Always a great time dining here. I am a frequent guest and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The managers engage with guests throughout the meal which is very nice. The steaks are always cooked to perfection.

There was a group there at the time we had dinner that the lady sounded like a cackling hen. Overall food and service was great.

Phenomenal. Our waitress was so attentive and kind. The manager(s) came by and greeted us, welcomed us. The food, as always, was exceptional. The top tier consistency of this Flemings Town Square location is phenomenal. Also, they have the best onion rings ever!

Being in the hospitality industry I know I can have a high set of expectations sometimes. However, I don't feel that I am mistaken when I say that for the price we paid and what we received were two very different values. My steak was over seasoned, my friend's filet mignon was cooked incorrectly and not seasoned. (they must have used it all on mine) I was supposed to receive a 14 oz steak, I can tell you it was not. The highlight of our meal was the Brussel Sprouts side dish we ordered to share. Our waiter came over when our entrees were served, apologizing because he thought we had not received the appetizers. We had already received and consumed them, which shows how often he checked on us. Waiters uniforms were dirty everyone that came to the table looked like they had been through the wringer and it was 5pm. One of my guests said I could have gotten the same steak at Texas Roadhouse and probably would have been happier. The only highlight was my cocktail, I had the Small Batch Smashed which was perfect for the Vegas heat. All in all I would avoid.

QUICK REVIEW: Solid 4.5 stars. After 15+ years, Flemings is still a Go-To Steakhouse in Vegas. Great service, excellent food. Recommend. A slight glitch this time out, but YES, we will go back. LONGER REVIEW: Over the years, we have been to Flemings around the country 30+ times and the Town Square location 6+. Both for business and social occasions. Never disappoints. SERVICE: Seated promptly in a booth (by request) at reservation time. Erin - our main server - was outstanding. She was there when you needed her and had a great attitude to boot. Nice job! WINE and COCKTAILS: We were celebrating a birthday in the group and started with smoked Old Fashioneds and Cab and Reisling by the glass. Wines by the glass were good choices, many above 90 points - we checked. The wine and whiskey list were excellent for an upscale Steakhouse. FOOD: Wedge Salads to share, Bone in Ribeye, Petite Filet. Sea Bass and Salmon. Salmon was overcooked, very dry. But the steaks were outstanding. Fleming's potatoes and Brussel sprouts on the side. Sides were perfectly cooked - very, very tasty. Lava cake for dessert to share! Nicely done. OVERALL: Can't go wrong overall. Salmon was the only glitch, everything else was top rate. Recommend. Get reservations, on the weekends it gets busy. Yes, we will be back.
