   The food, drinks and service were quite excellent. I was quite surprised by the noise level of the music. That, in combination with the volume level of conversations, made it difficult to hear my friends at dinner. But, as usual, the food and drinks were great, and Fleming’s was excellent.

   From the moment we walked in until we left the dining experience was exceptional. We were seated right away at a quiet table and our server, Sofia, came over soon thereafter. She took really good care of us, knew all about the menu( we even asked for some of her recommendations and took them), and came around often in case we needed something else. Food was done perfectly and tasted very good. My wife was very happy I took her to Fleming's to celebrate her birthday. I booked online and made a note it was a birthday and they had a bcard for her and even chocolates with a candle when we finished our meals. We even had a young lady take some pictures and give them to us.

   Took advantage of Tomahawk Tuesday, the meal was excellent, steak cooked perfectly. If I had any criticism it would be the valet situation, they park cars right in front of the door, leaving them running. The advantage of using valet is convenience, especially when one is in a wheelchair, having to maneuver through the cars, wait in the driveway, then go to the area they park, (not at the front door) completely negates the purpose of using valet. Self parking would have been easier, shorter distance and faster.

   This is one of my favorite places to dine. I like eating in the bar area because Derek is a fantastic bartender. Always makes me feel at home. Food and service are fantastic.

   Mother's Day. This is our favorite restaurant. It's not exactly a cheap date, but in my opinion, it's well worth the expense. When there's a mishap with an order, they are quick to fix it. For example, my wife once ordered a Caesar salad, but it arrived without the dressing — definitely an issue. They immediately took it back and returned with a properly dressed salad within just a few minutes. Ordered Items: 11 oz Filet (Medium Rare): Cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. Bone-In Filet: I usually go for the bone-in ribeye because of its marbling and flavor, but I wanted to try something new. Our server, Tina, recommended the bone-in filet — her go-to when not ordering ribeye — and it absolutely delivered. It was full of flavor. I prefer my steak with just salt, pepper, a nice char, and a butter finish, and this one hit the mark. Chicken: My daughter said it was the best chicken she's ever had — high praise coming from a very picky eater. French Onion Soup: I want the recipe. We consider ourselves French onion soup connoisseurs, and this is the best we've ever had. Sides – Baked Potato, Asparagus, and Fleming’s Potatoes: The baked potato was large and perfectly cooked. The asparagus was tender and just right. Fleming’s potatoes were delicious as always — I order them every time. That said, I would have liked a bit more cheese and sauce this time. I’m not sure if the sauce and cheese are added before broiling, but a richer topping would have made them perfect. Service: Tina was a fantastic server — very knowledgeable about the menu, with excellent recommendations. She was also highly accommodating with modifications and very responsive. I especially appreciated that she kept our drinks filled without us needing to ask. That kind of attentiveness makes a big difference.

   The steaks were not cooked to medium rare as requested; one steak was a nice size, but the other two were quite small. Our drinks were not refilled unless we flagged down the server. On a positive note, the manager comped the drinks and gave us a gift card, which was very generous. However, overall, the experience was just okay, especially considering we spent $700 on the meal.

    The food and cocktails were excellent. Our server was great. We hadn’t been there in a while but definitely will be going back.
