This restaurant is in downtown so there’s tons of loud flashy cars zooming by. The seating is in a wind tunnel so be ready for a chill. The waiter was excellent and so was the food!
Steaks are mediocre. Been here twice and both times they were WAY off on temperature. We ordered medium rare and it came out RARE! I mean barely seared rare. The mac n cheese was delicious and service was great. Atmosphere is so so but not their fault...
Didn't seat us by a heater so we were very cold and the service was very slow.
They could of sang happy birthday for $300 dollar bill
It was god but my steak was a little tough for a filet. I didn’t say anything because of COVID and being a difficult time for everyone.
I had the best waiter. He was wonderful!!! The food was amazing...
Had a reservation at 5 waited 25 minutes to be seated. My husband finished his appetizer before he got his wine because they took so long. Waitress only checked in on us twice. We had to ask for bread. The cheesecake we ordered did not seem fresh.
Date night with my husband
I frequent this location at least 2 times a week for business meetings and I was disappointed but the treatment by tge manager in the entrance when I requested to sit before my clients as I like to always arrive earlier set all up and order wine and in the past few weeks wasn't an issue and this time it was🤷♂️. Food as usual.was great service good as expected but this evening it was a really bad experience as the LA Dodgers won the world series and the residents were out of control in the area and felt very unsafe.
Under normal circumstances I reccomended
It was a fantastic first time experience from the service to the food!
We went for Happy Hour on the week of Oct 19--during COVID. This was my first dine-in during COVID. LA Live and the entire DTLA was like a ghost town. Outdoor dining set up was alright. The tables could have been farther apart. Service was difficult as the servers did not stay outside in the dining area. There were homeless folks asking for $ and some were pacing back & forth, yelling. It was an uncomfortable setting. Food was also not as good as usual. We will wait until post-COVID to return.
No Happy Hour info was offered on the QR code menu or by our server.
We had a wonderful dinner. Ordered a three course filet dinner that came with salad and dessert and added on the Duckhorn wine tasting. The service was awesome.
Great food and service. Had an awesome night out. Will be back!
Had a good time
Obviously quite loud to to sidewalk seating.
Food was good & location is convenient for us! A bit pricey, but that’s to be expected with Fleming’s!
They had sat me and my date outside by the entrance where people are waiting to be seated., we felt awkward as we felt people we’re starring. We had asked our server if we can sit somewhere else and they said no.... we even spoke to the manager and she too didn’t want to accommodate our request... the only great thing that made us forget about the service was our steak it was hands down the best steak I’ve eaten in a while. Was worth the $
It was closing granted but the food was not as good as it was the first time they didn’t make my food with love like the first time but still if I pay $145 for a meal for me and my woman I should enjoy it, and I DIDNT!
Went to celebrate parent’s 33rd anniversary . The manager that night was so kind and brought over a special take home treat for them . Andrew and Ana were amazing as well! Truly a great experience .
Our waiter named Maynne was so nice and always coming to check on us. She let us know which foods were delicious to chose from the dine la menu . Great service and she also recommended a drink from the bar.
The experience was refreshing, the staff was friendly the ambience was nice given the outside seating. We were pleased this was our first post covid-19 dining experience.
Our favorite place in DTLA!!! It’s a must
I like the food the steak I asked for well done but to my taste it was mostly burnt. Can’t do anything about the street noise. Había the JW hotel so near by there is a lot people with luxury cars trying to show
Our waiter was awesome, food was great but since we were out doors there were vagrants pan handling.
Great place to meetup with friends during covid times. We dined outside on their patio.. Appreciate the hand sanitizers and the staff appeared trained to wear masks properly.
Food was delicious and seasoned well. Our group of four split two tomahawk steaks. Sides were all great and dessert was excellent.
Noise from street traffic can't be helped and aggressive transients shouting at patrons dining left me feeling a little uneasy but there wasn't an incident. Wish a higher end place like this would have racks for your purse like they do at resorts down in Mexico. I hated having to place my handbag on the filthy floor.
Visiting from Philly for the weekend. Hostess was amazing. Food was even better. We had such a great time.
Food was great service was great it took a lil long to get my table they where a little backed up other than that every thing was awesome
Everything was great. The best meal I’ve had in a while. The Fleming’s potatoes are the truth. And that bone in Rib Eye..... JUICY!!!! Service was just as great.
They need to put a better decor
I hate the outdoor set up on the corner with cars racing by. Very loud obnoxious guest at nearby table. But the food and service as always are great.
Upon checking in they informed us to scan the menu using our phones and seated us. Our waiter showed us the menu and we ordered wine, seafood tower and appetizers. Upon check out we noticed our check was inflated. My husband called over the manager and ask why there is a discrepancy with the bill. We were told that we need to change the location for the menu. Something that was not described or explain to us upon seating. The manager proceeded not to adjuster Bill for their error Putting a damper on the evening. The right thing to do would be to take ownership of the error by your staff and adjust the bill and not tell us we were wrong. I will never return again for the behavior of the manager. With the days of Covid are plenty options for dining out and they should value the customers a bit more.
Took too long to get seated
We had the best night out at Fleming’s. We have not dined out since COVID started in February and tonight was our 1st wedding anniversary and we wanted to do something special. Everything was wonderful from the extra safety precautions they took (we felt incredibly safe eating there, to the impeccable and friendly service, and you can tell the entire staff is working to ensure the best experience despite changing conditions. To top it off, the food was incredible and worth every bite, down to my martini, which was mixed to perfection. Our server Moreno, made our night so special, and the entire staff was so welcoming and took all the extra steps in making our anniversary so special. As our first night out in over 6 months, it was the best experience we could have hoped for.
This was a good deal! Great food! Service started good but as soon as we told the waiter we wanted the Dine LA special he wasn’t as helpful. Sorry I’m poor lol anyways good food, make sure to do a reservation, they aren’t doing walk ins
I'd been to Fleming's twice before (downtown once, Pasadena once), and had less-than-stellar experiences both times (overcooked meat, not good at a "prime" steakhouse). But my dining companion picked the place for Dine L.A., so I went this time, albeit with some trepidation. That trepidation was misplaced. Two filets perfectly cooked. Starters were acceptable, desserts were decent, but the steaks were excellent. Main complaint: the beer list could use an overhaul (didn't have wine this time). Service was quite good. Given the current pandemic, outdoor dining in downtown at L.A. Live on a Saturday night was uncharacteristically sedate, although scorching hot. Will go again.
My birthday was Great!!!
I would suggest making your reservation earlier than when you want to eat since you’ll still be waiting 20-40 minutes past your time.
