    The temperature of the steaks wasn’t close to our order. The server agreed that they weren’t cooked to order. We opted not to send it back due to the length of time we had already waited due to not being properly staffed.

    I have been to many Flemings and service was never a question. Our dinner was over 3 hours and we had to wait almost 45 minutes to get beverage, an hour between apps and dinner. Server was nice but was slow to respond.

    My first AVERAGE visit to Flemings. I've been to this Flemings many times (maybe 20) and this was the first average experience for my family and I. The service was slower than usual, but the food was good.

    It was a Monday, and the restaurant was not crowded. Given how empty the restaurant was, I was very disappointed in the service. We sat for long periods of time without anyone coming to our table. Water glasses were never refilled. Our table was near the kitchen, so we could see our server doing side work, eating something, and laughing with a coworker at various points while we were waiting for dishes to be cleared, to order dessert, for a check, etc. Strangely, the Caesar salad was brought undressed, and we sent it back to the kitchen to be tossed. Based on our prior experiences at Flemings, we were very disappointed with the service. The saving grace was that the bone-in ribeye was outstanding! It was better than the tomahawk. The carrot cake was delicious.

    Food! Always on point!! There was an emergency situation on the highway that paused traffic...called Fleming's to provide update (arrived more than an hour after reservation time)...Fleming's accommodated us and I was very impressed on a holiday- Father's Day! Our favorite top-tier restaurant!!
