Wow - this place is fantastic! I don’t want to base this review on one somewhat small guesture, but the service here is top notch! My son wanted a lobster tail with certain sides that was not on the menu.... guess what - they accommodated his request and made it perfect. So many places will not substitute or make changes, Phillip did so with a smile and a “don’t worry, we can do that”. Shocking! They had a surf n turf for 2 people to share that many couples around us got, man it looked good. But we stuck to individual plates... burgers - incredible..., lobster - my son loved, stuffed shrimp ( wowza) and the flat iron steak....it was all wonderful.
We had a fantastic view of the sunset, the music was great, the service was over the top. We also had our longest meal here, 2 1/2 hours, never felt rushed, and we enjoyed a great relaxing dinner.
I would highly recommend Fleetwood’s, any time of day, but the dinner and sunset can not be beat.
Also, you will notice the staff all seem happy - great sign of a great place to be!
Our server, Rachel was great. Best chicken ever! Roof top deck can’t be beat. Everything was fantastic! We’ll be back next year.
It was amazing from the view to the food to the entertainment
We absolutely loved this restaurant. We were seated on the rooftop and it was beautiful. Congratulations to this establishment for hiring such wonderful staff. We were treated very well.
Amazing view from the roof top and amazing service! Food was great too. We will absolutely dine there again.
Enjoyed pupus and drinks on the rooftop just in time for sunset. A nice array of food to share with a friend. Only disappointment was that the singer who was supposed to be there for a show that night, could not get to the restaurant as the main Road was closed for some kind of a problem. Nobody’s fault. Hannah S. ,our Server, was utterly delightful...friendly, helpful, thoughtful and any request we had was immediately attended to.
The food was fantastic and made the night very special for my daughter who was celebrating her graduation from grad school. View and entertainment were spectacular!!
My husband and I have been to Fleetwoods several times and I booked a reservation weeks in advance for the 5:30 double sunset ceremony to bring our grandsons and adult kids, asking for a table up front (Mick's table, where we have sat before). We were put in the farthest back table in the direct sun without a view so we could not see or hear the stage. I asked for a closer table as we passed another empty table of 8 (that was more shaded by umbrellas in the middle of the deck so you could at least feel the breeze) and the server said we could not sit there = I felt it was because we had a 6 and 9 year old, but they are very well behaved, and all the more reason to put us at a table THEY could see the show, right?? We spent $800+ between cocktails, wine, gratuity, and expensive dinners and there was no shade or breeze in that back corner. One server brought us a little umbrella which shaded a couple of people so they tried. I'm not sure why the sunset ceremony is over an hour before sunset, perhaps they should adjust the time during the summer so it's not so hot on the roof? Our server was great, the only real compliment I have to the evening because it was expensive and we were pretty miserable at our table, but I was so disappointed through the whole dinner because the kids could not see the stage, or even listen to what they were saying. I hope our server did not share his $150 tip with the hostesses. It was my son's girlfriends birthday and our server asked "didn't you want her to go on stage and I said I didn't hear them announce it (we did it 2 years ago for my daughter's 30th so wanted to surprise her). Such a disappointment as it was the one reservation I was really looking forward to kicking off our family vacation ;-(
The food was excellent and our waiter was really attentive. The venue was great and we loved the view of the water and hills.
We’ll hopefully be back one day - I’ll certainly recommend it to friends who are travelling to Hawai’i. Can’t wait to see Fleetwood Mac in Melbourne soon.
Our last meal before we left Maui
Great music from a live singer and guitarist
Great outdoor venue ..
Lovely service good advice on what you choose
Diverse menu, reasonable prices, friendly service and an energetic modern space. Unlike some other popular places,
Food was mediocre. Service was poor at best. Wouldn’t return or recommend to friends.
Birthday had an amazing time
I was surprised how nice everything was.
What's not to love?!!! For starters, I booked on OpenTable thinking I was getting rooftop seating for Thursday August 8th 2019 at 7 pm. Someone from Fleetwood's called not long after that to tell me that I actually booked downstairs and did I want to sit rooftop, in which case she offered me two times to choose from. I was so impressed that she did that! I chose the 5:15 which was early, but we were very happy we did because it was not yet crowded, and the bagpiper performed around 5:45, adding a little bit of history of Mick Fleetwood and how the restaurant came to be. It was awesome. We also loved our server, I'm sorry I lost the card with his name on it, but he is really nice and has very cool looking Tom Ford sunglasses. He was knowledgable, honest, attentive, professional, and did not rush us from our table from which my little family of 3 had a perfect view of the sunset. What a great experience. Thank you.
