Fleur by Hubert Keller - Las Vegas
We schedule lunch meeting here while at a convention. The food and service consistently disappoints. The only value is the convenience to the convention center.
Hubert Keller is one of the best chefs in America. His restaurant in Las Vegas is one of the best, with a very interesting menu. The wine list is very nice and reasonable. Again, this is one of the best kept secrets in Las Vegas.
Menu has changed.
Food quality and service was wonderful. Room decor a little bland but not a big deal.
Food was great but a little loud for my taste
This was our second time at Fleur and it didn't disappoint.
The tableside Absinthe was delicious. Food and service exceptional.
Have been here for dinner and loved it. The breakfast didn't live up to the dinner. Great wait staff in all occasions.
Was better as tapas restaurant. Flavorless and limited offering. .
It was ok and filling but it most certainly isn’t a must when I go back to Vegas.
Food was inventive and beautifully presented but lukewarm in temperature. Service was excellent.
Food prepared very well. Chef made it a point to come out and meet/greet all tables. Wonderful quality and ambiance.
Well prepared, if under-seasoned food. Hard to get away from the stale tobacco casino smell.
Awful quality food for the price. All 4 meals came out undercooked and cold, and we were the only patrons. The meal was comped from the hotel because of a check in issue, that’s the only reason we went. I would never pay to eat here. Service was spot on great, would have sent the food back, but to be honest we just wanted to get out of there.
Food was fabulous, service was subpar. Felt like we were at Olive Garden or Ruby Tuesdays at the mall. Step up the service and this would be a 5 star restaurant. Very disappointed as I'm a huge Hubert Keller fan and suggested this restaurant for our group.
Good: great service, nice decor, our one main course was excellent (potato gnocchi), and so was the profiteroles.
Bad: very limited menu, we were expecting a tapas restaurant with lots of choice, that’s not the case. About 5/6 appetizers and 4/5 main courses.
Overall just ok, but so many better options in Vegas.
The bill was expensive and the food was mediocre at best..Chartreuse had no cheese.. steak was super tough. Service was ok but slow... managers had to help and they were not busy on a Saturday night with a major concert next door.
Pricey for average food. Burger undercooked then returned with no sause.
We dined here for brunch today. The food was very good. Service left something to be desired. It began with waiting to be greeted upon being seated. Our waitress was friendly and our order was correct, but she wasn't very attentive. She disappeared for lengths of time throughout the meal.
One of the best meals we have had in Las vegas, and we have visited several of the upscale restaurants.
It wasn’t THAT good. Went for lunch and got the burger. It was good, but I wouldn’t go back sodas don’t have free refills
The service was awful. We were ignored by our server for 40 minutes. We never received or were offered drink refills. Luckily the food was good. My guests and I just laughed about the poor service.
Seemed to be more upscale before . Now is more casual with more small plate items.
Over priced with small quantities. Will not return. Price of drinks and wine are ridiculous
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We already were excited for dinner, because this is our favorite restaurant when we come to Vegas. Not only was our food outstanding. Our sever Adam was amazing. He guided us through the menu so we made the perfect choices. Plus he has a great personality. Adam and the manager that was on that night also made us feel like royalty on our special day. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you Adam.
We had a reservation. When we arrived, the restaurant was less than 20% filled. There are two parts to the restaurant, a front part, loud and open to the casino floor, and back part, quieter and more intimate. Despite our reservation, we were seated in the front part and were never asked if we were ok with the chosen table.
The food was quite good. I had a filet mignon which came with a potato puree and a small melange of mushrooms, etc. I also had a caesar salad which was very basic. I had hoped for some pepper, but none to be found. They have an extensive wine list with a very broad price range from about $52 a bottle to $300 and more. . I always prefer white wine and ordered a bottle. The waiter came back to say that of the entire wine list, the cheapest bottle they had in stock was $170. First, I was offended by the assumption that I was looking for the "cheapest" wine. I was not. What I had ordered was below $100. Second, I thought it bizarre that with such an extensive wine list (100 or more different ones?) that they were all out of any wine under $170.
