Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar
Great experience for my birthday! Server David was great! Highly recommend going to visit for good low country seafood experience and great views!
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch outside on the deck! The food and service were great. Glad I made a reservation for a Saturday afternoon!
Great service. Odd it's one of the only waterfront Charleston restaurants. Menu looks amazing, but food is just meh.
You pay for the view. The food is nothing special.
We took our friends who were visiting us from Houston.
The food was great, we had the she crab soup, shrimp and grits, hushpuppies, crab cakes and triggerfish sandwich. Our server was very attentive and was very knowledgeable of the menu and his recommendations were spot on.
We sat outside on the deck and it was an absolutely beautiful day with a beautiful view.
Our guests really enjoyed it!
Our server was very sweet and gave us helpful information on items on the menu without being asked! We made a reservation ahead of time and didn’t have to wait long at all (we also arrived early). We had the crab cakes as an app and both tried the seafood pasta. While super delicious, it was very rich (a little too rich by the end but still yummy). All the food on the nearby tables looked delicious, too. Would go back again!
Special was swordfish, best we have had!
Great atmosphere & view! Highly recommend. We saw dolphins in the bay. Swordfish was really good.
Everything was fantastic
Great light lunch with family. Loved this restaurant. Will absolutely come back again and again.
It’s become tradition to have lunch at Fleet Landing each time we visit Charleston (we have one CofC senior & a Citadel sophomore) . They have the best crab cakes and consistently great food/atmosphere all around. This past visit they were out of fried oysters so that was a disappointment but still had a terrific lunch. The bread pudding was delightful. One big note is that it’s spotless clean - and I can’t say that about a lot of other places, as much as I love Charleston I have noticed their eateries aren’t too tidy. Fleet is an exception to that.
This place was outstanding. The view is great, the food very good and sometimes great, and the service over the top. Our waiter, Martha, was a ball of energy who knew absolutely everything about the menu, drinks and wines, and was a charming and fun presence at our table every time I turned around. I plan to make this a regular Charleston stop.
Amazing service, and incredible food. Loved the cocktail options as well. So happy I celebrated a milestone birthday here with friends!!!
Our table was ready when we arrived. We sat outside and enjoyed a great view. The waiter was very friendly, helpful and professional. Food was on the spot good and we enjoyed some cold beer as well!
Can't wait to go again to Charleston and have lunch at Fleet Landing!!
We have recommended this restaurant to a lot of our friends and will continue to do so!!! It is GREAT!!
Good food in a wonderful location on the water in Charleston. Parking can be a problem, but it is certainly worth it. Had lunch and the shrimp salad was excellent.
It was my mother in laws 86th birthday. Gabby, our server, was fantastic! Everything was just beautiful and the service was outstanding!
The shrimp and grits were good; the fish was okay and the red velvet was dry and too cream cheesy.
This is the best meal in Charleston.
Really wonderful brunch for our guests!! Service great; food and drinks great; prefer outside but too hot that day...so pretty noisy inside. But we expected that. Parking is ALWAYS the problem, and it dies not help when big SUVs take up more than one space ( which was true that day). Nice lot near, we used...but wish the drivers of large vehicles would not attempt parking where two other cars could easily be. Think of seniors and handicapped, maybe?
Friendly, helpful, knowledgable staff. Great ambience for outdoor dining.
We always bring our out of town visitors to Fleet Landing! We love it for the service, the view, and the incredible food!
Our group of four arrived for lunch only to find that I had the wrong date on our Open table reservation We were accommodated and quickly seated at an outdoor table as we requested. Since we were dining at 1130 it was sufficiently before the lunch crowd and helped in this situation. When we were leaving the restaurant there was a crowd of at least 20 waiting to be seated. So.. do make reservations.
Two of us had the lump crab sandwiches and two others had the fried green tomato sandwiches. Delicious. The waiter and serving staff were attentive and extremely polite. Wonderful lunch experience. I’ll be in Charleston in about 4 weeks and will certainly dine again.
Only waterfront place in Charleston. Excellent fresh seafood. Beautiful setting. Great service. A definite must go place when you are in Charleston.
Awesome fish and local favorites. Oysters were fantastic too. Highly recommend.
Food was excellent as usual. Service was also great.
My wife and I visit Fleet Landing for an enjoyable lunch every time we are in Charleston. The food is excellent, the service is great, and the view of the harbor is spectacular. I highly recommend it.
Great night - good food. Wonderful waitress Martha Dayton- who was one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable waitresses I have encountered.
Had multiple reservations to accommodate our large group. The hostess and manager worked to get our group seated at 2 tables instead of 3 and they actually were able to get us taken care of before our reservation time. They took great care of us. The food came out quickly and was very good. Everyone in our group commented on how it was well run, efficiently managed, and most importantly how good the food was.
Good food. Very busy. Noisy but generally fun atmosphere .
Great outdoor space at Sunset. Fabulous service and terrific seafood
Lovely service and fantastic food. Prices ok. Food portion is large could easily split items. Lots of specials. Highly recommend. Reservations highly recommended.
We were visiting Charleston for a "girls' weekend," and read the great reviews for this restaurant on Tripadvisor, so we made reservations for lunch before we headed to Charleston - so very glad we did. We arrived at noon and were seated, per our request, outside on the water. What a view! We had gorgeous weather, which didn't hurt. We were in Charleston, so we had to have shrimp and grits - they didn't disappoint. The shrimp were plenty and the grits were creamy, the sauce was delicious. We had a side of collard greens, which was perfectly seasoned. One of us had the quiche of the day which was HUGE to say the least and, although she is a small person, my daughter-in-law finished it all and said it was fantastic. If you are in Charleston, you MUST go here. Just be aware, our reservations were for noon on Saturday and we were seated right away. However, just ten minutes later when one of us went to the ladies' room, the line was out the door to get in; so make your reservations ahead of time and make them before 12:30 unless you don't mind waiting.
We set out to eat at all the restaurants in Charleston and we nearly did. The reason we didn't make it to all was that we kept coming back to Fleet Landing. The best Brunch and dinner and the waterfront, what could be better? Fleet Landing is simply the best restaurant in Charleston.
Great view, friendly service tasty crab cake! Amazing lobster stuffed hush puppy!
Great food and great service! I forgot about this place!
Wonderful view of the bay, great food and excellent service
Lovely views off one side of the restaurant. I had the triggerfish which was light and delicious. Pimento cheese grits as a side were super tasty. My husband had their swordfish which was not on the printed menu and he said it was just ok. Fresh oysters in the half shell along with spinach and artichoke dip for appetizers were perfect
