We had a very enjoyable dinner after the movies. The service was excellent. The steaks were very good and cooked to our liking our. Our waiter, Mark, was quick to recognize we had a birthday lady with us and returned with a rose for her and a camera and took a picture of the 4 of us and later returned with a nice framed photo for us. The dessert came with a lighted sparkler making it a very special evening for us all.
Spent Six weeks in the Naples area and ate at many quality restaurants. Flemings was, by far, the best of the best! The lobster tails were huge and succulent; the "Flemings" dressing on the wedge salad was the tastiest blend of bleu cheese and cream; the chocolate lava cake was magnificent! What more needs to be said?
You can't beat Flemings for fine dining. The food is superb. Pricey for most budgets but worth every dollar you spend. Everything we have had on the menu was delicious, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The service team is world Class, and they reLly go out of their way to make you feel special and create a memorable experience. We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s anniversary. The surf and turf special is a great value.
We are steak fans and this was our first time at Fleming’s and were so excited! My husband had the Main Filet and added a lobster tail. I had the petit filet and we shared the Fleming’s potatoes and Gold Yukon potato’s. Both filets were full of fat and very tuff. I was extremely disappointed. My husbands lobster was the only thing he said was good! Both potato’s dishes tasted like they were cooked a few days prior and just heated up. We unfortunately will not be going again. Maybe this was just a fluke because many people say great things about their food.

A most unpleasant time due to leakage that landed directly on me and one of my guests for the most part of our evening.
Delicious small plates! We ordered the filet mignon small plate which was fantastic. The shrimp and scallop small plate are as very good as well.
Service was poor, waiter even said he was overwhelmed. Felt rushed and had to ask for items like salt & pepper which were empty. No bread offered either and waited 15 minutes for our waiter to come back to our table so we could get our check.
Have been to Flemming's before and had a great experience.. What happened?
Most high end dining experiences will offer white linen napkins when a diner has on white pants/slacks. I was disappointed to hear Fleming’s does not offer this. My white slacks suffered from this. It seems like a simple fix and one that makes the customer feel that Fleming’s is keen on attention to detail.
While I was pleased to be offered a prix fixe Easter menu I was disappointed with the lack of a seafood or poultry entree item. There were too many brunch type offerings and only one steak selection. The salmon that was offered was cold and served as a salad. I asked our server if there was any substitution and was told no. I would think many others were as disappointed as I was.
We also were accosted by several gnats/ bugs hovering around our table and food. Swatting at them did not enhance our dining experience. We were seated inside so not sure why this was happening. When we are paying high prices for our food this is not acceptable.
Fleming’s is one of our favorite dining establishments but with so much local competition we might think twice.
On the positive side our food was prepared well and was flavorful. The pork chop was succulent and an impressive 2 inches thick! The filet was cooked to perfection and tasty.
Just a few tweaks to keep up with your competition is all that’s needed.
We had a horrible experience at this location. The wineglasses on the tables were dirty and the silverware was not cleaned. We asked our waiter to change it and he told us that the how they coming out from a dishwasher....Filet mignon was served cold. Overall experience was not pleasant.
The Capital Grille across the street and The Grill at the Ritz, down the street have it all over Flemings, food, service and ambiance, not to mention our medium rare steak was over cooked.
This is my favorite steak restaurant, but I wish that the prices would not keep going up. And why not have the prime rib special every day instead of just on Sundays? Other than that it is one of the best steak's I have ever had.
Disappointed in our last visit to Flemings. $67 Bone in filet was overcooked and cocktails are really overpriced. Next time, we'll go to Capital Grill.
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed their Steak and Lobster 3 course dinner for $50 @. It was fabulous and we can't figure out how they could make this offer for this price. It truly was memorable and our wait staff, faultless.

Things have changed here. Steaks are smaller, price is high and tables are too close together in one big room.

Steak was OK, not great. Not very tasty for price. Lobster was very good and sweet.
Service was OK, not great. Needed another drink - could not find waitress.
Very cold, not cool, inside; some people had to reheat their frenchfries, some other their coffee. So noisy... We do not return for a while.At the end of our dinner, the food was cold.
We had a fabulous meal! The filet was delicious. I definitely recommend the jalapeño potatoes. Just enough spice. And the creme brûlée was excellent. Can’t wait to go back.

Too noisy during season.....especially during the bar special time when all the "want-a-bees" are taking advantage of the cheap seats.

We love EVERYTHING about Flemings except the pricey side items. Even though they are meant to be shared, they are still overpriced.
The food was fairly good, but the waitress had a very uppity attitude, which made us feel uncomfortable. She was snobby and impersonal.
Our food was excellent, as it has been on previous visits. Our waiter, Jonathan, was personable and efficient. Restaurant was more comfortable than previous visits. New and better chairs, and the air conditioning was more comfortable instead of too cold. Even the valet parking attendants are impressive. No tickets. They remember everyone by name and their cars.
Before making our reservation at Fleming’s I read majority of the reviews posted on their website and as a result we almost cancelled our plans. I would say that 70% of the reviews were very positive and 30% were very negative and this scared us a bit because we knew it was not going to be an inexpensive evening. Despite our reluctance we decided to honor our reservation and I must say this was a good decision.
We arrived 15 mins early and were seated immediately. Excellent table in the middle of the restaurant but it was a bit noisy, nothing unusual for a packed restaurant and it did not bother us. First of all our server was Claudia M and she was amazing. We cannot say enough good things about the service and attention we received. We ordered the jumbo shrimp cocktail as a starter and it was delicious, I would say however that the shrimp could have been a bit larger for the pricing. My wife and I both ordered the 14oz Prime NY strip med-rare and it was perfectly cooked (we were concerned about this because many comments in the reviews stated that doneness of their steaks was an issue). Ours were absolutely perfect. We were undecided on the side order so we asked Claudia for her opinion........”do we go for the shoestring fries or the onion rings”? Claudia said both are good. But we were struggling to make a choice and we’re not going to order both because that would have been too much food. So Claudia said let me check with the kitchen to see if they would give us a bit of both. We liked that idea and when the side dish arrived we had 4 onion rings and enough fries to share. What a fantastic suggestion by Claudia and we would recommend the restaurant to consider adding this to their menu. 4 onion rings and fries for 2 people for around $12 would be a big hit. We left the restaurant full and very satisfied and cannot wait to return and when we do we will ask for a table in Claudia’s section.
Consistently great food/steaks, sides, cocktails and service. Pricey but guaranteed a nice dining experience. Very accommodating.

7 people attended. 5 got the 8 oz fillets and all were average at best. Disappointing for the price we paid.

too much. We had to repeat conversations several times due to the noise. We were seated at a
round table for 5 persons

Normally this is one of the best restaurants in Naples. Great Prime Rib dinners, lobster tails and of course steaks. We had a poor experience this time as our prime ribs were not cooked as we liked.They heated one up and it was still not right. The manager picked up the check. We normally have great servers but this time our server was not around to check on our meals. We will go back as it is one of our favorite places to dine,. Just a one time bad experience.
An excellent restaurant for a special occasion or for a good prime rib. Attentive staff with emphasis on personal service, looking forward to our return visit.
