    My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Flights. Wonderful and unique experience. Service was top notch; we were even given a glass of champaign to celebrate our anniversary. I highly recommend Flight Restaurant & Wine Bar. My doctor recommended it to me and I further his recommendation. Bob & Judy

    Always a great time at Flight, they changed the elk to elk chops and they seem more dry , still really good but I prefer the Elk from previous season. Besides that everything was great as usual

    My daughter’s birthday. Very good meal. Surprised that she didn’t receive a birthday dessert as we have had in the past. A little let down

    I cannot remember a meal that I enjoyed more than the one I was served at Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar. I was most impressed with the extensive menu of small plates with most of them offered in paired flights of three, although you can order any individual small plates of your liking. I expected an extensive wine list and was not disappointed. The regular menu flights also include the name of the chef's recommended wine flight to pair with the dishes. I have one dietary restriction and the staff was most accommodating, even preparing a crabcake as an appetizer to avoid the ingredient my system does not tolerate. My trio (a chef's daily special) included Kangaroo, Filet Minon with Lobster Tail and Wagyu Carpaccio. One of the chefs came to the table to arrange the filet and lobster disk. I savored every single bite. The menu did not have a recommended wine flight, but the waiter instantly agreed with the one I suggested. I had the Wonders of the World flight of Catena Malbec, Sassoregale Sangiovese and Molly Dooker Boxer Shiraz. I should not have been surprised at how well the Shiraz paired with the Kangaroo, both being from Australia. I could joke and say the Kangaroo had a kick to it, but it blended so well wth the cabbage served with it and the Shiraz that it was simply heavenly.

    We went here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and we were greeted with champagne and smiles!!! We absolutely loved this place
