We had the Monday night steak and lobster deal. The steak was amazing!! Lobster was over cooked, very dry. Everything else was delicious and very generous portions. Very enjoyable experience. Our server was very attentive and very experienced.
Food & service were outstanding. Convenient location, plenty of parking.
We've had better times, but Flemings usually doesn't disappoint
Never disappointed with Flemings. Every staff member is welcoming. One of our favorite places to go with family and/or friends, on special occasions or last minute gatherings.
Steak was not done properly. And then to complete grilling got charred even more. Not what I would expect for a $40 +.steak. should be done to perfection first time. Yoo pricey for my taste...creme brule was perfect though.
I took my 11 year old son for his birthday dinner. The server, Katelyn, treated him like royalty. The manager brought him a box of truffles and wished him a happy birthday. It was an incredible experience for him and I am very thankful for the staff for treating us so well! Thank You!!
I was surprised by the small size of the items on the Valentine's Day Prix fixed menu. But the food was delicious.
The service was spectacular and the food was excellent. We had the Monday special of filet and either crab or lobster. The meal came with a salad/soup and dessert for $49/59. Well worth the money. We love going to this restaurant!
We came here for a birthday. We had the ahi poke for an app. It was outstanding - I would get it again in a heartbeat. We shared everything and they were wonderful about splitting it before it came to the table. The 16 oz. strip was to die for - cooked med. rare - just the way we like it. Loved the whole meal - a bit on the pricy side - good for special occasions - I wouldn't bring kids
We frequent this establishment regularly and it’s been hit or miss for the past 2 years. I normally don’t write reviews but something needed to be said.
1. Prosciutto was so thick it was inedible.
2. Calamari was cut so small and over cooked chewy like shoe leather.
3. Bone-In Ribeye cooked perfectly but tough and chewy I didn’t even eat it.
4. Mashed potatoes tasted great!! but had been sitting in the steam table so long that they turned to a sticky starchy mess.
Flemings has always been one of our favorite places for a good steak. Since moving further away from their locations, it had been a while since we'd eaten there. Our mutual birthdays was the special occasion for making the trip.
Since the portions are generous and we can't seem to eat as much as we used to, we decided to share an entree, salad and side. We love the NY strip, Flemings potatoes and Flemings salad. The steak was cooked perfectly and 7 oz for each of us was just right. The salad and potatoes are a favorite and did not disappoint. Adding a glass of really good wine was the perfect touch. We stand by our previous recommendations....
We usually go all the way downtown for a special meal but because of the weather we decided to stick to the burbs. Fleming's is a great choice for Lincolnshire not like a strip-mall restaurant.
Delicious food and great service. The staff went out of their way to give us a memorable 25th anniversary dinner
Great Food and wine.
Good location in Lincolnshire
The food is wonderful and the service was great as normal. They really know how to take care of their guests especially on those special days.
Consistently great food, service and hospitality.
Ryan our server is very attentive and knowledgeable.
Amazing food. The service was amazing as well. Very attentive.
Ok, we had a wonderful time at Flemings because we were in a festive mood, celebrating a birthday. However, after looking forward to a delicious steak dinner, both of us were disappointed in our steaks. Mine was the Chef's special-NY strip- with a lobster tail on top, and my husband had the bone-in rib eye. Mine was very undercooked for a medium-rare PLUS-I should've set it back for more cooking but did not, my fault there. It was also chewy . The lobster tail was tiny, and the sauce on top (Bernaise?) was very salty :( My husband's steak was thin and not that tasty. We had the majority of our meat wrapped to take home. The tuna poke appetizer on the other hand was delicious, and our waiter was very good...helped with wine selections and tastings. Sorry to have to leave this review, but the steaks were a disappointment, and we really scoured local restaurant reviews (Sullivan's, Beelows, Ruth Chris, etc...) before deciding on Flemings.
Too expensive for everyday dinning. Would go back for a special occasion.
The steaks were amazing. Cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The creamed spinach was the best we ever had, anywhere.
The appetizers we ordered were good. The desserts were fair at best.
Service could have been timed better. (They brought the soup and salad at the same time.) Coffee didn't arrive for at least 5 minutes after ordering, we had to ask for a refill.
The noise level was great. We did not have to strain to hear each other.
