   We’ve always loved Flemings—but truth be told, we’ve never made it past the bar area. And after this visit, we’re thinking that’s exactly where we’ll stay. For a pre–Mother’s Day dinner, we made the rookie mistake of sitting in the main dining area instead of our usual bar spot. Never again. The food? As always, excellent. No notes. The service? Let’s just say "forgettable" would be generous. It wasn’t even busy, yet somehow we still felt like we were on a timer. We ordered a soup, a salad, an appetizer, and two entrees. The soup and salad showed up first—which was fine—until the entrees arrived immediately after, with the long-lost appetizer nowhere in sight. We waited to see if our server would realize his mistake. He didn’t. We thought maybe it’d show up on the check. Nope. So apparently writing things down doesn't help when you’re not actually paying attention. This is exactly why we avoid the Strip: the service vibe is always “rush you out, cash the tip, disappear.” That’s exactly how this felt. Compare that to the bar area—where we’ve never had this problem. The difference? Kimberly and Hiago. Total pros. Friendly, attentive, and they actually seem to care if you come back. So yeah, lesson learned. Bar only from now on.

   Fleming’s Bar for Social Hour is our go-to place for a relaxing and casual evening. The food and drinks are excellent as is the service. Our server, Tara, is delightful and adds to the experience with her excellent timing. We enjoyed the sliders, fries and onion rings, the shrimp tempura and a wedge salad with chicken. The martini’s were cold and refreshing. We shared the olive oil cake as a sweet finish to a great evening.

   We all had the 3 course special—salad steak (tomahawk or filet/porterhouse) and desert. The salads were nice but not exceptional. The steaks were extraordinarily tasty and tender. They made the meal. The sides (risotto, Mac & cheese, grilled asparagus & potatoes with lobster) were particularly good. Deserts (brownie and creme brûlée). No problem getting vanilla ice cream. Everyone found the drink they wanted. Revers were friendly, informative and efficient). Restaurant was quiet enough for conversation. Five Star rating well deserved.

   We all got steaks, which were nice, but the seasoning was a bit inconsistent. The mashed potatoes were a bit bland, but the Brussel sprouts, maitake mushrooms and crab cakes were excellent. The Butterfly Effect cocktail was just OK. ...but the overall price tag for the meal was a bit shocking for what it was.

   Went for our anniversary. It was amazing. Our server was great. The table was decorated with an anniversary card and some confetti. They even brought us chocolates and took and printed a photo at the end! Will be returning again next year (if not sooner!)

   Disappointed in the steak I ordered. Had the bone in filet and it looked like a small chuck steak. Taste was great, just expected more.

   Fantastic service and delicious sliders! They even decorated the bar table for my birthday and presented chocolate truffles for dessert.

   We had the Tuesday Tomahawk special three course dinner for our anniversary. Tiffany was our server and she and everyone else were spectacular. Would definitely repeat the experience. We dined early since my husband is hard of hearing. There were very few people there at 4pm and they also seated us away from the kitchen. The entire staff recognized that it was our anniversary.
