The $100 Prime Margarita: made with legendary Herradura Selección Suprema Extra Anejo Tequila and Grand Marnier Cuvée du Centenaire. A margarita so exquisite, we couldn’t serve it in anything less than Baccarat crystal.

Great service- they really try here. Food not on par with price, but overall a nice experience. One steak was cooked through like shoe leather, others were perfect.
Food was ok. Nothing special that would make us go back. Rather small portions. Service veeeeery slow! We got drinks with different vodka and wine than ordered. Asked 5 servers for olive oil for bread and they had no clue what we were talking about. Terrible service.
This was our first and last time going to Fleming's. I don't mind paying for a good steak, but that is not what you get here. I ordered the $62 dry aged ribeye. It was not the melt-in-your-mouth steak I expected. It was very chewy, and WAY too salty. Save your money and go to Texas roadhouse. You'll get a better steak with sides for 1/3 the price. VERY DISSAPPOINTED.
Awesome server and amazing food! Lava Cake to die for!
Bar server was good. Dining experience was dreadful. My steak, considering they charge steak house prices, was inedible. Mealy and tasteless- not what you would expect from a relatively fine steak house. Will not be going back.
Food always on point, but can be expensive. Recommend.
My steak was tough and served luke warm, but the plate was hot.
We came to Fleming’s to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was a very nice evening with great service and food. Both my husband and I had the filets which were cooked perfectly.
Our server Jarrett was excellent.
He was very knowledgeable and attentive.
Purchased and aged ribeye and it had no taste! A bit disappointed after spending $60 to “upgrade” the flavor of the meat.. salad and sides were good.
Great food! A bit more on the expensive side, but well worth it. Food was hot and cooked to perfection. Service was great. The only down side is that it is pretty dark in there...would love to see a steak house that is open, airy and bright!
Rare service issue. Main course didn’t come for 50 minutes after salad. “You’re next” “Everyone ordered at once”. Not an enjoyable meal because of that.
There was a time were the food and service was special. Sadly that is no longer the case. Even asking the manager to table changed nothing - sadly this be our final visit
Flemings is not an inexpensive option but the food is wonderful and the service is great.
It was great. Nice waitress and waiters all good
The food and service was impeccable! A great choice for a celebration.
My experience was one to remember for my 31st birthday. Jason was a wonderful host/waiter. The service was excellent and the restaurant was crawling with a very romantic setting. I recommend all steak lovers here...
Consistently good and satisfying. Friendly staff. The menu is not extensive, but it is steak you go there for, and they have some remarkable options.
Third time there in the past 2 months. Each experience was worse than the previous visits. We decided to have a booth in the bar a it was late in the evening and the restaurant was quite empty. Wine and Martinis were quite good even though the wine had quite a mark up on it as we had bottles of the same vintage and year at home in our cellar. French onion that came out was tepid at best. ( below body temperature ) Server took it back. Kitchen removed the cheese and crouton put remaining soup in new vessel, added some broth placed in microwave and or other means to reheat the broth and then placed the same cheese topping back on top and returned the soup to us. ( I would not have been so detailed however I have been in the hospitality business for the past 30 years) My wife's Caesar had not one crouton on it. We decided to not make a fuss of it. We split a 10 oz. filet medium rare. Cooked to perfection however the meat was not the quality you typically get at a Red, Capital Grill and or Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Was it prime - quite hard to tell. Our sides were the creamed spinach which I swear was no more than Stouffers that had been doctored up and the Mashed potatoes were lumpy, starchy and had been sitting in the steam well for quite some time and had that taste of "last of the evening" The Béarnaise sauce was quite good. In regards to the service we felt that we were an afterthought compared to the other 2 tables that were behind us. The Manager that evening spent quite a bit of time with the table behind us conversing with the lovely ladies. Our bartender also was more intrigued with the other two tables as well as we very rarely got more than a quick pass by and or " is everything all right ". We felt like second class guests. Will not be going back as there are many other options in the area.
Too noisy. Food was very good, service just ok. Prices high
Our steaks were exceptional. Creamed spinach was great. Asparagus was not shaved at ends and a little old. Wine list is exceptional and expensive. We would go again.
Fleming’s is one of my wife’s favorite places, so we went for her birthday. We always enjoy the food and the service is always great too.
