We had a nice time. You get an A from us because when we walked in you gave us a choice of inside or out and sat us promptly at our reservation time. The food was tasty and our waitress was a pro.

This seemed to be a local favorite and we were glad we made reservations. There were people waiting for a table when we came in and also as we left.
The meals we had were very fresh and included some local options. The server suggested the Steak Calamari for an appetizer and it wasn't disappointing. We kept to the fish entrees, triggerfish and crabcakes. Both meals were very good. The noise of the restaurant I'm sure was added to because of Prom Night.
If in Charleston again, we would stop again.

We were only in Charleston for one night and picked Fleets Landing based on other reviews and the fact that we wanted to eat at a place on the water. We were not disappointed as the food was fabulous, especially the Blackened Mahi Mahi. Great service and friendly staff.

Busy restaurant so was hoping for excellent food. Recommend the normal hush puppies over the stuffed ones. Too much decadence for a starter. Also the shrimp and grits are decent. Not award winning as claimed amazing, but good. This place has a huge bar and great views on the water.

The waitress was awesome. The restaurant is in a great location right on the water. The food was ok. We expected a little more with flavor but factored in the view and bumped it to 3* for that reason.

Sat at the bar before our reservation wa ready. The bartenders were extremely friendly. Food was terrific, very southern. Had the whole flounder with apricot glaze. Yummy! Husband had the sheepshead and he loved it. Lucas H was an outstanding server!!

Very nice staff. Good food. Great view. Only thing is it was the loudest place we have been to in many years. Nobody's fault, but you had to almost shout at your own table to be heard. Glad we went there once, but unless you want to be in such a noise level, fair warning. If you want to have a good visit, at least on this night this isn't the place for that. It was really loud by any standard.

I would eat there for the grits alone. Delicious wedge salad. Desserts are the best...key lime or pecan pie!

This is our “go to” restaurant when we have out of town guests. It’s by the water, good seafood with the best shrimp n grits in Charleston (and we’ve tried that dish in many of the Charleston restaurants). The service is always very good. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Fun place to go, which we enjoy, even though the food is mediocre. Crab in she crab soup was scarce, and there was no evidence of crab roe (which they advertise, but which should be illegal to protect crabs.). Red rice too wet, not traditional.

So glad this place was recommended to us and we made reservations well in advance. Service was fabulous - our waitress was a doll. She recommended so many things that we ate 3 appetizers with only two of us. The stuffed hush puppies were to die for as was the calamari - the shrimp and grits were out of this world. No wonder they were voted best shrimp and grits in Charleston. The Low Country pasta was another real treat, my only wish was that there were more scallops - YUMMMMMM.

We have been going back to Fleet Landing on trips to Charleston for many years. The food and service are always great! Loved making the reservation with Open Table and being able to walk right in when there was a line out the door.

Glad we had reservations! It was a rainy night, so had to wade through the puddles in the parking lot, but that's what you get when you are eating by the ocean. Cocktails were tasty. Forgot to get soup, but was so full after appetizer and entrée didn't miss the soup. Thanks for another excellent meal!

This is one of our favorite restaurants when we are in Charleston. This place is always consistent for good food, good vibes and good views. This night was no different. Mike, our amazing server, recommended his favorite thing on the menu...the seafood pasta! It was delicious! The bartender (Gabriel, I think) was also amazing! He took the time to wipe out our wine glasses and offered me a taste of the wine before he poured me an entire glass. Great experience, yet again.
