Dallas was great as was the food and the wine
For the first time ever, our steaks arrived cold and overcooked. Brussel sprouts and Desserts were also disappointing ....
Service was great, the food was very good as always. Nice after show dinner.
Always enjoy our meals at Flemings, and the service is outstanding. We bring our grandchildren to celebrate their birthday and the staff is always so kind and friendly to us. Thank you. We will continue our tradition.
It was our son 23rd Birthday and the experience was awesome!
They gave a personalized touch that was very much appreciated.
Nice place for dinner date, business meeting or apps.
Service was great as staff was attentive and personable but not excessive. Food was just “OK”. I had the Wagu NY strip which was cooked perfect to medium. The flavor was good although not outstanding. My wife had a filet mignon which was cooked to temperature but had a unusual taste to it. The brussel sprouts and Fleming potatoes were very good. Overall positive experience but not up to par to the fourth dollar sign.
Great place to dine!! Everything was first class!! The chef was AMAZING! The server was so much fun, courteous, and professional all at the same time. We WILL done here again!!
We grabbed a hightop in the bar and had the best service and conversation. Caymus and a filet and you can’t go wrong!!
I have been to Flemings numerous times and it is always excellent. Try to go on Tuesday for Tomahawk Tuesday if you like ribeye. Also recommend the Flemings potatoes, they are delicious. The carrot cake is also a winner.
Had a lovely date night in a quiet booth. Fleming’s has great specials Sunday - Tuesday. We tried their steak and lobster dinner, and i highly recommend it. Cooked perfectly! It was paired with a salad and either the carrot cake or key lime pie. Both we great. Mushroom side was good too. Overall a great deal for excellent quality food. Service was attentive. Nicely done, and we were both really happy. Thank you!
Excellent service and Outstanding food. Our waitress was amazing!.
Service from Trey 10 stars
The service was impeccable, the wine choices good, the food very good. Like most upscale steak houses, it is somewhat over rated. We had shrimp cocktail, filet mignon, asparagus and house salad. The salad was exceptional. Overall a very enjoyable experience, be prepared for the bill. Our waiter was Jim Brand, he is a seasoned professional.
Great food and service from the start to the finish. It was worth the price.
Great service from Larry, and food was awesome as normal.
Food is excellent and servers are attentive. Atmosphere is open and friendly.
Father’s Day. Very nice experience.
Not a good experience, we won’t be back. Waters and bread took too long to get to table. Scott the waiter was more interested in the table next to ours. My husband and I ordered the Sunday Table which was delicious but my 2 daughters ordered the small filet with 2 sides and were not happy. With the sides, the carrots were under cooked and the Brussels sprouts had too much baselmic vinegar. The one filet was good but the other one was undercooked and very chewy. Scott barely asked how the food tasted. Service was slow so took the desserts to go.
I had a cocktail spilled all over me when we ordered our first round of drinks. We didn't say anything about it - didn't cause a scene. A manager came over and offered to pay my dry cleaning bill if I came back in with a receipt (just a lot of extra work for me) so I declined. I assumed we would have had at LEAST the round of drinks comped... nothing was comped when our final bill came. I had to mention it and we got a whopping 20 dollars off. When you're spending 300 dollars on a meal, you expect better.
Food was good, only had mango tea (not regular) and crab legs were a little off. The wagyu strip was amazing. Service was impeccable (as always). A solid 4 out of 5.
Waiter was good but hovered a bit too much - which is better than not showing up at all. I wish the hostess would have asked if we needed our parking validated. It cost $20 to get out of the parking garage.
The service was spectacular. We had some questions and the server made excellent recommendations from wine to how we wanted our tomahawk steak cooked. And the food was cooked perfectly. We were impressed overall and are looking forward to our next meal at Fleming’s.
