Fleming's Steakhouse - Lincolnshire Ratings and Reviews
Everything was good but the lobster was a little over done. The Fillet was cooked perfectly.
Jose is the best server I️ have ever had. Polite, professional, friendly and always remembers what we like.
The even was wonderful and we highly recommend this restaurant.
Flemings is having operations & management issues. I have been going to this local for 3-4 years, over 50 visits in that time. SO lets just agree I know the place and what to expect.
This weekend, my wife and I took a couple to Flemings and well they were less than impressed. the server was no where to be found, I had to beg for a glass of water 3 times. Needless to say I purchased a bottle of wine, no cheap, the stand ask if we wanted it decanted, we said yes, they them pour 3 glasses of wine from the bottle smiling the entire time. I was thinking perhaps the staff got into the wine earlier that day! Th service was slow, with many issues, as I watched around the room, it was the same, super busy, but nothing really happening...again poor management.
When you are paying $100 a person for dinner you expect real service, Not Tonight
I will call the location after being embarrassed that night for bring my friend to the restaurant,
lets hope someone reads these comments and takes action
Very nice meal for my wifes birthday. Steak was great as usual. Service was a bit slow but we were seated at 7 on a Saturday so all good. Had the burrata app for the first time and that may be the best value on the menu. Sides and dessert were excellent. The chocolate molten cake was great.
They just do a very solid job. This is one of the two best steakhouses in the suburbs.
Consistently good service. Very welcoming atmosphere right upon arrival and carried through the entire evening. Food was prepared well outside of the vinegarette dressing on the Flemming's salad which was heavy on the vinegar flavor and very tart and burning to the tongue. My steak and lobster tail were delicious and prepared perfectly and the sautéed mushrooms were tasty and buttery.
For us, Fleming's has consistently been the place to go for those special celebrations deserving of a steak and a splurge. It is elegant with a waitstaff and wine list to match. Noise is a non- factor, it is never overly formal and always appropriately friendly. They make you feel welcome. Though I would dress respectfully casual, there is no dress code (patrons wear from jeans to suits). The restaurant is beautiful, and the food is special.
Had a wonderful evening with excellent service by Rachael. She was right on top of everything. My pork chop was delicious and the bone in ribeye was outstanding. I definitely will order that next time. My friends crab cakes were a bit fishy and she left most of them.
However, the rest of the evening was perfect. The manager checked on our table several times. Can't wait to go back.
Absolutely fantastic service and great food. I felt I was treated like royalty. Unbelievable attention to detail. From the manager to the bus boys, everyone was friendly, polite and efficient. Crispin was our waiter and gets the highest marks for his service. Can't say enough good things.
First off we have eaten here many times with usually good results. The food is usually good and the service is usually very good. Last saturday we ordered the Tomahawk steak which was off the menu. We have had this there several times before and it has been excellent. This time it was undercooked the first time we received. We sent it back and it came out cooked correctly but it was a little tough. We complained and to management's credit, they did the right thing and took it off our bill. We really like this place and the only negative usually is the wine is very expensive, but other than that it is usually a very good meal.
A very mixed review. There was not enough room in the bar for my party of 5 for the 5,6,7 menu.
The hostess was kind enough to seat us in the dinning room however the hamburgers became very expensive.
My first prime rib dinner came cold the second one was ok. My coffee came very late and the cream came much later.
I think the evening was mostly spoiled by our server who forgot things or brought them very late with not the best attitude.
I will go back again but it will have to be either in the bar or dining room but not mixed.
The manager was very nice and also tried to accommodate.
Overpriced. Good food. Overpriced.
I would never pay for their food out of my pocket. And I believe that is the point.
$13 for Brussels sprouts. They are $2 at the grocery store. For sure, they were cooked well. No doubt. But $13?
Risotto and 2 oz of steak for $18. Very good. Don't misunderstand. But if it were coming out of my own pocket, I would never pay that.
Enjoy if your company is footing the bill. Which seems to be the primary clientele. Otherwise get an amazing ribeye from your butcher and grill it at home.
We've been to Flemings many times in different locations across the country. The food and service never disappoint. One of us choose ordered the combination meal which included a small burrito/tomato salad, 12 oz filet and choice of dessert. I ordered the Flemings salad and sliced filet with risotto small plate. The filets were both cooked to order and delicious. The Flemings salad was a bit lackluster. Half of the lettuce was more of the core of the lettuce and not attractive. Would not order again. But, our waiter, Crispian, was outstanding. Attentive, but not pushy or intrusive. Made our evening even more enjoyable. Good pour on the cocktails!
Everything was absolutely wonderful. The food was cooked perfectly and delicious. We choose to sit in the bar area for the 5,6,7 menu for wine and calamari and ended up eating our dinner in the bar as well so it was noiser then usual.
Our server Eric was very friendly, professional and beyond expectations.
Great birthday filet dinner. We will be back very soon!
