Exceptional service is still the hallmark of Flemings. The filet and lobster combination is worth the trip.

Stacy was excellent and we will request her every time in the future. She was so friendly, funny but yet very professional. Great experience.

We believe the hostess was new to Flemings, she was very sweet.

Food- Husbands steak was seared to extreme on the outer edges and over done than what was ordered. Still very good but just a FYI.

Great service and great food. This is a phenomenal restaurant and Robert Buck and his staff are extremely attentive, without being pushy and annoying.

My daughter and I had a last minute urge for some wonderful dessert at 8:45pm. We googled best chocolate dessert and got Flemings. I punched in to Open Table and was able to get a table for 2. Jen was our waitress and was so wonderful. The menu enticed us to order appetizers and actual dinner, on top of the dessert we had come for. Most upscale restaurants would have bawked at a mom and teen coming in just for dessert...but it was the day before my birthday, so we were treated like princesses by the staff. The food was wonderful...and we literally came in for a dessert and ended up with a $142 meal that was worth every single penny. Jen was the best server we have had in a long long time :)

Great night

Had a wonderful dinner with friends. It so happened that we ended up getting the same meal. I had the prime rib special (Sunday) and it was cooked perfectly. It came with three sauces, salad that was big enough to share with at least one other. A side dish. I chose the Flemings potatoes and had enough to share with my husband and my friends. Dessert was also included and we chose the molten lava cake and it was served with ice cream and homemade whipped cream. It was delicious!! My husband had the steak and lobster special and he said it was great. A salad came with his meal. My friends also enjoyed their dinner and the side that was selected for the prime rib was the creamed spinach. They said it was good but we did not try it. I would certainly recommend Flemings for a great dinner. Oh and the staff was wonderful as was our server!

The service and food was excellent!!! The food was very hot also!! Our waitress was very attentive and personable. Overall it was a perfect evening right down to the valet service!

Fleming's is a true favorite. The meals are always delicious and the service is great!

We are frequent diners at Flemings. Their spinach salad is the best of most any upscale restaurants that we frequent. The steak is a specialty - we particularly like the sliced filet on the small plates menu. The wine selection by the glass is incredible. The seafood is fine but not a lot of selection.
The price is high but everything has always been great - food, service, and attentiveness by mangers.

Steak was undercooked, ordered medium well and received rare. Another steak was cooked to replace under cooked steak, we had other plans so steak was put into to go container, after arriving home realized second steak was over cooked.

The food, service, ambiance, friendliness etc.are unparalleled in the northeast Ohio restaurant marketplace. Unlike many, if not most, upscale restaurants Fleming’s never rushes you or makes you feel like you have to get out so that they can turn over your table. If you want to have a quick meal you will be accommodated but it’s also possible to dine at a leisurely pace-reminiscent of a bygone era when you didn’t feel you were overstaying your welcome when you stayed more than the allocated 90 minutes. If there is a better restaurant in NE Ohio I haven’t found it.

The food was tremendous but really what set the meal apart was the service. It's a huge team all working together to give you the best possible service. It was a very pleasant evening.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating my wife’s birthday.

Service was not good. We had early reservations and were actually the first people in the restaurant. People who came in after were served before we were. Had to ask for bread after waiting a long time. Manager checked when we said something to him and got fairly lame excuse. Food was wonderful as always.

Service and food was phenomenal. Definitely looking forward to the next time we host dinner at Flemmings. Love he atmosphere

Food is good but over priced! Many other restaurants are about as good if not better and you don’t have to pay high price. We only go when we have a gift certificate or bar on Sundays.

First time to Flemings for dinner & it was amazing. The food, service & entire experience was over the top. Our waiter Jenny was amazing & made our evening very special. She’s the best & cannot wait to go back!!

We have always loved Flemings...we have come for every anniversary...the last time was just for a fun date night. (winter blues) . We especially liked our waitress "Mandy" . She was helpful and kept an eye on our every need...I would love to know the name of the dinner wine I had..it was a house Savagvion Blanc...all I remember is the name started with a V...many wines upset my stomach but that one didn't...I had lobster tails...they were delicious...I think next time I will request they be medium to well done. these were cooked correctly...don't get me wrong but I think this is just me. I missed the butter that has a little honey in it...or is somewhat sweet...but both butters were good. Bread was awesome. Now to the dessert...Creme Brulee...how could You go wrong with homemade whipped cream...Yum ...we had a ball ...thank you. and I would say to others that this is the place that is special...really special...so well worth it.

We were celebrating our anniversary. The food was delicious, as usual. I had prime dry-aged ribeye and my spouse had halibut. Our server, Chad, was excellent! For dessert, we had the chocolate lava cake and the walnut turtle pie. Great desserts! The restaurant was very busy and a little louder than usual, but not a problem.
