Server was way more focused on her other table and ran out of the chilled seafood tower never offered anything different instead, told us nothing about the menu just asked what we wanted. I am mostly disappointed that I spent 200 dollars on a meal that I could have gone anywhere and get for 50-60 dollars. I went for the experience and was very disappointed.
We go to Flemings several times a year for special occasions. We were celebrating a birthday. It is our go to place for celebrating. Our food was great as expected. We ordered the Lobster Tails, special Red Snapper, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, and Spicy Thai Green Beans. The waiter however was not what we have come to expect in the line of professional servers. He talked way too much about himself and telling "stories". He did not offer us second glasses of wine even though we were nearly finished with our first glass, halfway through our meal. He did, however, take the meat out of the lobster tails for us, and did give us a heads up on the cook time for Molten Lava Cake. But we did not even get acknowledged until over 30 minutes from sitting down at our reserved table. No water, no "I'll be right with you", no apology for the wait with a "sorry I got slammed", and the green beans did not even get delivered with the meal. Since neither my husband nor I eat until all is served, our meals cooled down waiting another 5-8 minutes for the beans. He did box my leftovers and cleared the table like you would expect, but there was just something missing about his customer service.
The food and service were exceptional. I was disappointed that quite a few items on the menu weren't available. The one dish I REALLY wanted to try, Southern Cassoulet, was one of the casualties.
Our server was wonderful and we were very pleased with the entrees were ordered. We found the seating to be a little cramped. The man sitting behind me hit my chair and knocked my jacket on the floor several times. Also, the noise level made it a little difficult to have a normal conversation at the table.
We will definitely visit again.

Extremely good food, attentive service, very busy because it was Valentine’s Day, and pretty loud, because it was so busy. But we could hear each other.
Went for Valentine’s everything was wonderful and staff accommodated my husband arriving early to place flowers on the table 😍

We ordered the petite filets medium well. Mine was more medium, but my husband's was perfect. The cuts were delish. The bread and chardonnay and champagne brie was to die for. Roasted brussel sprouts were pretty disappointing to be honest. There was way too much balsamic ... so much that both my husband and I coughed when we went to eat them. And they were kind of soggy too, as opposed to being crisp. Finally, your chef in the back needs to be wearing a beard net.

I was completed surprised that they had birthday decorations and a rose on the table for my birthday. They also presented a card with a $25 gift card for my next visit, in addition to the birthday dessert. Most definitely a place to celebrate birthdays at!

Wow! I definitely selected the right place for a mother/daughter dinner. I could not have asked for a better experience! Service was exceptional and the food was amazing. More importantly, my teenage daughter loved it!
Our server, Jake, was outstanding as was the food.
Not many places get all the shell off of shrimp for the shrimp cocktail, especially the very end closest to the tail, but they do here! Applause!!! Salads, chicken entree and dry aged ribeye were exactly as ordered and described on the menu! The only setback was to taste and learn from the employees that the establishment’s decision maker chooses to exclude entire ingredients for the speciality drinks, claiming limited writing space for menu items’ descriptions, per the employees! For example, lime juice, lemon syrup, or sweet and sour mix, are unlisted on the ingredient menu for specialty drinks but are added into most drinks on the menu...so, the result is a completely different taste than what a customer would expect based on the listed ingredients; and the conclusion is bar fraud! Solution: add entire descriptive ingredients to all on the menu!

My husband and I ordered Cesar Salads they both were horrible wilted lettuce not fresh at all! Couldn’t believe you would serve a salad like this in this high dollar restaurant. Service was slow we even had made reservations for 6:00 on Open Table for us and our two friends to celebrate being together after not seeing each other for a long time. The restaurant wasn’t that busy to not get better service. Our salads were taken care of by the waitress when we told her and showed her the wilted lettuce. She was friendly and understanding just a little slow with service. My Bourbon Salmon was disappointing and salmon is my favorite fish. It was the taste just not impressive. I have been wanting to come back to your restaurant for a long time since we don’t eat out often usually due to these kind of reasons. The choices for a glass of Chardonnay wasn’t impressive either not great choices when you don’t want to spend $24 for a glass. My husband usually eats 5-10 a year for business meetings at your restaurant and we understand how pricey you are so we expect slot more. Probably I will not be back for a very long time if ever not that you really care.
Fleming’s has become our New Year tradition. Always excellent food and service. We had filet with lump crab and ordered the Brussels sprouts and creamed spinach. Unaware that the filet included asparagus and sides are easily large enough to share, so will probably not order sides next time. Finished off the meal with carrot cake. The guys always enjoy the large bourbon selection.
New Year's Eve. Folks were lingering and tables were not opening up as expected. The manager was exceptionally gracious. Although we were seated later than reserved we did not mind. Our server J. Brad Hardin was great. We shared we did not wish to be rushed and he checked with us before each course to make sure we were ready. The food was prepared to perfection. Great choice and Mr. Hardin is our go to on the next visit.
The bone in rib eye was outstanding! The Caesar salad was mediocre. The service was just ok. For example, the waiter brought us out the $85 steak .. put it in the center of the table of 6.. and said.. well.. do you need anything else .. to which I replied.. “really, how about 6 plates so we can eat and the sides we ordered? Yea it was that kind of night. The service is not “ATTENTIVE”.. and at these prices.. or should be. I would stick with Ruth Chris over this brand in Knoxville.
The food was overpriced and not good. 85 dollar crab legs with absolutely no flavor. Halibut overcooked, New York strip was chewy. Out of six people in our group, everyone had an issue with something. We usually go to Ruth’s Chris and now we remember why.

A Birthday celebration at Fleming's is always something to look forward to. We went recently to do just that for my birthday and were treated to a great meal. Both of us had the petite fillet with mushrooms for the table. The steaks were cooked exactly right, seared on the outside and perfect on the inside. The mushrooms were delicious, as usual, and the service was excellent, efficient, but not rushed. We tried the mushroom and walnut appetizer, and it met our expectations.
Substantial improvements with food, for instance, the seasonal selection from the chef’s table is a welcomed addition to the normal menu, although, sourcing the freshest well grown or well made ingredients (food) still proves difficult here in Knoxville for some items.
Family time for us. Open table allowed us to make a reservation and walk right on in to a table. There were people waiting still 30 min after we sat down. Service was great, food was really good as always. Fleming’s is our favorite spot.

Excellent Sunday dinner of steak and lobster tail. Lindsey was an excellent server and food was prepared perfectly.

For a steakhouse, the entree should be a quality steak, prepared as ordered; one of the entrees was not “well done” as ordered. The Mgr did give credit which was nice. Side items not prepared as well or as tasty as in the past a5 this location. Not the best evening dinner! Server was excellent.
