Another wonderful meal! As luck would have it, it was a Sunday and (although we dined at 9pm) they still had the Prime Rib special! We also had the filet/lobster tail special. Both were excellent - as we have come to expect from this restaurant. However, best part of our meal was our server - wish I got her name! Extremely knowledgeable and attentive, but not smothering. Did not make us feel rushed at all, although we were the last diners there.

We have been to several Flemings restaurants around the country and unfortunately the one in Chicago just isn’t quite as good as some of the others we’ve been to. The service while good, didn’t rise to the level we expect of Flemings. The food also wasn’t as good as we have had in other locations. So while we had a good meal we didn’t have the Flemings meal we expected.

Additionally, there was an incredibly loud group in the bar upstairs and since the restaurant is pretty open it meant the restaurant was pretty loud which was unfortunate, because one of the things we expect from a restaurant like Flemings is to be able to have a conversation without having to shout

The entire service and food was outstanding. Could not have asked for anything more. Thomas Miller was our waiter and he anticipated our every wish even before we did. Worth every penny

They claim that their meat is of exceptional quality and Ill give them that but they slather everything they serve with ungodly amounts of butter so you are hard-pressed to notice the difference. Their bread is coated with salt and their dips are even saltier. In summary: amateur preparation. The last straw was when they brought out my wife’s ribeye. It was just a piece of bloody meat on a plate. It looked horrible! Your steak usually doesn’t come with sides (priced and delivered separate) but come on!, how can you be too cheap for a bit of decorative garnish. Sad.

We loved Fleming's! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The steaks were the best we've ever had, and we truly enjoyed the lobster bisque, Caesar salad, and Fleming's potatoes as well. We went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and the restaurant was very welcoming, giving him a card when we arrived and sweets when we left. The ambiance was quiet (though it was a Thursday night, so not their busiest) and perfect for a romantic date. The wine list is extensive and impressive. We would go back again in a heartbeat.

Fleming’s was average in comparison to the other places we frequent. Wanted something different that we’d never been to. I usually don’t do chain steakhouses since we live in Chicago but we thought we would roll the dice and it’s a slow Wednesday’s at almost any restaurant. In the end you get what you pay for it was about 1/3 of the price of the typical places we go. Dinner for 2 was $280 with starter, mains, side, dessert, and a couple drinks. Service was impeccable, GM stopped by a few times as well to check on us. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon but we’d consider it if we were somewhere without any steakhouses and it was available.

We dined at Fleming's on a busy Saturday night. The atmosphere was lively, yet conversation friendly. Our Fleming's salads, Tomahawk steak, Fleming's potatoes, ice cream, and cheesecake were delicious! As always, the food, wine, service and hospitality were flawless.

Flemings is our "go-to" for steak. We have tried others because there are so many steak houses in Chicago but we always come back to Flemings for the consistently great food and service in an uncluttered atmoshphere.

Was in town on business, nd decided to make reservations. Everything was fantastic, our server Junior was pleasant and very attentive to our needs. The food was outstanding, the only problem was we didn't finish and requested doggy bag. When we looked at the food later that evening, we noticed that for whatever reason they didn't put all the Lobster Mac n Cheese into the carton. We only took two little taste as the bread and our entrees were quite filling. That was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and it really shocked us that they wouldn't put al the food into the containers. Lesson learned ASK FOR THEM TO BRING THE CONTAINERS TO TABLE INSTEAD OF THEM TAKING FOOD OUT OF SIGHT.

Friday night with Roc
Fleming was her selection for the evening.

We had an early 5:45 pm reservation although Leonard arrived short after 5:55 pm

The candles on the table have been retired. They have the hockey puck lights overhead dimmed very low. The retired candles are replace with your personal phone flashlight.

The onion rings was very large with a great taste. Roc questioned where we dined on them before. When the server place the onion rings on the table, Leonard said , "these are they".

The wedge salad must be the spring awaking favorite. The chef must have gotten a great deal on the price of lettuce. The heads were very generous.

The main small dish was Seared Ali tuna ....
We ate the same meal .... the taste was mmmm good...
We will return for the Ali tuna...

The three layer carrot cake with Chantilly creme was great.

This was a great dining evening with Roc

What a lovely evening. We were greeted immediately and seated by a very friendly and welcoming hostess. The atmosphere was festive yet not loud. Our waiter Thomas was great, friendly, attentive, knowledgable, just an all around wonderful server. The food was delicious. I got the Tuna Poke to start and it tasted so fresh and light with just the right amount of spice. For my meal I got the bone in filet which is my all time favorite cut of meat. Because it's a filet it's not overly huge and is very tender but because of the bone it is packed with wonderful flavor. It did not disappoint. The diablo shrimp accompaniment was great too. Just the right amount, very tasty and satisfying with out taking anything away from the the steak. The lobster mac and cheese was just warm, gooey decadence, perfect for a Saturday night. And the chocolate lava cake was such a yummy way to end the evening. The drinks are good here too. They don't skimp and I was impressed that they could make a proper Sidecar, not every restaurant can. My husband loved his meal too. All in all a fabulous evening we will definitely be back.

We eat at steakhouses a lot. And by far this was one of the best experiences we have ever had anywhere.
Service and host staff was amazing with our reservations and seating requests.
The food selection was amazing and the waiters suggestion for their dry aged cut ribeye and accompanied seasoning was the finest cut of meat I can ever recall eating.
Prepared to perfection. Absolute perfection.
Managers frequent the floor stopping by to see that everything is too satisfaction.
The pricing is on spot for the quality and services
Location is great, 2 blocks off the middle of the Magnificent Mile.
We will frequent this location often in the future, and other locations under their banner have been just as good.
Great job to all

We arrived and my boyfriend beat me there and had made friendly with the bartender. I arrived and he introduced myself, remembered my name and took us to the hostess when we finished our drinks. We got to our table and a server there was immediately. We never waited for anything. Our food was perfect. My steak was cooked the exact way I wanted and he was knowledgeable on the wine pairings. Kind and attentive staff all around. Lovely experience

Went for a Valentine’s Day dinner. First time there. Overall great experience. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. No issue with the reservation. One of the young ladies checked our coats. We were taken upstairs to the dining area and seated. Also greeted by the staff in that area. Our server was friendly and informative. He provided recommendations. Also checked in on us consistently without being intrusive or overbearing. And he brought us a couple of chocolates after dinner as I had mentioned that our anniversary was the day before when he asked if we were celebrating anything else besides the obvious. I’d definitely go back when I have the money to splurge.

I'm never disappointed. I usually have Saundra as my server, but this time I had Andrew, and he was AMAZING!!!!! Attentive, funny, a true asset to Fleming's. I'll definitely be back again and again and again.

My Favorites are the wedge salad and the Loosen Brothers Riesling, please don't ever change them!!! This time I ordered the chicken from the restaurant week menu, and it was delicious, so tender. I was stuffed when I left, but oh so HAPPY!!!!
