We were hoping to have a delicious late lunch, but they ran out of salmon.. service was slow and had ceasar salad and vegetarian salad they were both average.
The small plates that we ordered were tasty (sope de tinga de pollo and the raviolo) . The dessert that we ordered, Grand Marnier souffle, needed more of the taste of the Grand Marnier, as it tasted more to the vainilla.
Our server was very knowledgeable about both food and drink-her ability and personality added greatly to the enjoyment of the evening
staff wonderful - efficient and friendly. You can tell they like working there. Food was fresh. The salad greens were vibrant and delicious. Steak cooked perfectly. Craft cocktails made well. Hubert Keller stopped in and couldn't be kinder. He even happily signed a cookbook for us and facetimed my daughter in culinary school. Very wonderful experience. Thank you Chef!
Food was great: salmon amazing. Restaurant is right near casino, nose is based on traffic.
We have come to Vegas several times and always find ourselves eating here. All of the dishes are excellent, the wine selection is huge, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Master Chef Hubert Keller came to our table this time and was amazingly friendly and down to earth.
First time but will definitely not be the last. Nice variety of small plate options on the menu for sharing and a nice selection of entrees for those with a larger appetite. Chef is often seen out in the dining room engaging with guests.
The Mini tour of the world was a revelation.
First - lunch was great, these comments are about dinner.
We ordered an appetizer, 2 meals and 2 glasses of wine. My wine was completely off, and I spent about 45 minutes trying to get someone's attention about it. My husband's appetizer was delivered but the server didn't respond. I was finally able to send it back when our meals arrived. Sure enough, they used a really old bottle (the new one was good). However, as we started to eat we noticed that the dirty appetizer dishes were still on the table. Yuck! They offered an extra glass of wine but ignored us for so long that we were more than ready to go when we left. As we left we noticed that the table next to us was still waiting for any food, and they had gotten there before us (so had waited probably 90 minutes or so). The food was pretty good, but the service was terrible!
Salad dressing soaked the salad
Fish was tiny
Fries too salty
I won't repeat that mistake
I had chicken with spinach. And spinach was super salty (usuallly I would add extra salt on my food but this was way too much) When I told the waitress, she said she will let the chef know. That's all. Husband's burger was ok, very messy to eat. Nothing special.
Fantastic food and wonderful service. Great for groups to share small plates... or just order a la carte. Either way, you can't miss
Excellently prepared and nicely served, larger than tapas, appetizer portions. International fare including: foie gras on toast points. Rabbit in yellow mole sauce, roasted octopus that was tender and sweet. Wine list is very extensive with some hidden values. Sommelier there to help select. Unfortunately, too pricey for anyone not on expense account. Worth trying. Located in Mandalay complex.
Exceptional. Chef Keller personally visited our table and was so kind to pose for a picture. The fois gras was outstanding!!!!!
We had the Around the World menu for 2 people. It was a lot of food for two and delicious.
My only complaint was there was a very long period between the first 4 courses and the next two. I'm not sure if there was some kind of mix up in the kitchen. We could not finish two meat dishes. Also want to mention that the beignets(dessert) were half raw inside.
Service was very good.
The room is beautiful and the service very good. The food was good but not great. I feel there are so many choices for great food in Vegas, this experience was not as memorable and some of the others.
The octopus was ridiculously tender!
But come on - bread is a-la-carte for $1.50 a person?Just spread that cost out and bring it to the table for crying out lous.. and many tapas had great sauces that wre screaming to be scooped up!
I recoomend you or der 1 tapa a person and then keep the menu and add more as you go - the food comes out expediently well!
The tapa portion sizes are very decent and NOT skimpy!
The food was excellent! Highly recommend this place! Wait staff was friendly & quick to help us in any way!!! Can't wait to eat here again!
The tapas were exquisite. Service outstanding- very attentive and subtle. Great wine selection! Superb desserts. Understated and elegant.
Wide variety of well prepared dishes. Excellent service. Menu is varied enough for everyone in a group to have many choices and they are accommodating of preferences. Very nice Oasis and lovely decor in a noisy casino food area.
My husband & I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary dinner. The meal was the best meal we've ever had. Kudos to the chef & all the staff.
