We had a bad experience it wasn’t our waitress fault either (Michele) the kitchen didn’t bring our food for 45 minutes after eating appetizers, people who came in after us got there dinner before us plus it was Mother’s Day, food came out late and not prepared right. I asked to speak to manager and (Michelle) the manager came and made everything right we really appreciated what she did, she took herself out of manager mood and put herself in customer mood I will be back considering my experience.

Waited a long time for the valet when we arrived. We had to walk inside the restaurant and ask where the valet was and they told us to go back into our car and wait. One valet working that night so I understand the wait time. Server was very nice but our food took a look time to arrive. When it arrived my steak wasn’t hot but they did send it back and make it right. Everything took longer than it should have which made things drag. Also, I think you guys should enforce a dress attire for fine dining experience. We’ve been coming there for years and hopefully this was just an odd night. Usually things are great. Best of luck to you moving forward!

We have been to this establishment a couple times and always enjoy our meal and experience. This experience was a little different the greeter was not the friendliest even with us making small talk with her and our waitress was very ambitious with her recommendations instead of what we knew we wanted. We did enjoy the recommendation of the chief reserve and it was delicious but we felt obliged to do her recommendation. This experience was quite different then before so it will be a while before we come back or will try a different location.

Steaks came out not cooked to requests. Sent one back but 2 others in our party just ate the steak as cooked. Bread came out with entrees. Beer glass was dirty. Server poured out the beer and brought beer back in either the same or a new dirty glass. Asked for soup to be HOT. It was just warm. Service overall was very slow and not very attentive.

The waitress was great. But during the meal we felt rushed they were coming by and asking to take our plates away way too fast. We were actually in and out in an hour since the timed meter outside had an hr left on time. The filets were to be cooked medium rare but the outside of the steaks were actually medium, which made about some of the steak dry. This was the 2nd time we tried Flemings.

Food was great, but the service was not friendly and looked at me and my girlfriend up and down everytime they came to the table. The manager also was not very friendly when we walked in. Flemings is an outstanding venue. I hosted a bridal shower there recently and people have told me it was the most beautiful shower they had ever attended. The staff and Bill Lathers bent over backwards to implement every single detail. We dine there often either at the bar or in the dining room. I highly recommend Flemings. Food, Service and Atmosphere is wonderful.
