Dependable quality food and service. Good for dinner or a private party.
Outstanding. Always our favorite place for a nice enjoyable dinner.
Had the special Surf & Turf. Lobster was excellent and the steak had great taste, but was a little on the tough side. Side of asparagus with our meal was ok. We would still go back and try something else on the menu.
It was my husband’s 60th birthday, and they decorated the table, presented him with a birthday card and were very attentive!
Food was excellent!
Our food and the service were equally impressive. Always a great night at Flemings. Thank you for never disappointing!
Best place in Houston to get a steak. Food and service was excellent.
The service was awesome but the food was just so-so for the price that we paid. Eddie V’s is definitely the better steakhouse of the 2.
Delicious food- lobster & steak melted in our mouths. Will definitely return.
Service was awesome! We never needed anything! Someone was always filling up our water and asking how everything was. I almost felt like we were paid special attention to! The food is always good and I haven’t eaten there in a few years and was still impressed! YUM!
Excellent service. They made an slight error in bringing our steaks out before salads, but couldn’t have been more apologetic about making this little issue better for us. Brought out another bottle of wine for us, which was totally unexpected. But appropriated. I’ll be back for that reason alone!
Loved it more than ever. Server was ready with our preferences to the last detail, even our wine selection, so we only had to say yes that’s it!
Great customer service for our anniversary. Excellent food. A bit pricey, but will go again. Staff went above-and-beyond.
We were seated promptly and the waiter came right away. He did ask if we wanted drinks and when we told him we needed a minute he left. He was back almost immediately asking for drink orders. We asked for an Oregon pinot noir and he said they had none, but then recommended the two most expensive wines on the menu. We were familiar with both and the pricing for a glass was at least, if not more than the price of a bottle.
We ordered appetizers and he was back for dinner orders before appetizers were served.( It was 9:30 on a Saturday night, the restaurant was not busy),. He than came with plates for the appetizers and physically moved my bread plate while I was eating a piece of bread. We were less than half way through the appetizers when he came and cleared the appetizer plates.
Of the 3 entrees, one person enjoyed theirs, one thought it was " so so" and one was sent back.
Both the service, food, and pricing was a disappointment.
James our server was excellent. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The. Booth was excellent.
We ordered the filet and lobster promotion, with scalloped potatoes and lobster mac. Surprised to learn that filets were only "Choice" (not "Prime") grade - and it showed. Also, the filets were cut almost in half when served, - I guess their way of checking doneness while cooking. Very unprofessional technique for a $$$$ steakhouse. Sides were generous proportions and well worth the money. Waiter was marginal, but a couple of managers stopped by and "Heidi" provided exceptional service.
The $50 dollar surf and turf was great. It is available until Easter
Had a surprise run in for a friends anniversary. Service was great and suggestions for wine and champagne nailed it!
Took our children and grandchildren with us to Fleming's to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. There were eleven of us in total. Our table was nicely decorated with an anniversary theme. The service and food were very good. The only problem was that our table was long and narrow and located in the very center of the restaurant. The table arrangement and ambient noise form other diners made conversation difficult. A more private space would have made the evening much more enjoyable.
Always a pleasure to dine here. Food & service as always was impeccable.
The food is wonderful. The service is incredible. We always have a great evening when we dine there,
Bummer...over cooked then undercooked and an inattentive server. Manager Greg was good and tried to take up the slack of a very lackluster server that didn’t wait on us again after food and drinks were delivered.
I was very disappointed. The staff was great, but the food?!?! I could have done better at home.
There was no salt or flavor on anything. I am not a big salt fan but you do need to cook with some salt.
Au Gratin potatoes with no salt? Steak was cooked perfect and the cut of meat was great, but no flavor whatsoever. Sautéed mushrooms, again no flavor at all. I guess I'll stick with Taste of Texas. I am also not a fan of 3 managers coming over to check on us.
Wonderful and friendly staff, timely, delicious food, water always filled, every need met, and wonderful ambiance. Couldn’t have asked for a more romantic evening.
The steaks were very good; prepared to order. The service was excellent. The $17 Martini was overpriced. The size was average to below average and did not justify this high price.
Great food, great service and great experience. If you are looking for an unforgettable evening out, Fleming’s is the place to go. Be sure to take that special someone to such a special restaurant.
Flemings is my go to place. I probably eat there 15-20 times per year, throughout the country. I always get the same thing - dry aged ribeye, rare. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed. The steak was far off the mark. Big giant globs of fat (not marbling), and tough sinewy sections of fat that could not be chewed. After spitting out my second bite of the rubbery fat, I was done.
I swear by Flemings. The more marbling the better. This was a big failure.
Manager asked how the meal was and wanted to talk. I did not. I found his demeanor and professionalism to be lacking.
I'll keep going to Flemings, but not this location.
$$$$$$ but good. Steaks cooked great. Just really expensive
It’s my favorite place to go. Staff is great! Jonathan is amazing!
We love Fleming’s! Everyone’s so friendly and the food is delicious.
The food was good, but the service was awful. For the price ($600 for 4 people; one moderately priced bottle of wine), the service should be excellent.
Great service and nice atmosphere. We had the a Valentine’s menu with pairings and it was wonderful. A really good value. An overall fantastic evening!
Great service and wonderful dinner
THIS PLACE IS GREAT!! Nothing but praises!!
Awesome place, awesome
Excellent meal and service-especially considering how busy they were (ValentinesDay).
The food was amazing and love the atmosphere. Although it is a little more expensive than we usually would spend on dinner for two on a special occasion.
Food and service were both very good, it seemed unusually loud for fine dining.
Always great service and great food. Our waiter Daniel took very good care of us and made sure our dinner was outstanding. The manager Heidi is also very attentive and make sure that everybody is having a great meal. We're always greeted with a smile when we walk in the door.
Could not have been treated better. Had an issue with my steak. It was handled beautifully, replaced with a new one. All the staff was accommodating friendly and bent over backwards to serve us
Tony was a fantastic waiter. Managers stopped by to make sure everything was good. A delightful experience. Oh yes the food was excellent as well
