey side, but worth it.
