Food was amazing and the overall experience was outstanding. Everyone in our large group enjoyed the meal so much, that they are still talking about it at the office a week later. Finally, Chef Keller came out to the table to say hello and we got the opportunity to thank him for a wonderful meal. Highly recommended.

Shocked at how ordinary the food and service was. I'm happy to pay elevated pricing for elevated cooking, but all four of us were disappointed. I suppose that's what one should expect in Las Vegas. Too bad.
We were seated at 1:00 pm. At 1:40 I asked if we were going to be served. They apologized and said the kitchen was backed up. In Las Vegas, in Mandalay, where there are conventions every week of the year, I would think you would be prepared to a lunch service. Food was ok. Service was poor. We won't be back.
This service was absolutely horrible...we booked a business lunch to meet clients during a trade show and the wait for was over an hour and a half before our food came out. Most of us had ordered salad! The table next to us got so frustrated that they cancelled everything after waiting an hour and got up and left to go back to the tradeshow without having eaten anything.
This restaurant clearly needs to get it together with their staffing considering how often conventions are held at Mandalay Bay. If they can’t service the tables in a reasonable time then they shouldn’t be in business of selling food. We only had a group of 8, which is large but definitely manageable. I will not be booking group business lunches here again during conventions.
The tasting menu was superb and the service was outstanding. Great place to celebrate a birthday
We had the onion soup, salads, and short ribs. All were so good we will one back just for them. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Disappointing compared to past restaurants from Hubert Keller. No actual truffles were harmed in the making of the truffle agnoloti. The skirt steak was tough and badly prepared. The foie gras tasted good and had an impressive presentation, but was badly cleaned and hard to eat.
Insane and Horrible ambiance with a Loud Obnoxious band playing outside this open to the outside promenade. We we’re sat down in the rear of the Restuarant, only to be hit with the constant thumping of the annoying noise that was overpowering. We told them we we’re leaving and the waiter pointed up to the glassed-in upstairs Wine room that had a private table. They offered and we accepted. They saved the evening!! We both did multiple “small plates” and finished with a Gran Mariner Soufflé. Food was outstanding. All ended well!!
Loved everything about this place. Staff, food, ambiance. There are so many restaurants to choose from in Vegas and I am so glad we chose Fleur for our last night there!
I was very pleased with the food, loved the decor...the staff was very friendly. The only issue at all was that despite there only being a handful of full tables, the service tended to be slow. I might be a bit picky, but when spending $$ and enjoying a fine dining meal, I expect empty plates to be cleared relatively quickly. That wasn't the case. But otherwise, very enjoyable. Highly recommend the sliders!
Fleur de Lys - Where art you? Well, just Fleur signifies the move from French/Alsace (Lys- the Flower of France) to global French fusion-esque. Food technically well made and presented; it lacked soul and character. And the punch of flavor. The beef Carpaccio, sliced too thick; difficult to eat; a bit more acid and salt would help; The menu items leaves one paralyzed to choose as there really is nothing grabbing; it seems the concept of bouquet of flavors (or flowers) only works with the sum is more than parts. Here it is not. BTW, the $5000 burger is a steal; as the Ch. Petrus sold with the burger seems to go for $5300 alone. Not disappointed, but expected more.
Not bad for a $25 burger. The Pain Keller cocktails almost put us under the table, tread lightly, but know that they are amazing.
World Tour was awesome! Incredible amount of food. Every course was a multi-dish sampler.
Service I received raised the bar. It was that good. My 2 only issues were when asked for water I was not informed a bottle of water would be $10! The other was ordering a drink it was $23 for a double.

The restaurant was beautiful and quiet. We chose the Around the World Tour which was a wide variety of incredible dishes served in five courses. Each course was more delicious than the last. Our server was informative and engaging. He made our dinner so enjoyable. The service and the food made this meal one of the best we have ever experienced.
This was such a wonderful dinner date for us as we celebrated our anniversary. We started with WHITE ONION SOUP VELOUT amazing! Then the TRUFFLE AGNOLOTTI even better if that’s possible. I had the POULET RÔTI and my husband and the BRAISED ANGUS SHORT RIB. Oh my gosh the food was timed perfectly we were very relaxed not hurried the wine was fantastic.

