The food was so good. Will most definitely be back!
Fantastic dinner! It was a bit crowded because of the Valentine's rush, but the four of us were in a booth by the kitchen window so we could see in! The Burrata was excellent, very fresh tomatoes. The pork belly was kind of bland so I don't think we would order that again. The filets were cooked absolutely perfectly and we ALWAYS order the chocolate lava cake!
Overall very happy with our experience. However, I was rather disappointed by the lack of attention to detail coming from the kitchen. Both of our steaks were overcooked and the kitchen did not get our sauces correct for the steaks. I was rather surprised by this given that the restaurant wasn't even crowded yet. The presentation of the food was very nice and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the food and wine selections available. Just disappointed the steaks were overcooked and did not come with the correct sauces. The ambiance was quiet enough to have a conversation without yelling which was also very nice.
Steak was sooooooooo good! Server was very knowledgeable and friendly. The Manhattan drink is strong and tasty!
For the price, not the quality of other steakhouses in the area.
What can I say? Fleming's never fails to deliver. The service is amazing. Not only did our server remember us and greet us accordingly, she was amazing throughout the meal. The food, as always, was fantastic.
I liked that the food was tasty but there was too much black pepper on most of what I had.
Went there because I was mailed a $50 coupon. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the steaks and the food preparation in general. The ambience could use a little help however as the lighting was incredibly bright in certain areas, one of which was over our heads. They need to learn how to set the mood a little better, but the food was fantastic.
Food was absolutely fantastic. Filet with diablo shrimp topping is amazing. Beer and wine was great. Waiter was attentive and able to give quality recommendations. Food is pricey but well worth in in comparison to other restaurants with similar price point.
Great meal and service. Never a bad experience at the Fleming’s in Tyson’s.
Excellent meal with great service.
Great service from Maria!
Food and service were excellent. We could have a conversation without shouting.
I have always enjoyed Flemings but just had a very mediocre experience. The lobster was very salty and fishy and the Sea Bass was over seasoned. On the bright side, the service was excellent.
It was great. Will come back soon!
Robert always makes the best wine recommendations! Jessie is a great server!
it was my birthday and my wife and 20 year old son and I enjoy the delicious meal. I started off with the shrimp cocktail with huge delicious and tender shrimp. And I moved 2 the tuna cocktail and that was delicious as well with tiny bits of raw tuna with wasabi sauce fantastic. For dinner my main course I had the bone in 20 oz prime rib eye on special. Cooked to perfection. What a delicious piece of meat. The waitress Julie was superb.
The food, service and experience were all great!
The diablo shrimp topper on the steak is fantastic! Flemings potatoes are our favorite side.
Menu changed. Hardly anymore wines by the glass. Portion sizes of side dishes decreased. Prices overall increased. Quality of food decreased, in my view. Very sad to see. It feels as if corporate felt they are losing money and implemented these cost saving changes. Too bad. They lost me as a costumer.
Overall excellent restaurant everything was perfect for my birthday.
Great service, great food but more importantly steak was better than Capital Grill. Enjoyed it!
Wonderful service and a great meal. May not have been the best steak dinner we've had, but was definitely the best service!
My sister and I love Fleming’s, and were incredibly excited to have our last meal of 2018 be their unmatched delicious steaks. The food, as always, was incredible. The bone in ribeye was excellent, and as usual there was enough left over. The folks at the host stand were also great. It was a VERY busy evening given the number of reservations and tables that were slow to get up after finishing their meal, but the folks at the host stand were apologetic, gracious (even brought out cheese and crackers while folks waited!) and responsive.
We took of a star not because of food, but because our server that night was terrible. If you’re considering Fleming’s though, their service is usually awesome!
It was perfect as usual
I was very impressed with the food, atmosphere and the wait staff. Whenever it seemed my wine or water glass might be half full, our server appeared and magically took care of everything before we even had to ask. I have never finished a whole steak before, but it was cooked to perfection and was as flavorful down to the last delicious bite. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived right at opening (5 pm), but became livelier as the evening progressed. Although it was packed closer to 6:30, you are still able to hold a quiet conversation. Two thumbs up for a magical evening, with great food, wine and service!
The steak was really good, the service was pleasant. However the atmosphere was poor to say the least. It felt like an upscale Denny’s. Bright lighting, horrible decor, old worn carpets and the uninspired white table cloth setting made us decide that despite the amazing steak, we would not return.
Great food. Inspiring menu. Awesome service. Google has their location incorrectly so we spent 30min looking for it. It is in the ground floor of a hotel, courtyard Marriott, i believe. Dont follow google maps to find it.
Excellent food and great service on a busy Christmas Eve.
We were there on Christmas Eve. The place was packed. Despite the crowd our server was good and so was the food. I like this place but prefer it on a quieter night. We went for the Monday 3 course lobster and steak special. It was not available but we found a good substitute.
Took too long to be seated with reservations. Seemed to be over booked.
Melissa was an amazing servicer and gave us a lot of attention, despite being in the restaurant on one of the busiest nights of the year. Good wine selection.
Julie C at Mclean location was the best server ive had. Very attentive and respectful. Was never intrusive and never once looked overwhelmed yet was still visiting all her tables. Came here for an anniversary for the first time and will certainly be returning.
Steaks were and the lava cake were truly incredible!
This restaurant was recommended to us and for the most part it didn’t disappoint. The food was excellent, generous, and well prepared. The restaurant also provided some really nice touches. We were there to celebrate a birthday and they provided us a signed card on behalf of the staff and a box of homemade truffles as a gift.
About the only missteps, we spent a bit of time waiting for everything. Granted the night was busy and there were several Christmas parties going on but still, having to wait for drinks, the main meal, dessert and the check, just made us feel like we weren’t terribly important.
We were also a little surprised by the cost. They had a special 3 course holiday banquet, and while I didn’t order the full banquet, I did order the entree from that selection and that entree ended up costing way more than the whole three course meal. Had I known I would’ve ordered the banquet.
I would still highly recommend this place. The food was very good, as was the atmosphere. The owner or head of the restaurant also made it his responsibility to visit all the guests and made sure we were welcome.
The service was great! Food was wonderful! It’s for my birthday celebration, I got four pieces of good looking chocolate, very nice gift! Recommend bone in filet, dry aged rib eye, and chocolate love(?) the desert.
Salmon was undercooked but the staff took it back with no issue and cooked it to perfection. Great food. Small portions and very epensive
There were many menu options available and the food was perfectly prepared. Our server was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The food was served timely, without a wait but with sufficient time between courses to relax. It was a pleasure to have our anniversary dinner here. We look forward to returning.
Had a family dinner there over Thanksgiving holiday the night before two of my sons flew back to college. It was outstanding. I had just eaten at the Palm two weeks before with my wife and one of my sons. Surprisingly, the meal at Fleming’s blew it away. The steaks and sides were fantastic, cooked impeccably to order, served piping hot, and the service was outstanding (which included a very hands-on visit from the GM).
While not a great “value” at $515 for the five of us, it was less expensive than the Palm. I eat at the Palm about five times a year. Maybe they were off that recent night (very crowded, service was rushed and indifferent, meat quality disappointing), but for this particular experience, the less-esteemed Fleming’s was hands-down better.