This was not the usual experience, the waitress, although pleasant, spent more time fraternizing with co-workers than us, had to ask for water, spoons, and bread several times. Requested steaks medium, not medium rare, but medium, I could swear I heard a moooo when my plate came, it was damn near rare....was very disappointed, particularly since the usual expectations were so high.
Late Valentines dinner
The ambience was good, as well as, the service. Food was fair. I was expecting more based off the pricing and known name. Asparagus was burned and Fleming potato’s were subpar. I’ve been to Fahrenheit, Danté, XO prime steak house, Red, Fire, etc... just was expecting more food wise. I might try again to give a second chance. Not too sure as of yet. Hope this helps and someone is really reading these.
Thanks in advance.
We usually go to the Flemings in Montrose Ohio. Our experience at Beachwood location was the food was cold, the lobster under cooked, service mediocre. For the extremely high prices we expected more than what we received.
We went for Valentine’s Day and because we had a gift card. We had a great experience! Food was great - I’m a vegetarian so I had a salad and it was amazing. I would go back.
Food and service are always top notch. Sometimes it’s so quiet it feels it’s lacking energy even though the food and service don’t show it.
Firstly let me say I have never had a bad dining experience at this Fleming's location. The food is always excellent & so is the service. Thank you to Managers Andrew for accepting our expired gift card that we received in the mail & special thanks my favorite Manager Brittany who is always so in tune to guests needs. Thank you
My husband and I brought my 94 yr. old mom for Valentine’s Day. We were seated in the small room at the back which was great, because it was quieter than the main dining room.
We had a superb waiter named Derrick. He was friendly, humorous, efficient and made us feel special. The food was beyond good. My mom said her filet mignon was the best she has ever had and she is picky! We will definitely be back.
The main courses were very good. The side dishes were small, Over cooked, and overpriced. We had to ask for bread on more than one occasion. When it did come very small serving for four people.
First time dining there ,fabulous food, service, I wood not change a thing ,great experience
Great food and service.
My disappointment is pretty much for all premium steak houses, not just this one. We ordered a bone in Ribeye. It was tasty and cooked perfectly and even the little bit of garnish was nice. But after paying $61 for a single steak, why would you be expected to pay another $11 for a baked potato? The choices of sides was also very boring and unimaginative.
The chocolate lava cake was also a big disappointment. It was saltier than I could ever imagine.
To the restaurant's credit, the service was personal and they made things right with the cake by taking it off the bill and bringing us free truffles instead. They were MUCH better than the cake but we were sill disappointed.
Steak was over cooked. Service was subpar. Long wait between salads and entrees. Not worth the money for a outback steak over cooked.
Last two times we went for the Happy Hour Burger and Prime Rib sandwich- both delicious!
We actually had 3 $10 bonus cards to use by Feb 11th. The first time we ordered the burger and sandwich in the bar, the waitress applied my $10 bonus card and also credited my rewards card, apparently she should not have as we found out the second time when the manager had to come over and tell me they will not accept either of them - disappointed. I tried to give my card away to someone sitting in the dining area, but only 1 couple was in there (actually empty the time before too). I did give my discount card to that 1 couple, but as we were leaving the bar booth, they said since they could not order the burger in the restaurant, they wanted our booth to sit in the bar, so they also could not use the bonus card after all. My feelings are that your burger is very good and should be served in the restaurant as well even if higher priced as an alternative to the expensive steaks and wine served. I would rather enjoy the prime rib sandwich and burger for dinner at pay under $50 for 2, then $150-$200 for a steak in the dining room. Seems with the look of your empty dining room and bar, most people feel the same.
Steak was good but not $60 good. Service was exceptional. Chocolates at the end was a nice touch. But steak not nearly as good as Red
Having dinner with a best friend of 30+ years and the staff kept asking (wink wink) if we were "celebrating a special occasion". At first this was funny but ultimately it was offensive and disgusting. Plenty of other better restaurants to go to where two guys aren't repeatedly asked if (wink wink) they're celebrating a "special occasion". Wow. No thanks. Won't be back. Blech!
Well worth the price.
Excellent service and meal. I made a special request through open table, which they were able to accommodate. Lobster tail was very tender and sweet.
