Fleetwood's On Front St. Ratings and Reviews
Tables were crowded together-no space for staff to even move. Our server was frantic the whole time. Never brought our drinks. We asked where they were when our food was literally dropped in front of us. He said he forgot and then brought them out. Food was nothing special for the price and lack of service. Over rated
Surprisingly good food and presentation for a place that doubles as a live music bar. Not as noisy as I expected either. Pricy but hey it’s Maui. And they have the best Maitai I have tasted. It is served with a foam topping that is tasty. Nice take on a Classic tiki drink.
We had made a reservation for VD AND our 44th Anniversary. I understand due to rain the rooftop was not available BUT we got stuck in the BAR area on the couch, that we had to sit on ‘2’ pillows to reach our table. After mentioning a few times it was our anniversary, our waitress who was very good, brought us a glass of champagne. If we had casually walked in off the street it would have been fine- but this was 2 special occasions for us, and we were slightly disappointed!! We also could not hear the sunset ceremony ‘AT ALL’ which we really would have liked to hear!😒
It rained, we arrived at 4:30 for a 5:00 reservation, was not seated until 5:15. First to be seated and was given worst seat in the house, bar area, while everyone behind us was given a seat in the restaurant area. Was beyond hot and humid. Our waiter Josh kept apologizing, food was good, but will not be back
The tone of the dinner was destroyed when I had to argue with the hostess to give me the table I had reserved. My entire party was there early so the restaurant would not have an excuse not to give us the table we had reserved. Our steaks were of poor quality for the high price. The two highlights are the view and we had a pretty descent waitress.
The view for sunset was great! Our server, Jolene, was friendly, efficient, professional, and made our dinner experience even better for having her attentive care!
All courses came out at the right time. The vegetarian risotto was the best meal I had on the island. My dinner partner had the swordfish and thought is was the perfect seafood meal for his trip to Maui! We will be back on our next trip to Lahaina!
Left restaurant after waiting 75 minutes for meals to appear (arrived for 8:00 PM reservation and left at 9:15 PM). Meals never arrived. Extremely poor customer relations — would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Living high off the name (and reputation) but extremely poor service and execution. Don’t wate your time here. Still disputing charge for cocktails that were comped. Who is managing this place and why was service so terrible?
On the positive side I’ve been a Fleetwood Mac fan for years. What a disapointment!!!!
All in all we loved Fleetwood's. Since we flew into Maui on the same plane as Steven Tyler, we were hoping that he might show up to do a set, but it didn't diminish our enjoyment when it didn't happen. The only negative was that we had reservations at 8:00 and weren't seated until 8:30. That wouldn't have been bad, but the hostess wasn't very helpful when asked about how long it might take and responded "we're hoping just a few minutes". Everything else was spot on and we will be coming back every time we're in Maui!
Our table was not ready when we arrived. We had a quick drink at the bar and then we're seated. Our wait staff was very nice and attentive. Food was great! We liked that they offer a choice of appetizer, main coarse a dessert for a set price... great especially since those items were our choice on the menu. Great live music too! Just make sure to request a table away from stage, unless you like to hear your music nice and loud during your meal.
