Waitress greeted us but did not offer drinks for 10 mins. Salmon was cold. Other than that was great!!

We went for Valentines Day had reservations and waited for twenty minutes to be seated. It took an additional ten minutes for us to be greeted by our waitress. When she approached our table we asked about the feature menu. We expressed that we had food allergies and could we make needed adjustments and she rudely said no the feature is this no exceptions. Then she said you can just buy your steak, sides, desserts separately. I expressed that it was much more expensive buying separately and I said perhaps we should talk to your manager and she said she'll tell you the same thing. She said sorry and walked off. We just got up and left, ruining our Valentines Day plans.

My hubby and I were told to go to this location because of the great steaks. I'm really picky about my restaurant choices especially when it comes to steaks. My hubby and I are one of the few people who like their steak well-done which is why we were sort of hesitant but instead of going to Charley's Steak House which is our usually spot I figured let's try it. The salad and potatoes were great. Service was great! We were very specific in informing the waitress of our desire for a well-done steak. Once the steak arrived, I immediately noticed how juicy it was and knew that it wasn't well done. As both of us proceeded to cut out steak, pink was all we saw. we immediately got frustrated but didn't want to make a fuss. The waitress asked if it was well=done and we informed her that it wasn't. She left and came back with the manager who was very nice but she wanted to give me a lesson on how those particular steaks (ones we order well-done all of the time) can sometimes hold a pinkness color in them even though they are well-done. I've been eating teaks all of my life because my dad raised cows, so I definitely know about steaks. She manager was nice but I wasn't amused by what she had said. So basically after much going back and forth the manager took our steaks to get new ones cooked to our well-done liking.Will we waited, the manager brought us shrimp cocktail which wasn't our request and neither of us are fans of that. We weren't asked what we would like while we wait so she didn't know if we had seafood allergies or not. After several pieces of bread, shrimp cocktail and another order of potatoes, the steaks came out after about 30 minutes.We were not amused and now we were ready to go home. When we looked at the steaks we could immediately tell they were well-done because they were burned crisp which was not pleasant at all especially when you're paying $50 per steak.At this point, we asked for a doggie bag and took the steaks home which ended up in the garbage.
Maybe because it was Valentine’s Day, but this was my second experience there the food was just not as good. The service just OK offered us lava cake at the end of our meal and said it would take 20 minutes to cook,came to the table in five and was cold.
I don’t think I will be back it cannot compare to Ruth Chris.....
Valentine's Day is likely the busiest day of the year; or, at least it was very busy at Flemings earlier this week. Nevertheless, service was excellent, the menu additions were creative and the overall experience was a pleasure. We'll continue to visit the restaurant regularly.

We enjoyed the service. The only thing we disagreed with was the steak being over cooked. We had ordered medium but ended up getting well done steaks.
I took my mom for her birthday for the prime rib dinner. My mom loved it and cannot stop talking about it. I also found out they have a vegetarian plate that is not on the menu. Just ask the waiter. It is fabulous!
Prime rib special is the best kept secret. Thanks Heather for attentive service

I went to Fleming-Winter Park on a date with my partner. This was our first time at this location and our expectations were extremely high based on the reviews. The service was amazing; however, the food was not. The temperature of my steak was wrong initially and they returned a steak that was burned to a crisp. Once the manager came over to check in on us, she noticed the condition of the steak and immediately removed it to make another. After about 30 minutes, a new steak was prepared and all of the sides were brought as well. This was a very nice gesture, but it defeated the purpose of a dinner date seeing as though my partner and I had to each separately.
