Excellent service by our waiter Houston
Fantastic evening! Wonderful food, smazinh service!!
Server was excellent. He tended to our needs and was appropriately sociable. Excellent service.
Food was good. Steak was slurry overcooked but tasty. The Chilean sea bass was very good. Loved the margaritas.
Reservations were for 8 pm and we waited about 30 minutes for a seat. That's the only negative part of our visit to Flemings.
I have been here a couple of times and cant complain. I was just there St Patrick's day We got there at the same time as 2 different parties , i want to say around 10 people each party and got sat right after both parties did. Our order did take a bit long due to both parties but the manager came over and paid for our round of drinks ,send over calamari and a free desert. Our server was outstanding! We actually hadn't even noticed how long we where actually there do to having such great service. Definitely Recommend it to any one.
We loved and would so go back!
We had a good date night here. Husband says the seasoning on the steak could have been better. Liked that everything was made on site. Value of food difficult to comprehend: could have offered a side with entree. Other steakhouses appear to offer more for the same or less amount of cost. Attentive staff, clean environment.
Our server was very attentive and food was fantastic. Dining area is one big open space with no fabric or soft textures, so noise level is pretty high. I would say this was excellent, except the price was too high. Dinner should not cost over $200 for two people to share an appetizer, share a salad, share a baked potato, and have one beer each and one average entree each.
All in all it was a good experience. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. The serving staff was terrific. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and the gift of the chocolate truffles was very nice. Wine selection was very good too. The only negative was the noise level. Usually, fine dining restaurants are a little quieter. Probably will not go back for a romantic or special occasion, but will come back just to enjoy great food.
Was really looking forward to dinner since we have had great experiences there in the past. Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to our previously established expectations. The steaks were amazing, but everything else was lacking. Hopefully it was just an off night.
Very nice restaurant
I made a reservation for my 10 year wedding anniversary. I decided to make it early since I knew it would be busy on a Friday night. Our reservation was for 6:30 and we waited until about 7:15 to be seated. I totally understand that the restaurant can not control how long people hang out so I was understanding of the wait. However, I waited 45 minutes to be sat in the bar area. The VERY LOUD and crowded bar area, on my 10 year wedding anniversary. It was so loud my husband and I could not even carry on a conversation. FAR from the romantic dinner I had hoped for. People were actually leaning up against our table as we ate.
My husband I both ordered a filet mignon medium. His was perfect. Mine was over cooked and so was the lobster tail I added. Very rubbery. Brussel sprouts were very over cooked as well.
The service was excellent with what we were dealing with. The waitress had to dodge people to get around to our table since the bar was jam packed. She was as attentive as she could be.
This experience was the last I will have at Fleming’s. As a somewhat high end restaurant, it was not worth the money to have my anniversary pretty much ruined. So disappointing!
The food was excellent. Raymond is a wonderful server.
Went to Fleming’s for our Anniversary dinner. The staff was very aware and wished us a happy Anniversary as well as a card.
Our waiter Bradley was awesome. He answered every question we had with a lot patience. He was very attentive throughout our meal along with the rest of the staff even with the restaurant being very busy the staff were amazing. One of the managers Danny even can by to check on us and wished us a Happy Anniversary .
At the end of the night Bradley even gave a little something compliments from the restaurant. A very nice staff, ambiance and the food made for a very special evening.
Thank you Bradley and the rest of the staff at Fleming’s Rancho Cucamonga.
It was too noisy for a business meeting. My baked potato was cool and had a weird taste.
A booth might have been a better place for a meeting that would have more table space.
Enjoyed a rare father daughter dinner date to celebrate life together! Our waitresses, Malorie and Karissa provided exceptional, attentive, and friendly service. The calamari, filet with Gorgonzola sauce, Brussel sprouts, and Fleming’s potatoes were Devine. We enjoyed complimentary champagne while waiting for a table to be ready. It was a memorable evening!
Great food, great service always
Muy rico todo, solo que el chef me dio un poco cruda la carne, devolví el plato y lo cocinaron, particularmente educados me pidieron disculpas y me llevaron postres por parte de la casa 😉
Excellent atmosphere, food was delicious and service was exceptional.
Completely awful, service was terrible and the food was disgusting
Fleming’s is one of our favorite restaurants to dine in. I appreciated the gift card I received in the mail.
Disappointing, $57.00 steak under cooked/raw, baked potato cold. Manager however did what he could to try to correct issues, but too late to make the meal enjoyable.
We had a lovely meal here before attending a concert at the Lewis Family Playhouse. We arrived a bit early for our reservation and still had to wait 10 minutes while viewing several open tables. We were told more staff was starting at 6 and they had to wait some of the seating.
Our server was super friendly and attentive making suggestions and describing some of the menu items. We started with a zesty shrimp cocktail and drinks and we were never rushed. We brought our own wine (there was a $20 corkage fee) and our server decanted it prior to placing our order. We don't mind the corkage when this is done rather than simply opening and pouring. We both had petite filet and they were each cooked exactly to our order. The sides of mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts were a perfect compliment to the meal as was the tasty chocolate dessert. We got out in plenty of time for our concert and were able to make the short walk in plenty of time.
The food was delicious and our server, Dwayne was wonderful . . . attentive, knowledgeable, and personable.
I am not the type to complain and I usually love this place however this time the food was cold and rubbery The waiter was awesome and aplogized several times for the delays. 😩
Our service was adequate, but everything arrived after a long wait. I was very disappointed that many of the wines were unavailable because you are revamping your wine cellar. Our food was good and served nice and hot. All in all, a pleasant dining experience, albeit very nousy
Waiter was great and patient. Very informative of items on the menu. Overall the service was great. It was a little more loud in the dining area than expected.
Celebrating Valentine’s Day!!
Blake was our server and he was wonderful!
Wife and I had the fillet and lobster with baked potato and asparagus. Steak was very tender and cooked to order...but flavorless (added salt-good to go). Lobster was also tender and very good. Baked potato was just warm, not hot. Asparagus was flavorful. Service was great!
Excellent as always!
Good service, good ambiance
Blake was awesome made us feel welcomed
Steak was over cooked and tough. For the price, it was not worth it. There are way better steak options in this price range. I would never come here again.
Not my first time here and I usually have no complaints, but this time the food generally seemed under seasoned, especially the steak and potatoes. Conversely, the lobster and shrimp add ons were salty and over done, and as a result very tough. They also put sauce on the steak that I asked for on the side. Our server was awesome, but at the price point seafood add-ons at 15 dollars for three shrimp should be cooked perfectly. Same goes for the lobster. Unfortunately, I think this location has lost its touch as this is the second time I have received rubber oversalted lobster. Best part of the meal was the maple glazed thick cut bacon as an appetizer. The meal was downhill after that.
Awesome experience like always 😊
It’s was a very romantic atmosphere, and a fantastic meal!
Very nice birthday dinner acknowledged by the restaurant staff.
I had the 14 oz Angus Beef Ribeye. The best steak I have ever had. All the food was great. The service was topnotch. Comfortable environment with class.
My first time dining at Flemings. Overall, really good experience. Brussels sprouts were delicious!!! I ordered a petite filet and while it was good, it was a touch on the salty side. I informed the manager when they came to ask how everything was, and while they were willing to take it back, I told them it wasn't necessary, but it was salty. My companion felt the same way. He appreciated the feedback. We also ordered the lava cake for dessert and it was excellent! Came out at a great temperature, not "lukewarm" at all, but nice and hot.
The customer service was top-notch. Our server was exceptional and recommended a great wine to pair with our meal. I would definitely return.
