This place is amazing! I was hesitant to try a new restaurant on a Holiday because due to the crowds, the food and overall experience can suffer. However I decided to give it a try because their bourbon tasting option, was what i thought, a great feature for Father's Day. From the moment my husband and I walked in, the friendly staff greeted us and immediately sat us down. Our waiter, food, wine and bourbon tasting was a great overall experience. Definitely recommend.
Food and service was very good.
It was a little chilly air could have been a little lower.
The food was absolutely delicious but definitely expensive. They have a much more affordable happy hour which I highly recommend. Service was outstanding.
I've been to several steakhouses with a similar price point, but I found the others to be better than Flemings. Fleming's is NICE! Beautiful view and good service, but I find for the price, the portions are smaller, even for the sides that they say are 'shareable'. In the future, if I'm looking for a steakhouse, I would probably choose another.
We have been to Fleming's many times over the years, usually to celebrate a special occasion. It is always a treat because it is very expensive. It's usually outstanding, but this time, it was not. Between our server upselling EVERYTHING, to my daughter's filet being over cooked (a first at this restaurant), my shrimp and scallop dinner being very under-whelming and the turtle pie for dessert that was impossible to cut into (an ax would have been helpful). Also the sambuca that was served did not have the three coffee beans (a traditional inclusion to the drink). When we inquired about the beans, we were informed they have been "out" for the past few days. Not really acceptable for a restaurant that charges the prices they do. It was very disappointing and very unusual. We expected the high prices and that is why Fleming's is reserved for special occasions. Unfortunately, this was an extremely expensive evening and truly not worth it this time. Very disappointed.
Great evening great food
Never fails, we always have a great time and eat amazing food.
Amazing as always the best service and just simple great!
Exceptional service always a pleasure in returning for a great night out in dining .
Went tonight for the first time for my birthday dinner and it was amazing. Food was amazing, almost every employee wished me a happy birthday, I received a card, gift and complimentary pictures. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
Steak was outstanding, but it was prime aged!!
Prices were very high for sides!!!!
The food was delicious as always. For the first time I had the lobster tail. It was part of a special for Memorial weekend. They have it each Monday as well. Our server Serena was a delight as always.
Great service and food. Has become a favorite. New menu is great.
Great service and great food
Terrific experience. Great food. My daughters birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed it
Our server Daniel was awesome!!!
A very good steakhouse. Had our Mother’s Day Celebration dinner here and the steaks were very tasty and tender. And the Manager Tom goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a very enjoyable dining experience. 👍👍👍👍
Patrons should be aware it is pricey but food and wine make it worth it.
We sat in the bar area which is very cool. They have curved seating which allows you to feel like you are a part of the bar and you are able to see the beautiful NYC view.
Food is always amazing. I hadn’t been in quite some time so I was disappointed that the Lobster Tempura was taken off the menu but the filet mignon and appetizers were delicious!
Service is great.
An exquisite dining experience, fabulous view and high quality menu selection.
Beautiful night out! We celebrated my birthday and Fleming’s did not disappoint. We were able to snag a table outside and Jeff was our server. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable with great recommendations. He took a picture of us as a souvenir. The food and drinks were great! Looking forward to coming back.
Fleming’s is never disappointing. Good food and great service.
Had been to Fleming's a few years ago and loved it. Received a $100 gift card and decided to go check it out again. We will not be returning. Let's discuss why.
Our waitress was TERRIBLE. We were seated near her friends apparently, because she spent an ample amount of time chatting that table up, even going so far as to sit in the booth with them. Yet whenever she came by us, she felt rushed and inattentive.
We were not delivered bread and water. Three other tables who were sat after us were given bread before us. Yet our waitress finally ambled over and said, "we're just waiting on the bread in the oven." When she finally brought the bread, it was dropped on our table. No mention of the two spreads that came with it. The waitress to the table next to us described the two sauces for her customers.
The appetizers were great- crab cakes, wedge salads, and my daughter's steak kids meal. All of that was fine.
We had the asparagus and the creamed spinach as sides. The asparagus was fine, the creamed spinach was mostly cream. Yuck!
The part of the meal that lacked was the steak. I had the 12oz filet. It had a HUGE chunk of fat in the middle of it. It also tasted under seasoned. For practically $60, my steak better be perfect.
My husband had the bone in ribeye. It was disgusting. He couldn't finish it. He said it was fatty and over seasoned. He then proceeded to go puke in the bathroom before we left.
Management is fantastic. They are visible and we were asked twice how everything was.
Valet parking is complimentary. I know this because our waitress told us twice within 4 minutes time.
We much prefer Roots in Morristown. Our dinner at Fleming's was $250. We usually spend $170 at Roots and the service and quality is 100x better.
Always a pleasure dining at this Flemings.
The steak is always cooked to perfection.
The service is always top notch.
The view is always stunning.
Not the cheapest of eats once you add drinks, sides, and dessert; hence the slight detraction on value.
Big old manage was unprofessional.
Great experience! Great waiter Kevin and great time
Food was delicious as always. I can never finish my steak. We did t have our servers Serena or James however Serena did stop by to say hello and check on us. It is such a delight to have people who make you feel at home and actually remember you.
Brother Birthday Dinner.
Just an overall good experience
Overall experience was amazing. All the staff that we encountered with were very friendly. The food was very delicious & presented nicely. On the expensive side however truly worth it! The view of NYC was wonderful during the day & night. Dining at the restaurant came with complimentary valet parking. Our server, Ana was super nice, always smiling, truly accommodating with her recommendations.
From beginning to end had an amazing experience. The service was on point, servers and managers always checking on us to make sure we were good. They gave me a cute gift box because I was celebrating my birthday!
I had a great time
I eat in NYC Steakhouses all the time and Flemings is up there with the best of them!
Birthday celebration and they were very attentive.
Went for our anniversary and everything was perfect
No matter when i go here its an amazing experience! Tom, Manager, stops by the table several times through out the night to chat. He goes above and beyond to make his customers feel welcome. All the servers i encountered were very kind and helpful. Love this place!!!!
The food is good, the service is good. The prices are offensive. They dole out $50 gift cards to get folks to come in but a salmon fillet for $45? A chicken breast for $39? Roots in Ridgewood has as good, if not better, food.
Great food good steak expensive but what you expect nice fancy dinner. Very good steak you dont have to cross the bridge now to have a good steak. Great service good food.
eaten here on various occasions when i receive a gift card. Let me begin- service is always outstanding !
Food value and wine list is ridiculously over priced.
NY strip $56 very good quality meat- cooked perfect- tasteless . Shoe sting fries raw; good wedge salad, excellent cream spinach not gooey. wine list $50 for a $17.00 bottle of wine - really ?
too dark inside as well. But i will return with my gift card at some point
Anna was wonderful. Thank you!
