Absolutely amazing as always !
Our dining experience was less than what we expected! For the price I would expect the quality of food to be much better than we received. Our steaks were suppose to be prepared as medium but was well done. You shouldn't have to spend $135 for 2 people for just an entree, side, and water. We won't be back!
Chef inspired brilliance!
We frequent Fleming’s Steakhouse but went tonight to sample items from the new Chef’s Choice Menu. These are items added by the local chefs to add creative choices to the usual steakhouse fare.
We started our night with cocktails and a creative bread basket of warm, zinfandel bread, spicy flat bread and a nice sour dough dinner roll with garlic butter.
This was followed by calamari with a sweet chili sauce that was excellent.
My wife chose the Lamb Chops with the onion ring side paired with a nice Malbec from their small but well represented wine by the glass listing. I paired the Oberon Cabernet with the surf and turf special: a 5-ounce sliced filet with three bacon topped scallops served with fresh grits.
Both selections were cooked to order and excellent.
Dessert consisted of coffee and fresh Chantilly cream and their turtle pie/cake, full of chocolaty, pecan, walnut and caramel goodness topped with house made ice cream.
Our server Bernice expertly guided us through our choices and made our evening wonderful.
We miss the bread loaf and spreads.
Also miss the prime rib and the prime rib burger.
Really miss the bounce back gift card.
To many changes!!!
Food was great and service superb!
The service is the secret to your success in my opinion, they are excellent, The prices are too high in my opinion for what you get, many other steak houses are just as good for half the price. Anyway we had a great evening and will most likely return
New menu, small plates eliminated. So value is not there. Food was great. Service was a little slow and several smaller kids made it a little noisy. Not Fleming’s fault, parents and grandparents didn’t remove them.
Great service that I’ve come to expect from this location. Change in the menu and wine list was unexpected. Far fewer by-the-glass wine choices was disappointing but did not detract from the overall dining experience.
IF IT WASN'T PERFECT.........THEY MADE IT PERFECT !!
$12 for a plain baked potato quite ridiculous, but all else was a good experience.
Flemings is always a great choice for steak or seafood. One of the best in AZ. The food is always great and the staff is there to please.
The Tomahawk Steak was too black. I wanted my husband to order medium well because medium was too red. And he would not send it back to cook more. Very nice restaurant but way too pricey. The waitress apologized at least twice for how long the food was taking. We were having a good time the four of us so I didn't mind.
We went for Tomahawk Twosday. Dinner was exceptional! The steak was juicy, tender and delicious. You split the steak but have your own salad and side AND dessert. You will certainly have leftovers, which gives you something to look forward to again. Great idea Flemings! We will be back and are telling everyone about it.
Their Steak and Lobster - 3 course dinner - offered at $50 certain days and times of the year, is the best value in fine dining. Excellent high quality food, cooked to perfection and outstanding service. Managers personally check each dining table to ensure you are pleased with everything. Lots of attention to detail.
Flemings is pricey but the portions are quite large.
Great food and excellent service
Love this place. The food is great and the people are better. Even when they are busy, it seems so private.
I have been dining at Fleming’s for many years. They are consistently wonderful. The food is always beautifully presented, tastes as good as it looks. Our server Steve was perfect. There when we needed him absent when appropriate. It was another great evening.
Overall it was just okay. The food was obviously very expensive but we were underwhelmed by the taste of our food. For $300 for two people. We expected it to be better
I used to love Fleming’s but the last 3 meals there have been poor! The steaks over cooked, cold and the chef special tenderloin & shrimp was less than average.
The sea bass that my wife had was very good along with the sides. Services was exceptional and we were well attended to.
Enjoyed the location of Fleming’s but will be driving a bit further from now on to eat at Mastros or Arrowhead grill.
Wish it was different and dislike to leave a poor review but the meals have been poor for the price we pay
We went to Fleming's a part of AZ Restaurant week and to celebrate our Anniversary. We had never been before. Our food was wonderful and the service was great.
Meghan was an excellent server and our food was delicious! We had the steak and lobster special along with mushrooms and brussel sprouts. We enjoy coming here and will be back.
Food was very good and the service was impeccable!!
It is so hard to write the review. The wait staff was prompt and professional. The food we got was delicious and cooked to our liking. The only issue was that we went for the prime rib, and since it is no longer offered, we really didn’t enjoy our dining experience as a whole!! We bring our adult married children to Flemmings a few times a year. They always would want to go for their birthdays. My husband and I go a lot after the movies and many times sit at the bar which we enjoy too. We also meet other friends for happy hour and roll into dinner. The food is very good, but we enjoy prime rib. I think now we will just drive to Phoenix to get our prime rib.
Great service and wonderful food!
We arrived earlier than our reservation so decided to have a beverage at the bar and an appetizer. Needless to say, happy hour prices are not really discounted ... very expensive. Based on your exorbitant pricing, serving popcorn at the bar is very low class. Popcorn? We decided to get seated earlier and the table chosen was acceptable.
Our waiter was just ok .. he seemed to be more interested in his larger tables instead of a two-top. Hey, sometimes larger tables leave lousy tips. Anyway, after waiting awhile for our meal, it was served to another table. Realizing their mistake, it was brought to our table. Hurray!!
Filet was delicious but for the price of the baked potato, it was really small. Bernaise sauce was mediocre. $14 for the berries dessert was ridiculous.
Anyhow, this was a gift from my daughter for Mother’s Day. This restaurant will not be my #1 choice in the future.
Everything was great. We celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary and we had a great time. The food was great and so was the company.
Highly recommended! This is one of the best destinations in greater Phoenix.
OUTSTANDING. We love coming to Flemings, because the service/ambiance and menu is top drawer. Our waiter - Patrick-- was great. He made us feel like we were his ONLY customers all evening. The manager came by and asked how everything was, and my wife who's birthday we were celebrating, received a nice little desert gift as well as a nice glass of champagne to celebrate. This is a top of the line steak restaurant. You will not be disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for AND MORE. Thanks
Service was magnificent and food was great. One of the best Sea Bass dinners I ever had with unique flavors that set the who meal apart from a standard fare dinner. Wine menu was great, however, call liquor drinks were outrageously priced.!
Our server Jonathan was absolutely incredible, The food was outstanding and the wine suggestions from Jonathan were spot on.
Mother's Day brunch. Enjoyed it. The host, wait staff and manager were great.
Charity provided us a wonderful evening to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. The food and wine Paraduxx were delicious. The manager stopped by to check us us. Fleming’s is great!
We were celebrating our 15 year anniversary. When we were seated at our table our waiter presented us with an anniversary card signed by all of the staff. The food was excellent. My husband ordered the lobster and I ordered the British Barbecue Salmon which was so good I was inclined to place an order to go so I could have it again the next day. The golden mashed potatoes were divine. After we completed our dinner, our waiter brought us a small box of chocolates situated on a plate with a sparkler which he lit upon delivery to our table. It was a perfect end to our evening.
The food was good, but to be honest not better than their Outback chain and 3 times the cost. The service was very good. The wine menu was lengthy, but short on sweet wines. As with many upscale restaurant everything is a la carte and at a hefty price tag, so if you want vegetables or any type of side with your steak expect to get charged for it.
Loud, steak was tough and greasy
Love the $50 gift certificate! Everything was super ( my lobster a little over cooked) and look forward to going again.
We liked the new menu, but miss the fixed price Sunday special. The food was fabulous and the service from Patrick outstanding.
One of the consistently best places for dinner on the West side. The Lava cake is a gift to mankind
Good food and good service, as usual.
