Pizza pies and craft beer is what we handle best. Individual brick oven-style pizzas with wood-fired crusts made with All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and house-made toppings along with Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, Panini’s and salads. Flour & Barley also features barrel aged & handcrafted cocktails as well as an extensive beer program with seasonal beers on draft and wine on draft.

The restaurant also features a 1,200-square-foot patio opening to The LINQ’s entertainment district, and a to-go window serving fresh-made slices, making it well situated to serve guests of The LINQ’s various attractions.

    We really enjoyed our meal. We had the Greek salad & the Vampire pizza. Both were very good. The beverage options are great. Our sever Derek was great. Answered all our questions, constantly came back to make sure we had no problems. We will be back the next time in Las Vegas.

    Always a good choice for us. Both pizzas were just as expected. They took care of a special request for my wife without issue. We will be back.

    Our waiter was great in being flexible and meeting our needs. Two people in our party were late arriving due to Formula 1 traffic delays. He kept their food waiting for them, let us hold our table and refreshed their drinks. All of the items ordered were delicious.

    Delicious gluten free pizza!! Orders the shrimp scampi one. The crust is like a deep pan pizza! Soooo good!!! Sat outside to take in the sites. Party of 4 ordered individual pizzas. Unfortunately not all of them were delivered “hot” out of the oven. Still best gluten free pizza EVER!!!

    Pleasantly surprised with the overall venue, food and service. The outside seating area benches looked unpleasant to sit on so recommend change to a style that is easier to keep clean. Other than that will return as I can sit on a chair.

    Amazing gluten free crust! Light and airy, like nothing I’ve ever had in all my years GF. They offer vegan cheese too which is a huge bonus for me. Sat outside. Great spot.

    Nice setting. Service was friendly and punctual. Menu had good choices and the pizza I had was spot on. We didn’t stay that long but would go again and recommend if you enjoy a pizza meal

    First time there after a recommendation from my daughter. It was delicious-really loved the goat cheese pizza and the cheesy garlic bread as well as the caprese salad. Our server, Jared, was awesome - friendly, professional and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience and am looking forward to going back.

    We had the gluten free rectangle pizza and it was super!! The crust had a delicate crunch, the pepperoni had a slight char on some of the edges, and the size was perfect for two female diners. Not very crowded, excellent service and well priced.

    Their chicken wings are the bomb. Husband had spaghetti and couldn’t finish both. They were tender and delicious. I had the fettuccine with shrimp which was delightfully lemony and I would highly recommend it. We have eaten here before with a group of seven and everybody raved about their meals. Do not miss it - wonderful food snd service and a great value for Las Vegas.

    They got our order wrong but we chose not to send back. The flavor was nice but also tasted a bit like frozen pizza/not the warmest, somewhat soggy…but wasn’t completely unhappy with the flavor.
