Food was very good and service was good too.
Food service from kitchen was very slow that evening. I do not know why. Plus the cappuccino
machine was broken so we decided not to have any dessert.

We have been going to Flemings for years, but have not been for a year. Our server was trying but was not trained and had no idea what he was doing. It made for an uncomfortable experience. The food was OK, but not what it used to be. Will not be going back.

We had a great meal and our waitress was outstanding. Good food. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Creamed spinach was very good. Their specialty potatoes were ok but would not order them again. If you like Ruth’s Chris you’ll like this place

Manager Kevin Byrd and our servers Landon and Trish could not have made our evening more fantastic. The service... warm, welcoming, funny, beyond attentive...fabulous as was the prime rib. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Fleming’s!!!

They all made us feel welcome and as part of the family , happy to see us and happy to see us return - as we we leaving , after a wonderful meal , every server , kitchen staff member , and host/hostess that we passed , thanks us for coming and wished that we would come again
Had to wait an hour for reservation....front girls didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency or acknowledgement that they were running late. Manager did a great job of apologizing and making sure we had great service when seated.

Our waiter was really fun and went out of his way to give us excellent service. The gentleman who seated me pulled the chair out, but when I went to sit down I almost fell on the floor! He didn't push it back in and instead left our table.
I made a reservation because it was my friend’s birthday and this was the restaurant she chose. I did not tell the restaurant about the birthday, because she did not want to share that detail. Still, I did call and tell them I wanted a special table for the evening. Also, I was planning on paying. When we arrived on time the hostess “checked us in” and said we would be seated soon. She tried to cover up the fact we were now on a waiting list. She was a little rude about it, with a very sweet smile. Then she proceeded to seat everyone else waiting in the lobby with us. All of those people did not have reservations. Why do they take reservations if they do not honor them?Do not try to cover it up. It is obvious! We were seated twenty minutes plus after we arrived. The table was in a back musty room with a mothball odor, a bit warm. There were no windows I can recall. It felt like we were at a business banquet, or in a wood paneled prison cell! Plus the lighting was too bright! Then the waiter came. He was very nice. He took the wine order. When the wine came, mine was wrong. (They corrected it and brought what I ordered. ). He stood around the table for a bit and we wondered why he was not taking our order. It was at least 7:45 or 8 pm by then and the place was packed. Why would we want to wait longer? Tell us the specials and take our order please. He should have describe the menu more and talk about the different rubs offered, but he didn’t. When the food came, it was all properly prepared and tasty. At the end I wanted him to give me the bill, but he gave it to my friend’s husband and they paid. I would not have ordered what I did if I had known they were going to pay. He should have given me the bill. My name was on the reservation. It was a little upsetting for me. I really wanted the night to feel lovely and special for my friend. We did enjoy ourselves, but the restaurant itself did not feel as impressive and precise as it has in the past.

Great food for my girlfriend and I, we both enjoyed it quite a lot. The service was equally as good. Price was not as bad as anticipated so that was another bonus.
Even with reservations, the wait was long. Very loud room, it was hard to have a conversation. Service was very good.

Good food. They were not on their game. Had to wait for everything--menus, drinks, bread, etc. Prices are steep and not worth it if the service is so so
We thought we loved Flemmings but we realize other steak houses in the area are more reasonable and the food is better. The bread brought to the table was no longer a warm loaf....it was a cold, crumbly roll. Our 1st course Bacon ...was half the size it was the last time we were there. My steak was good but my crab legs were so soooo fishy tasting...obviously old and frost bitten...the worst I ever had. Our spinach was runny and dull tasting. Our $10 bottle of Red Diamond wine was a surprise at $80. We were so rushed we had no idea that was the cost until we received the bill. It was an over $300 bill for two of us...extremely disappointing experience
Amazing! Food and service were impeccable
The restaurant was almost impossible to find. We spent 20 minutes trying to find it, called twice and received verbal directions that made no sense when tried. Finally located it by walking in the rain and ruining my wife’s shoes. It was hidden behind another restaurant. Will never return!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful early Valentine's Day celebration and will absolutely recommend Fleming's to all of our friends and family!

Upon entering this restaurant there is a distinct sewer smell, this is the second time we've had this happen at this location. We did mention it to the receptionist. The steaks taste like paper. However, the service was very good.

i expected wait staff to be more professional, found them to be less than - inturrupted without reason - bumped my chair on 3 different occasions (and only once apologized) - wait staff should be trained to be a seamless experience, not a "part" of my date ...
