The food was great and the ambiance was good. Our waiter Kent was on point and handled business like a professional. Fleming’s has not let us down and is always a good spot to have dinner.
Food was amazing, service was mediocre.
We were impressed with the service, and of course the food was delicious.
It was very disappointing, I would not go back to Fleming's Steak House again. First of all how can a restaurant that have a full bar can not make a Bellini. Second I ordered a Rib Eye steak, the steak came and it looked really good. When I bite into it, I had to spitted it out, it was so salty it was uneatable. No apologies, they took it back and re-cook another steak. At the mean time my husband already finished his meals. When they finally brought my meal, I was no longer hungry. The Palm is so much better, thought we try something new. Next time stick with what I know it's good.
They unfortunately lost my credit card. Perhaps I’ll hear from them Monday
Nice restaurant, good food and wine.
Felt a bit rushed by waiter.
However, good service overall.
Great service and food. Even though it was busy, the service was personable and attentive.
The service was awesome. Unfortunately, I can't remember our servers name, but she was so attentive and sweet and the restaurant was extremely busy because there were lots of people there before the LA Kings game and a show at Microsoft Theater, but that didn't diminish the service. Our food was also very very good. Best experience I've had at Flemings.
Amazing food, amazing service
Dinner at Fleming’s was great. We were greeted at the table by our waitress almost immediately. She took our drink order and returned timely. In the meantime, our water glasses were filled and bread was placed on the table. We enjoyed our cocktail and ordered dinner. The food came fairly quickly and my steak was cooked to perfection. We split a potato and because we did, the busser realized we would need another tray of potato fixings. Great move! Everything was fantastic. A few months ago, I ate at The Palms. Fleming’s was much better all around and cheaper! Go to Fleming’s.
Service was fantastic even though it was a busy holiday and Laker game. Our server made sure the food was perfectly prepared and all came out at the appropriate time. Would definitely return.
Enjoyed our Easter brunch just as much as we have always enjoy our dinners in the past.
Highly recommend this venue!!
Service was incredibly inattentive. They were all in conversation with one another and trying to get attention for anything was an intrusion. Even the host was busy watching the games on television, ignoring the customers coming in and departing. For the big prices, you would expect some decent service. Huge disappointment.
The food was amazing, the service was amazing too, the only thing we didn’t like was that it was a little too dark and my parents couldn’t read the menu.
Salads took forever, and came out wrong for half of the table. Steak was cooked terribly. Ordered medium rare and got medium well/ well done. Told the waiter and he just took it away and said ok. We had a very important client we were taking out and needed to be close to Staples. Not how we planned it.
Personnel were friendly and efficient. Plating was strange as the steaks came with nothing on else on the plate. A little green would make it more pleasing. Maybe I'm used to different types of dinning but we ordered three sides which were brought and left on the table, not served.
Superior service. Excellent food. Very nice evening.
The surf and turf burger was on the money. Crab cake on prime beef...booya!
Awesome night but I ordered the aged ribeye at Med rare-plus and it was cooked medium. Yuck
We went to Fleming’s before the NCAA game. The food is always cooked perfectly and consistent and the service is excellent!
Love Fleming’s but the crowd was too much. Steak over cooked sides fair. Not many choices for fine dining near Staples. Too bad
The waiter was very knowledgeable and engaging
The steak we ordered was the tomahawk for $90 and it was tough and definitely not even close to 32 ounces even if you subtract the weight of the bone (which wasn’t that big.) Also, the meat was tough and kinda dry even though we ordered the temperature at medium to medium rare.
We also ordered Chilean sea bass which was NOT Chilean sea bass plus it was NOT fresh.
Completely disappointed with the food. Overpriced!!
It was my first time at Fleming’s. Went with my family for mine and my husband’s 40th birthdays. We loved it so much that we’re making it a tradition to come back for everyone’s birthday! Food was great! Server, Kent, was awesome!
Amazing steak, seafood, desserts, whatever you're after. Everything is always done so well, and service is great. All Fleming's provide a great dining experience, but this is an exceptional location.
Servers were polite and good but food took a long time to arrive between salad and main course.
Great Steaks all around. Great scotch and whiskeys all around. Great place to eat before anything at LA Live or Staples. Not cheap but worth the price. Highly recommend
Excellent service and food. Truly a spectacular evening. I visit high end places like this often and this one is either at or very close to the top of my list. Very very good.
Clippers game with out of towners
Steaks were way below average, no manager evolvement. Service slow
Great place to spend dinner with your loved ones! :)
Have dined here before. This time service was just ok. No bread was offered. Waiter hit my chair every time he walked by. That was a little annoying. We were sitting at a table for just two, where are you suppose to put your purse? They were very crowded.
Ridiculously expensive IMO!!! I could not believe the prices. I was embarrassed for my friends who I had asked to join me and hence share the cost. And really average quality food in my opinion. I would have preferred the food in Chipotle for a fraction of the price. I will never, ever go back
Caesar salad and burger with crab cake were delicious. Lava cake and creme brulee were good, too.
We dined at this Fleming's location due to positive past experiences and convenience to Staples Center. Because of the phenomenal experiences we had, this particular one was subpar in comparison. We had a 8pm reservation and checked in right on time. The hostess took us to a table when our reservation specified a booth, so we had go through the awkward walk back to the reception area and then back into the dining room. Once seated, it took 10 min for the waiter to show up and another 10 min before we were able to place our order. By the time the slow kitchen delivered our food, it was already 9pm. By then, the appetite had declined, so the food didn't taste as amazing as before. We were exhausted from the day, so didn't even bother to complain after leaving the establishment at 9:45pm. Hopefully, it will be better next time.
It was good better restaurants in the area
Great staff!!! Food was good!!
