Inspired by the rustic simplicity of Italian cuisine, Chef Paul Minnillo offers Italian food to his new culinary venture in Cleveland, Ohio. From Flour’s larder, he creates his own house-cured meats, hand-crafted artisanal cheeses, pastas, neopolitan wood-fired pizzas and rustic Italian specialities. Flour seeks the freshest locally raised and homegrown products harvested at their seasonal peak. We do offer first come first serve patio seating.

The food was spectacular, and the price was pretty good as well. I loved the atmosphere- young and old patrons were there. My waitress seemed to be a little "off" that day; passive-aggressive and a little snippy. My sorority sister noticed it as well. She also did not really review the menu as I feel she should have. I was asking her questions that she should have really reviewed when taking our order.

Outside seating was very pleasant! We like to get the BigA$$ meatball. Always a winner! The bucatini with clams was also very tasty! Parking is difficult. Usually have to go with the valet, which is complimentary.

The accommodations and ambiance are top tier. From the recommended bottle of wine, the pizza of the month, to our main courses (homemade, fresh pasta) this is an absolute must for anyone in the area. Great little area with other shops/restaurants and valet parking.

Our meal was excellent as always. This time we were a larger group and service was still very good. We had a 6 pm reservation on a Thursday, sat in the back and it was quite loud. But that was the only complaint. We ordered a wide variety of appetizers, entrees, and deserts. Everyone loved their meal. In particular the calamari and fried olives as appetizers were super!

Mother’s Day Special: Campenelle pasta… it was amazing taste ever I had! It tastes like I am in heaven! The female waitress was doing her amazing job and deaf-friendly to me. She have a patience with me as a deaf person. I truly appreciated that! The dessert: Strawberry Creme Brûlée? Omggg! It is so darn delicious!

This place is a hidden gem I stumbled upon while looking up a new place to dine. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. I’ll definitely dine here again. Thank goodness I had a reservation because the place was PACKED!

Really great experience. We have eaten at Flour regularly and the meal last night was very easy and flowed nicely! Thomas was a relaxed and straight forward server. Our food choices and service of the food was a pleasure! Mussels, calamari, prosciutto arugula salad, lamb rigatoni, drinks etc. It was my favorite seat in the house; right behind the dark curtain aling the window!

This is a great restaurant and the food is generally very good or above. We were disappointed with one of our dinners. They took it off of our tab for us but it did put a damper on our evening. I will definitely go back to Flour but will order the things I know are tried and true for me
