The food was excellent but the service not so good. We had to get other servers to help us because our server ignored us. Every other person we met was very nice and helpful, except our server.

Wonderful location on the water! Dill salmon with red rice was excellent. Wouldn't recommend the tomato and cucumber salad.

Fleet's Landing is always a treat. This time we were able to park in the parking lot which was an added treat ... having to hassle with parking around Fleet's Landing can ruin a usually fun night. Thanks for always being reliably good Fleet's Landing when we have friends in from out of town... they always love eating on the Harbor.

Fleet Landing was amazing! I would highly recommend the hushpuppy appetizer. The shrimp and grits is insanely good! The prices are very fair for the exceptional menu. My family shared many different dishes and loved everything!

My wife and I had the whole crispy flounder and it was very good - not the best we’ve had, but certainly good enough to come back for. Our daughter had the tilapia which she said was excellent. She did say the asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes were below-average, as in no taste. I had the pimento cheese grits, and I’d crawl back to get those. The key lime pie was good, but make sure you like a tangy punch. Crime brûlée was good, but it needed a little more flavor as far as the custard. Waitress was somewhat clumsy, but very friendly. I hated, and I mean hated, the paper straws. Waitress said trying to save the environment, but then gave us to go drinks in plastic cups with plastic lids. This was not our first visit and certainly won’t be our last!

The menu could offer a few more options & for the cost of the food the amount served was not as much as I have been given in similar restaurants. The server was friendly but we were forgot about a couple times. It was nice that theyh gave our daughter a dessert for her birthday.

We have dined at Fleet Landing many times since it opened years ago. The service is always good and food good. The She Crab Soup is especially good. I had the spinach salad with fried oysters. The only suggestion I would make is to if possible trim some of the stems off the spinach since the night we were there the stems were very look and it make it awkward to get all in your mouth. Left stems hanging out of your mouth. Other than that it was great.

In the Charleston area every year for Thanksgiving as in-laws relocated few years ago. Always come to Fleet Landing and never disappointed. Request outdoor seating to enjoy the water and scenery. Craft cocktails very tasty. Had the fried oyster appetizer and was simply amazing. Service was attentive and prompt, no rush at all despite the place being packed when we left. Fried shrimp and fish tacos cooked perfectly and could tell ingredients fresh.

This was my first bad experience at this restaurant. Usually the service is great and the food is excellent, but this visit was disappointing. We wanted a nice family dinner the night before Thanksgiving, but the experience was lacking. The servers were obviously not happy to be working and just wanted to get us served and out. The main part of the meal was fine, but the sides and extras were not. The hush puppies were hard and inedible, and the potatoes were bland and cold. Overall, the food was not hot and fresh. We were never offered more water, or even the opportunity to order more drinks or another bottle of wine. Overall poor performance.

Delicious mussels and calamari. Next time want to get crab soup which, I understand, is the best in Charleston.

We ate outside which was quiet and conversation easy. There was a heater right over our table so we were comfortable.

My Husband was on a mission to find a low country boil, and he found one here! We ate late after a tour, and there were still people dining. The property is a bright, modern open layout right on the water. It is fun and casual. I am a vegetarian and had the pasta/vegetables/pesto. It was really good. I would recommend.

Fleet Landing was an energetic fun restaurant that was very popular on the Saturday evening we were there. Having a reservation was great since there was a fairly long wait and they seated us a perfect front window table. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Roseanna our server was fantastic and really made for a fun evening. Food was very good. This is not gourmet dining but since we had done a lot of gourmet restaurants in Charleston it was a nice change and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Great location and festive atmosphere. But our waitress was unfriendly - when talking to us, she never made eye contact. She seemed disinterested in us. We are in our 60's, so our age might have been a factor in her disinterest. Notably, she was very friendly with the table next to us, which was occupied by a much younger couple. We both drank diet coke, with one refill each, and she billed us twice, even though refills were free. When the bill came, we had to mention this, and get the bill adjusted. The food was overpriced for the quantity. My order of fried oysters consisted of 6 small oysters. Disappointing. If we visit Charleston again, we will not return to this restaurant, and will not recommend it to others.

Restaurant difficult to find at night as there is no lighting for the entrance. You cannot see the water at night. I suggest going for lunch to enjoy the view.

I think the food is over rated... It was already a cold that evening (Nov 14th) and they had the side door open by the booth we were sitting in. I asked one of the servers walking by if it was possible to close that door because I was cold... he stated "sorry, we have people out there eating " ... My daughter loved it and it was her birthday dinner.. so I guess that's all that really matters!

My husband and I were visiting from Cincinnati and enjoyed the service as well as the food very much. Blackened triggerfish with pimento cheese grits were wonderful. Only wish had more red wines by the glass. My husband was told he would have to purchase the entire bottle so he opted for another spirit instead. Overall great restaurant!
