Fleming's Steakhouse - Rancho Cucamonga Ratings and Reviews
Not my first time here and I usually have no complaints, but this time the food generally seemed under seasoned, especially the steak and potatoes. Conversely, the lobster and shrimp add ons were salty and over done, and as a result very tough. They also put sauce on the steak that I asked for on the side. Our server was awesome, but at the price point seafood add-ons at 15 dollars for three shrimp should be cooked perfectly. Same goes for the lobster. Unfortunately, I think this location has lost its touch as this is the second time I have received rubber oversalted lobster. Best part of the meal was the maple glazed thick cut bacon as an appetizer. The meal was downhill after that.
My first time dining at Flemings. Overall, really good experience. Brussels sprouts were delicious!!! I ordered a petite filet and while it was good, it was a touch on the salty side. I informed the manager when they came to ask how everything was, and while they were willing to take it back, I told them it wasn't necessary, but it was salty. My companion felt the same way. He appreciated the feedback. We also ordered the lava cake for dessert and it was excellent! Came out at a great temperature, not "lukewarm" at all, but nice and hot.
The customer service was top-notch. Our server was exceptional and recommended a great wine to pair with our meal. I would definitely return.
We were greeted in a timely manor, seated and from that point on excellent service was impeccable. Our server Joesph who really knew his menu and wines, very impressed with him. Our meal was prepared just the way we ordered it and our water glass was never empty! Again the service was just amazing and I will definitely return!!
Solid 4.5+ stars. Excellent. YES we would go back. LONGER VERSION: This is my 2nd time to this particular Fleming's, and over the years 20+ at locations around the country. I expected a very good to excellent meal with wine and service and this time was no exception. We were entertaining friends and Fleming's was a hit. SERVICE: Promptly seated at the reservation time at a booth by request. Jacob - our server - was Outstanding. Just the right amount of attention and advice to enhance a nice meal. We had various wines by the glass and beer around the table and they all went well with our meals. FOOD: We had the Calamari appetizer, split the House salads - very tasty. Around the table there were two Petite Filets, Rib-Eye, and Shrimp and Scallops combination. Sides included Fleming's potatoes, Baked Potato and Asparagus. All commented very good to excellent - what we would expect of Fleming's. Cooked just the way we all liked it. A creme brulee' dessert shared by the group capped the evening. OVERALL: Fleming's will set you back - dinner for 4 with a good tip, drinks, wine and the above will be near $550. But hey, you are not at a Longhorn Steakhouse. Wine is about triple retail $$ which is typical for a high end restaurant in this category. YES, we would go back. Nice job again. You will need reservations on weekends.
Fleming’s was the perfect restaurant to celebrate my sister’s birthday. My filet mignon was cooked perfectly, and my sister’s lobster was the best she ever had. We really like how we could select and share our side dishes too. We saved room for the dessert which was Fleming’s famous lava cake. Yummy! What a surprise it was for Fleming’s to also give my sister a birthday gift of fancy chocolates. Of course, the evening was appreciated because of the special treatment given by our server, Jacob. He not only was knowledgeable about the menu selections, he was professional and friendly, always checking on us throughout our evening. We will be back soon!
We were there to celebrate a birthday. We ordered two steaks. One medium rare and one rare plus . Both were over cooked. The MR rib-eye was medium and the NY ordered rare plus was well done. So dry I couldn’t finish it. The sides were good. The service was very attentive. The food and wasn’t even Sizzler quality. A $55 steak should be cooked how you order it. Had I sent the steaks back we’d have had cold sides and too much time and hassle. I wanted to be wow’d by the food and experience but was very disappointed. Doubt I’d spend $200 to have a $55 piece of jerky here again. The table adjacent to us also received their steaks wrong. The replacements were delivered to be eaten after their dessert.
Somewhat disappointing. Service was slow and we had to ask for things like beverages several times. One salad brought with entrees rather than before. Seafood tower was split, probably to be helpful, but destroyed the presentation that led us to order it for this special occasion.
Me and a customer enjoyed a very nice experience eating at Fleming's. The food was great, the attention provided by all including management was well done, but the most impressive part of the evening was provided by our server, Jamie. She was very attentive and engaging. I will make a return trip to this restaurant.
Our server Blake was wonderful. My only complaint is that our steaks were over cooked. This has happed to us before. My husband ordered a Bone-In Filet medium rare and it came out medium well. I ordered a Petite Filet medium well and it came out well. Both steaks were still flavorful but we were slightly disappointed. Everything else was superb.
