    Very attentive staff and a bustling ambiance. However our starter flight was not as described and had 2 dishes with chopped cold fish and avocado, called different things. Our waitress gave us an extra lobster tail , at our request to compensate. She did offer to replace the flight for something different. My lamb small plate was very good however my husband’s king New Zealand salmon was a bit overcooked, we did not mention this. The dessert flight was very good but we couldn’t finish it. Wine reasonably priced and as it was our anniversary we got a welcome glass of bubbly.

    I recently relocated to the downtown Memphis area for a short term work assignment and had heard nothing less than rave reviews about the restaurant Flight. Of course, in my waning days in the city, I decided that I needed to finally try it out for myself prior to my departure. After booking an early dinner, 4:30 PM, when the restaurant opens, I was quickly greeted by a host of staff members with bright eyes and big smiles. I was then escorted to the bar, where a bartender by the name of Lexi and her companion, Luke, were more than happy to take my order and allow me to settle in comfortably. After walking me through the menu and providing some recommendations, I ended up ordering the wedge salad, the chicken and waffles, and I created your own dessert flight (blueberry tart, bread pudding and chocolate chip cookie with ice cream). I must say, none of it disappointed. I plan to return here if I should find myself back in Memphis on the future.

    My husband and I’s experience at Flight was absolutely amazing. From the suggestions for appetizers and entrees, and even dessert, we were not disappointed. The food was cooked to perfection with lots of flavor. Our server was very thoughtful and considerate, constantly checking in on us. Outside of it being a little bit noisier than our preference and very dim lighting, we really enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely recommend Flight to family and friends, and will be back soon ourselves.

    The flights from salad, to drinks, entrees and desserts were all amazing! My daughter’s steak was cooked to perfection and I loved the lobster. Some of the best combos and presented beautifully.

    Our server Mark was the best part of the evening. He did a fantastic job. The wine flights were amazing. The salmon was the best I’ve ever had. My husband had the duck, quail and lamb flight and said it was amazing. We then shared the chocolate flight for dessert With espresso martinis and it was the best. Great way to celebrate our 26th anniversary.