My experience here is always hit or miss. The food is usually very good, though you're certainly paying a premium for it. This time the food was fine and our sever were very nice and helpful. It was nice that the restaurant was able to seat us even though we arrived more than 15 min before the reservation, though there were plenty of open tables, and we later learned there must have been an ulterior motive for seating us promptly. We ordered a 3-course prix fixe menu. For the 1st course, we both ordered soups. However, within just minute of getting the soup (still too hot to eat), we were advised that they were going to be bringing out our entrees immediately because they had an "85 top" coming in. (I assume that is restaurant lingo for a party of 85 people.) So we were rather rushed, receiving entree items, sides, and sauces before we had really even begun the soups, so we were having to eat back and forth between the two. Meanwhile, by the time the soup cooled off, the entree and sides had also become cold. Since it was clear we needed to rush, we ate as fast as we could and got a box for half, now cold. While still halfway through eating the entree, we ordered dessert, which came out immediately after the entree; we once again rushed to eat it. Our meal came with 2 desserts, one of which we advised we would just take home. Yet at least 10 minutes after receiving the check and getting my credit card back, the dessert still had not arrived. So I had to waive down the waiter, who brought it out a minute later. (It was the carrot cake, which was much smaller than I remember it being the last time I ordered it--like half the size.) So we were in an out (even with that 10-min delay waiting for the 2nd dessert) in about 60 min. By this time it was nearly 8:45pm, but I never saw any large party arrive or be seated, so I'm not sure why we were being rushed with the entree. Even if there were a large party, it's a shame we had to suffer for the sake of some others.
Perfect evening with my wife for our anniversary! Will definitely be back!!
Filet Mignon was outstanding! Excellent cut of beef, cooked perfectly. Excellent service as well.
The service and food was great. The atmosphere was very inviting. Our server was awesome and had great recommendatios.
Fleming’s is an excellent restaurant for business, pleasure or a special occasion. You feel welcome as soon as you enter and throughout your dinner. The staff is very engaging and the food is superb.
This week I visited for the 3rd time. It was out standing. I had the Main Filet medium-rare & it was perfect. I usually have the bone-in ribeye, but they now print the calories on the menus—boo.
First time at the Charlotte location. We even got a chance to speak with Chef Rigo. Very personable guy that is focused on customer satisfaction. Started our dinner off at the bar and everyone was super nice and helpful. Our waiter was very professional and also was super friendly and helpful. My wife and I will go back the next chance we get.
Top tier when it comes to fine dining. The service and food is second to none.
The food was good, but not worth the price we paid. Expect better for the price we spent.
Excellent meal and service
Excellent food, service, dining area and outstanding beverage service!!
Our server was attentive without hovering. The service was prompt but not rushed. The food was delicious and hot.
Food was great. Service was slow. Maybe I just don't get fine dinning but it seems the service is slow on purpose. Seemed like we were constantly waiting for something. Ex why would it take 15 min to bring us a slice of pie? I know it was already made. Probably already sliced. Waiter very friendly but just slow. Everything seemed like a process.
Everyone was fantastic especially our server who made sure to tell the chef about my son’s allergies. The head chef, even though he was super busy, came to our table to make sure everything was good!
This was our 3rd or 4th visit, and it will be our last. So far we've scratched off Sullivan's and Ruth's Chris, now Fleming's, for various infractions. We're down to Del Frisco's, which has NEVER disappointed. It was Mother's Day around 6:00 pm, so busier than normal for a Sunday, but still plenty of empty tables. We requested a booth instead of the table in the "overflow" side dining room where we were first taken, and were accommodated back in the main dining room. Unfortunately, one of our booth's benches had greasy hand prints all over it. So we waited while the host found a cloth and wiped it down, pitiful. There were four large wine glasses lined up along the center of the table, and one of them had lots of smudges on it, which I pointed out to the waiter when he finally put in an appearance and removed the two extra place settings. We both ordered a special three-course dinner. The waiter described the meat as a "6-oz fillet that cooks down to 4-oz" but when our entrees arrived, the meat was nothing more than roast beef medallions in a BBQ sauce, a disappointment because Fleming's serves a tasty fillet. We had also asked for a shrimp cocktail to share as an appetizer, something our waiter promptly forgot and had to be reminded. It was brought to us -after- our salads, very good but very late. The carrot cake was so-so and far from the best I've ever had. All in all, a D+ for what used to be a classy place for a special occasion.
Everything was wonderfulI I'll b going back n it was perfect