Great food and great service. We liked the brunch so much we came back the next day. First day we had the short rib benedict and the second the tasting plate. I'd recommend both.
What a truly lovely experience. The food was outstanding, and portions were more than ample. The Fleurtini was a perfect way to set the tone for the meal. The fore gras is one of the best in our restaurant-rich city, a lovely presentation with exciting flavor. We enjoyed the osso bucco and short ribs with wine recommended by our waiter Jesus. We chatted a bit about the restaurant and its staff training which makes for an improved diner experience.
I was initially disappointed that a tasting menu I saw on the restaurant website was not available and perhaps the website should list availability dates. However, we made a great choice picking this location from those available at Mandalay Bay.
Fleur is one my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. I had the opportunity to sample the special Paul Bocuse menu. The courses were truly excellent, from the Truffle Soup, to the Sole, to the Filet with Foie Gras and Truffle, ending with the Baba au rhum.
The wine pairing was spot on, with some great choices, including the Red Wine, Domaine Lucien Jacob.
It was clear that each dish was prepared with care.
Service was excellent as well.
While this menu is not exactly the usual fare at Fleur it was memorable. I hope to be back soon to enjoy another meal.

My husband and I went to eat dinner here and it was a great experience. We ordered the duck terrine which was one of our favorites of the night. We also got the yellowtail ceviche, butternut squash soup, grilled octopus (so delicious), braised short ribs and the squid ink pasta. Everything was excellent including the service. We also got to meet the Chef back in the kitchen. He was so nice to take the time to talk with us. He is as charming and sweet as he is on tv. Overall, amazing experience.
This is place is nice, but I was really expecting it to be a lo more. The arugula salad was good, the yellowtail ceviche was great, the octopus needs work, and the agnolotti was sparse. The service was excellent and the ambience was fair at best. It just felt lackluster, the decor kind of reminded me of the Grand Lux. I understand why it wasn't busy.
Chef Keller presents a palate of flavors in his menu. The small plates are excellent and offer an opportunity to pair dishes not usually found on the same menu. The octopus was particularly good. Great service and a pleasant relaxed ambiance make for a wonderful meal.
Restaurant was not nearly as loud as strip steak, menu is eclectic, desserts and drinks were great.
We went early before 7:00 show so place was empty which was fine. Food was good. Drinks expensive - even for strip hotel.
We did the tasting menu. Everything was wonderful. Doing the tasting we tried dishes I never would have ordered, and loved them.
Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and appropriately steered us toward the right amount of food. It did sometimes take a little bit to get their attention, but I’ve had worse.
This was my second visit to Fleur and again, disappointing. I think if Mr. Keller ate the food I experienced, he'd be most disappointed. I was entertaining clients, all of the diners were served except one, and it took some time to get her food becuse the server "forgot" it. Unacceptable. I orderd the Osso Buco, and, as a former chef, I've made this dish many times. This was dry and had no accompanying sauce. The pasta accompaniment was a glop of overcooked cappelini with a pasty tomato sauce. I ordered some small plates, and the Onion/bacon tart was cold, and had no dicernable truffle flavor. The foie gras itself was just ok, but the flavors on the plate overpowered it. Almost reminded everyone of peanut butter and jelly. I ordered coffee, which never came, the server said she was waiting for a fresh pot. She was often nowhere to be found when needed, but did comp the one dinner and dessert, which while appreciated, didn't compensate for the low quality of the meal. Overall, really diappointing.
My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Fleur. We had to rush because we got caught in traffic and barely had an hour to eat before catching the "Michael Jackson One" show, also at Mandalay Bay. As seniors we usually split our entree but this time ordered two small plates--hamachi tacos and Korean galbi, which we shared. Both were excellent. Our wine by the glass @ $16 apiece was rather pricey for us but very good. For dessert we shared a fabulous tiramisu, the best I've ever had!!! A nice touch was the complimentary chocolate dessert in recognition of my husband's 82nd birthday. Service was efficient and friendly. Atmosphere is very warm and inviting. (Be prepared to pay major bucks if you order the regular entrees though!)
Tasting menu was outstanding for a group of four. Just be sure to arrive hungry! I really enjoyed sampling 16 different items and three desserts too.

The restaurant atmosphere is pleasant and the servers are very attentive! The food is excellent! We tried the meal around the world which is tapas style and all of it was wonderfully prepared and presented!
Incredible experience. The food was out of this world. Despite being of multiple origins ( i.e. Italy, France, Mexico), the small plates and entrees we ordered flowed together seemlessly. Incredible execution. The cocktails were also perfection. We are very much looking forward to our next visit to Fleur.
You have to visit this place for the Absinthe alone! Poured the French way right at your table.
Had our wedding dinner here 3 years ago. We try to come back every year. What a wonderful, sensuous, and delicious anniversary party. Fleur is a part of our history and we are thrilled each time!