What a great experience! Beautiful sunset and great entertainment! Food was amazing
what a spot above Lahaina - just the ocean & islands to see. The bagpiper was very entertaining. The waiter DAVID is outstanding - next month employee of the king spot.
Le temps t’attente pour une table est long, 20 minutes, même si nous avions réservé préalablement.
We were surprisingly disappointed ! We had heard so many great things about this restaurant that we were really looking forward to our dinner at Fleetwoods. But 2 of our fish entrees were served to the table lukewarm. My husband and I ordered the same entree and his fish looked brown, oily and he received the lukewarm one. Mine was served warmer but was dry and bland in flavor. They did address’s the situation and brought out another 2 entrees and in the end apologized and recognized that it was not acceptable. The waitress then recommended the banana cake as dessert. Wasn’t a fan of that either- Dry and not much flavor. I like my banana bread moist and flavorful. On a positive note one of our guests ordered the Mai Tai which they said was delicious.
Honeymoon. Our new favorite place in Maui. Sit outside well before sunset. Awesome spot!
We had a wonderful table and the perfect spot for a Maui sunset!
The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the chicken entree. It did not disappoint.
Matthew, our server was exceptional. He took such good care of us. We had dinner here twice in one week!
We will be back next year!
Everything was amazing from the staff to the food.
Great ambiance, good food, good music.
Loved this place!
Great ambiance, especially the rooftop! Food was just OK, nothing spectacular. and pricey (which is typical for Lahaina).
Outstanding service. Food was perfectly prepared. Rooftop dining was very nice.
Fantastic service combined with an awesome setting on the roof top made this a great experience. The waiter walked us through the dinner options with detailed deacriptions- this made our decisions easier. They even provided complimentary cake for my son’s 21st birthday!
We went to Fleetwood's to see Willie K. which was absolutely mesmerizing. We'd been to Fleetwood's previously during happy hour and the food/service was just so so. This time we took Scott's (our waiter) suggestions and he was right on. We had the curry and the seafood linguine which were excellent! One of the best things about our night was Scott. It's always a pleasure to see someone who excels at what they do and he is one of those people. He was kind, professional and friendly. Scott definitely made our experience at Fleetwood's a good one!
My family and I were celebrating my parents 40th Wedding Anniversary, and everything from the service to the entertainment to the food was fantastic! We had a fantastic time, and everyone took really great care of us!
We have eaten a Fleetwoods on other trips to Maui. We are traveling with 4 other couples and decided Fleetwoods would be our one big night out together. We were all so disappointed. Four of us had the swordfish. It had obviously been prepared earlier in the evening and held for future orders. It was dry and rubbery, the coucous was cold and flavorless. One friend had the flat iron steak. It was undercooked by three temperature levels.
On top of all of that, there was't a band. We were put in a corner area upstairs that had zero ventilation. It was hot and uncomfortable to say the least.
We live in California wine country and always bring quality wines when we travel. We knew about ridiculous $50.00/bottle corkage fee. It wouldn't have been so terrible if the food was decent.
On this trip we have been to Dukes, The Lahaina Fish Company and the restaurant at our hotel. ALL had significantly better food than Fleetwoods.
This was our last time there.
Great place to celebrate. Entire staff was super courteous. Kristin was our server and she was excellent. Flatiron steak & grilled shrimp was perfectly prepared and delicious. Stuffed prawns were even better. Kokomo cocktails were wonderful.
What a great discovery! There was a table of 17 right next to us and we were concerned our service would suffer. In swooped Tommy (our new waiter) to save the day. While he was quick and efficient, he managed to also be enthusiastic and very personable. The drinks and food were delicious. However, the crowning achievement was their homemade pineapple pie! It was the very best I’ve ever tasted. Kudos to their baker! We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Maui again.
Great food, atmosphere and the service was awesome!! Thanks for the great experience!!
Loved everything about this place!
This was my favorite experience in Maui. I loved the history of the music and the service from the staff. The food was so delicious!
Sharon, in the Morrison Hotel was the nicest person and showed around. She was like our own tour guide and made our experience that much better.
Overall we had a nice evening, the food was good and we enjoyed the music. However our waiter had zero knowledge of the menu, specifically the fish, He could not explain each local fish and what it was comparable to. Even if one is not a fish eater they should know what they are serving inside and out.
Second visit to Fleetwoods. Still amazing food, service and ambience. Tommy Cook our server was the best we have had in a long time. Definitely will return.
Delicious food! Beautiful view. Scottish bagpipe entertainment was nice. Pricey
We celebrated our mothers 90th birthday this week. I smuggled my wife and kids out to Fleetwood's and had a wonderful meal and view from the roof. We will definitely be back next year.