We will definitely dine there again & highly recommend Fleur. The waiter we had was fantastic, he is originally from Austria, his name escapes me.
The restaurant is absolutely beautiful yet warm and cozy at the same time. We shared a few of the global small plates. I highly recommend the duck terrine.
Excellent food. Expensive as most high-end restaurants are in Vegas, but not outrageous. My party all had fish entrees and they were outstanding. Service was good. Noise level allowed for conversation without shouting. Would come back.
Best food and service we've had in years. We have been traveling to Vegas for our anniversary for a few years now. We've ate at more expensive, those with those with more status and none of them compare with the food and service at Fleur. How they can make a steak so much better than others is indeed a question but truly it was the best ever. Thank you a wonderful evening. We will be back.
Dinner was AMAZING!! We took my mother there for her birthday, the restaurant offered a sort of tasting menu. But, it was far and above the tasting menus I have had in the past. There were 4 of us and we couldn't eat everything they gave us!
It was a great value and unbelievable food!
The service was great as well! This is a very fun place!
A little pricy but food in Vegas is everywhere. The decor was beautiful. The food was great. They were not that busy and the servers all hung out near the bar. It was hard to get their attention.
I was truly disappointed with everything. Maybe brunch just isn't Fleur's thing. If so, maybe they should skip it. I did the brunch tasting menu. The omelet was unseasoned. The benedict was okay, but the little greens on top were not fresh, and I couldn't taste the hollandaise. Worst of all, the red velvet pancakes were completely dry. So disappointing except for the service, which was top notch.
Great service, wonderful food selection a new love for Octopus Thanks to Fleur!
Spectacular. We had the tasting menu. Do this, if you can. Such great food, much of it surprising.
Not the friendliest place to be though our table server was quite professional and nice. The desserts were my favorite part and it's a good place to go later in the evening for dessert and after dinner drink.
Chef Keller was in the house and very gracious to stop by our table twice. We had the 2 person world tour and it was enough food for 4 people. Standouts: The Octopus was one of the best I've ever tried and the onion soup (don't think French Onion) was great. For desert: The benets were better than cafe Dumonds. The atmosphere was a bit lackluster compared to other Vegas restaurants. Not a ton of Ambiance. The staff was very attentive.
I had high expectations but the flavors were not well
Wonderful overall experience!
This was one of our FAVORITE places to eat in Vegas.
We had three starters: Beef tartar tacos, gnocchi bolognese and german dumplings with mushrooms that were so tasty and different. All were fresh and delicious!! We did order an additional gnocchi bolognese for my daughter's meal...
Entrees: Halibut, Fleur burger and short rib. These were all delicious as well. I have never had wagyu beef before. Order it medium rare. I usually order medium and waiter suggested I go with medium rare. Soooo glad I did. Another delish dish. The portobella mushroom on the burger was a little too hard for the very soft burger on yummy brioche bun.
The Rib eye and halibut were outstanding.
We enjoyed a number of desserts as well. One must order the brioche beignets, even if your full. These were amazing!!! Can't explain it. Just need to try them yourself.
This was a special birthday celebration and they created a beautiful dessert tray for us.
Lastly, we were fortunate enough to meet Mr. Keller the night we were there. What a treat that was!!! Super kind and funny.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience with our family and will dine there again in a heartbeat, regardless of all the other places to choose from!!
The restaurant was very quiet and peaceful. The hostess graciously seated us a bit early. Our waiter dropped off menus then disappeared for some time and the manager finally took our order. The food was excellent. The pork shank was very tender and the scallops were delicious with a wonderful sauce.
Portions were ridiculously small and the drinks were were worse. So weak, and the staff was completely indifferent.
Located on Mandalay Bay's casino floor. Nice restaurant, good service and nice menu with the option of small plates or a traditional coursed menu. The foie gras and the beef carpaccio are both delicious.
One of the best meals I've had - creative but not too complicated. All the flavors just worked perfectly together. Our service was also top notch - couldn't find one criticism. We ordered 6 different small plates to share and she brought them out timed perfectly so that we weren't scarfing down food before it got cold, etc. Friendly, attentive - couldn't ask for more.
Amazing, loved every bite. Chef Hubert is a wonder!
Food was terrible
Service was average
Ambiance was much like a cafeteria
Don't waste you time
