Fleur by Hubert Keller - Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
Incredible experience. The food was out of this world. Despite being of multiple origins ( i.e. Italy, France, Mexico), the small plates and entrees we ordered flowed together seemlessly. Incredible execution. The cocktails were also perfection. We are very much looking forward to our next visit to Fleur.
The food and wine both very good. Our server was lovely, although he did forget to bring me my second glass of wine. My only true disappointment is that we were there to celebrate a friend's birthday. I had called ahead to have a dessert brought with a candle. They said it would be no problem. That never happened....
very disappointing - we had lunch reservations expecting we could order the " around the world menu" had seen on line , when got there was told only offered at dinner - same for chocolate soufflé . the manager did ask the Chef , and we were able to have the soufflés .... otherwise it was ordinary salads and sandwhich fare. smallish restaurant - nothing notable .
We selected this restaurant because it was close to the Michael Jackson One show we were seeing. The food was horrible! We sent every plate back with the majority of the food uneaten (small plates, so each of us (party of three) took one small bite). They never offered to replace a plate with another dish or take anything off our bill. In summary, the food was horrible, as well as over priced.
Most of dishes are delicious. But some dishes are too salty to me. Severs were very kind and nice. The ambience of this restaurant was very good to enjoy dishes. If the chefes take some salt out of the dishes, I will recommand this resrtaurant other people.
staff wonderful - efficient and friendly. You can tell they like working there. Food was fresh. The salad greens were vibrant and delicious. Steak cooked perfectly. Craft cocktails made well. Hubert Keller stopped in and couldn't be kinder. He even happily signed a cookbook for us and facetimed my daughter in culinary school. Very wonderful experience. Thank you Chef!
We have come to Vegas several times and always find ourselves eating here. All of the dishes are excellent, the wine selection is huge, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Master Chef Hubert Keller came to our table this time and was amazingly friendly and down to earth.
First - lunch was great, these comments are about dinner.
We ordered an appetizer, 2 meals and 2 glasses of wine. My wine was completely off, and I spent about 45 minutes trying to get someone's attention about it. My husband's appetizer was delivered but the server didn't respond. I was finally able to send it back when our meals arrived. Sure enough, they used a really old bottle (the new one was good). However, as we started to eat we noticed that the dirty appetizer dishes were still on the table. Yuck! They offered an extra glass of wine but ignored us for so long that we were more than ready to go when we left. As we left we noticed that the table next to us was still waiting for any food, and they had gotten there before us (so had waited probably 90 minutes or so). The food was pretty good, but the service was terrible!
I had chicken with spinach. And spinach was super salty (usuallly I would add extra salt on my food but this was way too much) When I told the waitress, she said she will let the chef know. That's all. Husband's burger was ok, very messy to eat. Nothing special.
Excellently prepared and nicely served, larger than tapas, appetizer portions. International fare including: foie gras on toast points. Rabbit in yellow mole sauce, roasted octopus that was tender and sweet. Wine list is very extensive with some hidden values. Sommelier there to help select. Unfortunately, too pricey for anyone not on expense account. Worth trying. Located in Mandalay complex.
We had the Around the World menu for 2 people. It was a lot of food for two and delicious.
My only complaint was there was a very long period between the first 4 courses and the next two. I'm not sure if there was some kind of mix up in the kitchen. We could not finish two meat dishes. Also want to mention that the beignets(dessert) were half raw inside.
Service was very good.
The octopus was ridiculously tender!
But come on - bread is a-la-carte for $1.50 a person?Just spread that cost out and bring it to the table for crying out lous.. and many tapas had great sauces that wre screaming to be scooped up!
I recoomend you or der 1 tapa a person and then keep the menu and add more as you go - the food comes out expediently well!
The tapa portion sizes are very decent and NOT skimpy!
