Very nice meal? Great service and they paid attention to our special occasion, this is fine dining at its best.

One steak was cooked properly, one was over cooked on the outside and raw in the middle and the cut of meat on the 3rd steak was unacceptable and sent back. The server was nice but the kitchen made a lot of mistakes. I have no problem paying for a fine dining experience but this definitely wasn’t one. Very disappointed.

Flemings is consistently fantastic! From the service to the quality of food, you can’t have a bad meal here.

the service (John) and his assistant was phenomenal! We had several other service employees come by and made sure we had what we needed and the table was kept clean. This is the way dinner service should be.

They always go above and beyond to make my so. Feel special on his birthday! We love it there and the food is delicious!

Poor service, food was either overcooked or undercooked, including side dishes. Dessert was very good. Room was too cold. Not the normal Fleming’s experience. Have to think they were overwhelmed because it was Valentine’s Day. I’ll wait a while to go back and won’t go back on a holiday again

It has been a couple of years since I last went. Service is still excellent food is good, not quite as good as the last time but still a good place for a special occasion.

Valentines dinner with my wife. Food was great. Have to admit that the filet was one of the best since we moved to Florida. The Service was even better. Our server was attentive, knew his wine as he offered some great recommendations. We are definitely going back to Fleming’s and will be asking for Joe again.

Early St Valentine's celebration... Great place for excellent steaks. And their side of mushrooms complimented the steaks perfectly. Though pricey, even the petite filet gave us 2 meals each. No need to look for a better steak house!

We came to celebrate my sister's birthday. We had a lovely dinner with great service. Highly recommended.

The last time we were at Fleming’s was right after we got engaged in 2019. The experience was great but the food had not wowed me like I had hoped. Last night my opinion was completely changed! When we walked in we saw pamphlets for a Belle Glos wine event they were doing, which is a wine I had always wanted to try. When deciding what to drink we read the pamphlet a bit more and it was $28 for unlimited tastings of all of Belle Glos wine varietals AND Quilt Cabernet. I mean what a deal!!! We started with the pork belly appetizer which was very good. For dinner my husband had the aged ribeye and I had a petit filet with horseradish butter with creamed spinach and Flemings potatoes. I could not stop talking about how amazing the food was compared to the last time we went! It was one of the best meals I have had in a long time and with a husband who is a chef that is saying a lot. Andrea was our server and she was so friendly and knowledgeable, attentive without being overwhelming. She recommended we finish with a lava cake which we did and it was amazing!!! Made in house with pistachio cookies and crumbles?! I mean come on! The chantilly whipped cream Andrea brought over was a perfect pairing as well! Thank you Flemings for such an amazing date night dinner for my husband and I! We will for sure be back again and again!!!

It was my girlfriend’s 30th birthday and we were treated wonderful throughout the entire dining experience. We were greeted by the host stand, seated promptly, and greeted promptly. I believe our server’s name was Shayla but I could be mistaken. However, she was excellent. She exceeded our expectations and made our experience a special one. The prime NY strip was prepared perfectly and had excellent flavor. And of course, the champagne brie butter is always delicious. The truffles at end of the meal was an extra special touch of hospitality that I believe just adds to the overall experience. I will continue to visit this location and have never had a poor experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a nice dinner out where prime steaks are the focus. Thanks again!

Just OK. Very disappointing all the way around. There appears to be a lack of training as well, particularly for this kind of high-end steakhouse. Fleming’s pales in comparison to their competitors in the Orlando market.

Terrible experience.

I had booked this dinner for my wife and daughter. It was their first mother/daughter date night where they got to dress up and enjoy a nice meal with just the 2 of them. I added that detail under the section for "special occasion" in the OpenTable app. I was disappointed to hear that not only did they get seated at the very back near the kitchen, but they were very rushed through their dinner. It's not what you would expect from a nicer restaurant such as Fleming's. Unfortunately, the experience was enough to turn them both off from probably going again. It's a shame because I really enjoyed their rib eye steaks. I'm sure the manager would have addressed it, however, my wife is much too polite to say anything. Hopefully, this feedback will reach the right people so they have the opportunity to make it right. Good restaurant with the potential to be great.

Great food we loved it

Great steak house. Service is always on point & the food has never been of poor quality. The staff always make sure everything is done well & if there is ever an issue they correct it immediately. Always my go to place for a nice meal out.

My wife and I split a wedge salad and regular filet mignon and twin lobster tails to create out surf and turf. As always, great food and superb service with Anne.

Flemings is always a great place to go. Service is always on point and the manager always comes around to check on you. If your steak is not perfect, it is unacceptable for them and they want to fix it. Do not try to argue lol Flemings has been my go to for a steak house for years.

My husband & I were shocked when we entered the restaurant there was wall to walk people overflowing to front desk from the bar & guests were shoulder to shoulder! None in the bar had masks on. When I complained to front I was told they were at full capacity?!? We found a place where we were 6 ft apart! Before deciding is if we should leave, we were taken to our table in a room reserved for private parties. Social distancing guidelines were followed. We have been vaccinated but it's still our responsibility to wear masks & social distance.

BUT will not return to Flemings since they care more about $$$ than people's safety.

It was always perfect!

Typically visit location often when I’m in the area and run into The Same Issue; Steak not COOKED TO ORDER even after Highlighting Specific Desire of how I wanted my Steak cooked.

On this visit arrived around 4:50pm and didn’t get my food they way I wanted it until around 7:15pm.

No issues with Diana my server as she specifically outlined what I wanted on ticket BUT cooks essentially again choose to prepare as they choose.

Becky the Restaurant Manager again apologized for the issues AGAIN which in my opinion seemed a bit Cynical & Disingenuous about their consistency in not getting things right.

Further, she offered No Discounts or Concerns even after advising her this happens often at her restaurant but not at The Sand Lake location?

Upon my departure Becky asked if I would return, I replied perhaps at some point, she Sarcastically responded “Well You Know Where To Find Us”? WOW!

Finally, as I walked out the door Becky again Sarcastically said “Have A Nice Day”!

Overall initially wasn’t Happy with the Preparation of My Food on multiple visits but Beckys approach, resolve to the matter, more importantly her attitude towards the issues didn’t seem Genuine At All!
As Always treated my server with the dignity & respect they deserve as well as provided Diana with 20% plus Gratuity..

Perhaps this explains at least when I come why the place is kinda empty and folks are Packed in like Sardines at Ruth’s Chris across the street.

Perhaps when I’m in the area again and won’t a steak, Maybe I’ll go to Ruth’s Too.

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve Dinner. The service was wonderful and the food as always was superb

It was a busy Christmas Eve night but the service was slow and spotty and the food was slower and mediocre. Not up to expectations.

Christmas Eve. Our waitress was amazing the food was. Good everyone was happy my son had to take his steak back because it wasn’t cooked right but they were happy to make it right.

We had a great evening & thoroughly enjoyed the service & meal.

Had issues with steak being cooked as requested; had to send back it back for additional preparation.
Stressed to waiter Well Done & order was correctly relayed to preparers but still failed to prepare which I don’t personally like At All.
Don’t mind paying for what I want & considering these prices it should be done right the First Time.

WE had not been out in 180 days covid 19 time in fl but this place took clean to a new level very safe and happy time tables were nice and saftey distance applied Food was great and tasty its my wifes favorite place it was her birthday .

We tried the holiday wine and food pairing and it was amazing! Our waiter was CJ and very knowledgeable and friendly. Food is excellent! Highly recommend for couples, friends, family, special occasions.