Also, not to be too picky, but the waiter seemed hyper, neurotic, on edge. It made us feel uncomfortable.
Very expensive. But so are most of the restaurants on the strip. If you're looking for intimate or romantic, this probably isn't the right place. And, be sure if to ask if everything is available on the wine list because the waiter will likely not tell you before hand.
Food was overpriced but good. Service was slow. We waited 45 mins for the check.
I hate to write this because I have loved this restaurant in the past but the food was terrible .
The salads were sad, the lettuces mushy and did not look fresh with way too much dressing. The BLT sandwich one my my favorites with jalapeno bacon was awful, dry cold toast with no dressing , sad looking tomatoes with a single piece of wilted lettuce and a few pieces of greasy undercooked bacon.
Lunch was a bust !
Server was very nice. Ambient was very pleasant. The food was mostly impressive.
I had a salad with chicken. While tasty the presentation was lacking the chicken looked boiled. The dresing was ok but for the money it was a disappointment. The service was poor slow and not freindly.
I woill not be back
Staff was friendly and food sounded good but just tasted meh.
Onion soup was good
Fried Calamari with peppers was average. Wished it didn’t smell so fishy.
Butternut squash gnocchi was good. Little dry, maybe over cooked or missing a sauce. Was the closest to being original had nice flavors
Sliders were good, but just average.
Snore donuts were odd and tasted raw.
Drinks were average.
The price and expectation said gourmet. But their food wasn’t worth eating there. Too many other great options.
Very unique food selections and preparation!
Service was good, we had a very pleasant waiter. Maybe a bit rushed...as we were having our main course, only half way through, waiter put the desert menu on our table.and said, “no rush, the desert menu is to tempt you...”
The problem with most of the upscale restaurants in Las Vegas that use a celebrity chefs name ...is that they are just way overpriced . We didn’t let that spoil our evening but value for your $$$ is horrendous. We chose this restaurant as a pre show (Michale Jackson) dinner. The restaurant and the show are in the same hotel.
The night we were there,a Friday evening at 7:30, ...during the huge CES convention, restaurant was almost empty..maybe 1/3 of the tables had dinners...but open table showed many time slots “filled” when we had booked the reservation. Is the restaurant blocking time slots to give the appearance of “hard to get reservation “?
Waiter was great!!!
Overpriced decidedly average food
Outstanding food and service. Chef Keller is a celebrity chef that actually works in his restaurant and knows how to cook, unlike many others.
I hosted a business dinner at Fleur for 9 people. When I made the reservation through Open Table I requested a Prix Fix menu limited to $110.00/person to insure I stayed within our corporate policy. I was pleased that they created a wonderful menu that appealed to all in our party, that included an option or a glass of wine with each course, for that $110.00. What I did not appreciate was the wait staff not clarifying with me that bottled or sparkling water was going to create an upcharge, coming to the table and continuously refilling glasses with bottled or sparking water, thereby adding nearly $100.00 to my bill and resulted in exceeding my companies policy for cost/person. As the host, I was not informed of the upcharge, nor was I given the option to decline the 'frill.' It left me feeling duped.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was conducive to great conversations without having to shout; something you don't always find at a Casino restaurant. I'll insure, moving forward, that I specify a cost / person 'out the door,' i.e. I will not pay more than X so don't offer upcharge items.
Bartender makes great fresh Moscow mules. Great finger taste. The scallops were incredible as well as the s’mores dessert. We were all shocked with home small the burrata app was. Smaller then many fine dinning establishments.
Fantastic food as always paired with top notch service and an excellent wine list
Excellent food, especially the short rib. But the service was the true star on our most recent visit. From advising on what turned out to be a fabulous wine to attentive service that never felt rushed or pushy.
